Definitions
- the present invention relates to a belt feeder according to the preamble of patent claim 1.
- Band feeders are an important component in modern packaging systems. They make it possible to selectively remove a workpiece from a large number of workpieces, in particular essentially flat workpieces, and feed it to a subsequent processing or packaging process.
- the workpieces are inserted as a stack in a magazine of Bandanlegers.
- singulation the lowermost workpiece in the stack comes into contact with at least one singulating belt and at least one singling roller corresponding to this singling belt and is removed from the stack. Thereafter, the separated workpiece is transferred in the transport direction in a discharge area, from where the further processing or packaging takes place.
- the workpiece can be printed, glued, packaged or welded.
- a belt feeder known from the prior art for separating a plurality of stacked, substantially flat products generally has a drive, a separating arrangement and an outlet arrangement, wherein the separating arrangement has at least one separating belt and at least one separating roller arranged in such a way and from are articulated to the drive that individual products are transferred between the separating belt and the separating roller through into the outlet arrangement, and wherein the outlet arrangement comprises at least one upper outlet extension with an upper outlet conveyor and a lower outlet extension with a lower outlet conveyor, such arranged to each other and articulated by the drive that the separated product is conveyed between the bands.
- a separating device is for example in the patent CA 1 127 193 A1 disclosed.
- An inventive strip feeder for separating a plurality of stacked, substantially flat products has a drive, a separating arrangement and an outlet arrangement, wherein the separating arrangement comprises at least one separating belt and at least one separating roller, which are arranged to one another and articulated by the drive that individual products between the singulating belt and the singling roller being transferred into the outlet arrangement, the outlet arrangement comprising at least one upper outlet extension with at least one upper outlet strip and one lower outlet extension with at least one lower outlet strip which are arranged relative to each other so that separated products are conveyed between the strips be, with the upper outlet extension is designed hinged.
- a hinged design of the upper outlet extension allows for simplified troubleshooting in a transfer area between the separating arrangement and the outlet arrangement.
- the upper spout extension By allowing the upper spout extension to be folded down, i.
- the fact that a region of the upper outlet extension in the transporting direction can be separated from the lower outlet extension offers the possibility of being able to eliminate disturbances caused by, for example, jammed products particularly easily, since improved accessibility of the transfer area and of a rear area of the outlet arrangement is ensured.
- Such a hinged design of the upper outlet extension is particularly easy to achieve in that the upper outlet extension is driven and stored via a pivotally mounted at both ends about parallel axes drive arm.
- a stop may be provided which defines a minimum second distance between the separating arrangement facing the end of the upper outlet extension and the lower outlet extension and / or the separating belt is provided.
- a corresponding stop can ensure that a minimum distance is not undershot between the end of the upper outlet extension and the lower outlet extension and / or the separating belt in the transport direction, so that it is possible to prevent the outlet tapes of the upper outlet extension in this area from being deflected on the lower outlet extension and / or the separating belt rest and thus subjected to increased wear.
- the stop is preferably designed to be adjustable.
- the second distance can be additionally adjusted to a product-dependent minimum distance.
- the second distance can be additionally adjusted to a product-dependent minimum distance.
- the outlet arrangement may additionally be provided a variable stop for adjusting a parallelism between the upper outlet extension and the lower outlet extension.
- an additional variable stop for adjusting the parallelism can be achieved, for example, that the upper outlet extension does not begin to oscillate when passing through products.
- the upper spout extension is tensioned by laterally arranged tension springs in the direction of the lower spout extension, as this is the only way to avoid lifting of the upper spout extension due to the rotation direction of the spout belts and due to the changed distance during the passage of products can.
- the second variable stop By providing the second variable stop, abrupt changes in the distance between the upper spout extension and the lower spout extension are avoided so that vibrations due to these changes in distance can be reduced.
- the upper outlet extension is formed longer than the lower outlet extension.
- both outlet extensions can nevertheless end in parallel in the transport direction.
- An additional stabilization of the separated products at the transport direction in the end of the outlet arrangement can be achieved if the upper outlet extension projects beyond the lower outlet extension in the transport direction.
- Such a configuration makes it possible, in particular, to dispense with a stabilizing air flow, which counteracts lifting of the products, since the upper outlet extension can be designed to overlap a downstream further processing device.
- the separating arrangement facing the end of the upper outlet extension overlaps seen in the transport direction with the separating belt.
- a particularly favorable arrangement is achieved when a deflection roller located in the rear direction of the upper outlet extension and a front lying in the transport direction deflection roller of the separating belt are arranged overlapping in the transport direction.
- the second distance which can be fixed by way of the adjustable stop, lies between the separating belt in the region of the deflecting roller lying in front in the transport direction and the outlet belt in the region of the deflecting roller located in the rear in the transport direction.
- the two deflection rollers are preferably arranged such that their axes of rotation are arranged parallel to one another in a plane perpendicular to the transport direction. It will achieved in this way that the second distance can be set very precisely.
- An improvement of the handling of the tape feeder can be achieved by providing a coupling which also causes a change of the second distance in the case of a change of a first distance between the separating roller and the separating belt.
- a particularly simple embodiment of such a coupling can be achieved if it is designed as a push rod, which acts on the drive arm such that the second distance is changed corresponding to the first distance.
