Claims (12)

  1. Dispositif d'actionnement de porte avec un boîtier (40), dans lequel un piston (20), qui est chargé par fluide et/ou par ressort, est agencé et guidé de façon déplaçable dans un compartiment à piston, le boîtier (40) sur sa face frontale étant étanchéifié et fermé par l'intermédiaire d'un élément de fermeture métallique, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de fermeture est aménagé comme couvercle (10) bombé, lequel, en raison d'une déformation plastique, ferme le boîtier (40) de façon étanchéifiante, le couvercle (10) restant sur une surface (45) circonférentielle et, avec son bord, après la déformation plastique, fait saillie au moins partiellement dans une rainure (35) circonférentielle du boîtier (40) et ainsi déforme un joint d'étanchéité (30) qui est inséré dans la rainure (35).
  2. Dispositif d'actionnement de porte avec un boîtier (40) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le boîtier (40) comprend une ouverture (50) avec un diamètre (A).
  3. Dispositif d'actionnement de porte avec un boîtier (40) selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le diamètre (A) forme une surface de forme cylindrique à l'intérieur du boîtier (40).
  4. Dispositif d'actionnement de porte avec un boîtier (40) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le compartiment à piston, dans lequel le piston (20) est agencé, présente un diamètre (B).
  5. Dispositif d'actionnement de porte avec un boîtier (40) selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le diamètre (B) forme une surface de forme cylindrique à l'intérieur du boîtier (40).
  6. Dispositif d'actionnement de porte avec un boîtier (40) selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'une rainure (35) circonférentielle pour un joint d'étanchéité (30) est agencée à la transition de l'ouverture (50) envers le compartiment du piston.
  7. Dispositif d'actionnement de porte avec un boîtier (40) selon la revendication 2 et 4, caractérisé en ce que le diamètre (A) est plus large que le diamètre (B).
  8. Dispositif d'actionnement de porte avec un boîtier (40) selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce qu'une surface (45) circonférentielle, laquelle sert de support pour le couvercle (10), est agencée à la transition de la rainure (35) envers le compartiment du piston.
  9. Méthode pour la fermeture sur la face frontale d'un boîtier d'un dispositif d'actionnement de porte selon les revendications 1 à 8, caractérisée en ce que
    - le couvercle (10) bombée est posé sur la surface (45),
    - le piston (20) est positionné de telle façon que sa face frontale est agencée dans la région de la surface (45),
    - un outil (25) plastiquement déforme le couvercle (10),
    - de sorte que son bord, au moins partiellement, entre dans la rainure (35) et déforme le joint d'étanchéité (30) qui y est agencé.
  10. Méthode selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que le couvercle (10) consiste en une matière métallique.
  11. Méthode selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que le joint d'étanchéité présente des formes différentes, de préférence un anneau en forme O ou un joint à 4 bords.
  12. Méthode selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que l'outil (25) peut être introduit dans l'ouverture (50).
