Description

Das Dokument
Unter dem Begriff Verbraucher ist im vorliegenden Zusammenhang jegliches Element zu verstehen, das elektrische Energie verbraucht. Darunter fallen nicht nur das erwähnte Vibrationselement, sondern beispielsweise auch Heizelemente und Messelemente, insbesondere für therapeutische und diagnostische Zwecke. Unter dem Begriff elektrische Komponente sollen im vorliegenden Zusammenhang insbesondere Bedienungselemente wie Schalter oder Taster, Steuerungselemente wie integrierte Schaltungen und Energiequellen wie Batterien oder Akkumulatoren verstanden werden.The term consumer in the present context means any element that consumes electrical energy.