- Friction belts friction suction belts or tunnel belts.
- FIG. 1 shows a perspective view of a tape feeder 1 according to the invention obliquely from the front.
- the strip feeder 1 has as essential components a separating arrangement 5 and a discharge arrangement 7 arranged in the transporting direction after the separating arrangement.
- Products to be separated are supplied to the separating arrangement 5 via a so-called round bar magazine 23 consisting of a stacking plate 25, two lateral guide plates 24 and round bars arranged on the front side for retaining the products.
- a product lying at the bottom in a stack of products to be separated comes into contact with the separating belts 50 running in parallel and the separating rollers 51 arranged corresponding to the separating belts 50 and is extracted therefrom from the product stack and fed to the outlet arrangement 7.
- the outlet arrangement 7 consists essentially of a lower outlet extension 71 and an upper outlet extension 70, the respective parallel running, aligned in the transport direction and counter-driven discharge belts 72, 73.
- two upper outlet bands 72 and at the lower outlet extension 71 four lower outlet bands 73 are provided on the upper outlet extension.
- the outlet belts 72, 73 are driven on the outlet extensions 70, 71 via drive rollers located in the rear in the transport direction, which are connected to the drive via respectively associated drive shafts, and are supported in the transport direction on the front via deflection rollers.
- the drive rollers for the discharge belts 72, 73 for the upper Auslaufverinrung 70 and the lower Auslaufverinrung 71 on an identical circumference and are driven by a toothed belt 32 of the drive at the same speed and in opposite directions. In this way it is ensured that a product located between the outlet extensions 70, 71 is transported uniformly in the direction of the transport direction T between the outlet extensions 70, 71.
- All components of the band feeder 1 are arranged on a laterally arranged base plate 9.
- This base plate 9 is pivotally mounted about a pivot axis A on a fastening device 11 which is formed in the present embodiment as a mounting foot.
- a pivoting of the band feeder 1 for example, an inclination of the separating arrangement 5 can be adjusted relative to the horizontal, so that depending on the properties of the products to be separated an additional force in the direction of transport direction T can be achieved.
- first distance d1 between the separating rollers 51 and the separating belts 50 adjusted as accurately as possible and matched to the products to be separated.
- a particularly good adjustability of this first distance d1 is achieved in that the separating belts 50, which are aligned in the transport direction T front and back on guide rollers, run in the area between these guide rollers on a separating plate 52.
- This separating plate 52 on which the separating belts 50 lie, in particular in the region in which the separating rollers 51 are arranged, a defined first distance d1 between the underside of the separating rollers 51 and the separating belts 50 is achieved, which is largely independent of a tension and independent can be adjusted by a weight on the separating belts 50.
- This first distance d1 is effected by means of so-called millimeter screws 41 which act via ball-and-socket joint shafts 42 on an adjustment arrangement 4.
- the millimeter screws 41 are attached to ensure correct alignment with a cross member 40 arranged orthogonally to the base plate 9.
- a rotation on the millimeter screws 41 acts on the ball joint shafts 42 on the adjustment assembly 4, which is formed pivotable in the present embodiment.
- the separating rollers 51 and one of the separating rollers 51 driving shaft is pivotally mounted on the adjusting assembly 4 via a pivot assembly 6.
- the swivel assembly 6 is fixed to the adjustment assembly 4 via a fixing assembly 8, which is formed in the present embodiment as an index pin 8 in a defined position.
- the index pins 8 are formed as tapered index pin and thus ensure an exact alignment of the pivoting arrangement 6 to the adjusting arrangement 4.
- a handle 61 for lifting the pivot assembly 6 together with the separating rollers 51 is provided on the pivot assembly 6 side.
- FIG. 2 is the band investor off FIG. 1 shown in a slightly rotated perspective view.
- the base plate 9 is used for storage of all driven shafts and all attachments.
- the drive 3 is driven by a motor 30, which is arranged in the present embodiment below the separating plate.
- a drive axle of the motor 30 is arranged in extension of the pivot axis A and acts on a toothed belt 32 driving the various shafts of the belt feeder 1.
- the base plate 9 is arranged via a flange 12 on the mounting assembly 11 and fixed by a clamping device 13 in position relative to the mounting arrangement.
- a change in the angle of inclination of the Bandanlegers 1 relative to the mounting assembly 11 can be done by loosening a screw of the clamping assembly 13 and by pivoting the Bandanlegers 1 about the pivot axis A.
- FIG. 2 It can also be seen that a distance between the upper outlet extension 70 and the lower outlet extension 71 by an adjustable stop 78, which is arranged between the outlet extensions 70, 71, can be fixed. By the stop 78 can thus be avoided that the upper outlet belts 72 rest on the lower outlet extension 71 and thus a higher wear of the outlet tapes arises.
- FIG. 3 shows a longitudinal section through the belt feeder 1 from the FIGS. 1 and 2 parallel to the base plate 9.
- the first distance d1 between the underside of the separating rollers 51 and the separating belts 50, which run over the separating plate 52, can be set particularly accurately.
- Operation of the millimeter screws 41 causes an extension or shortening of the distance between the millimeter screw 41 arranged on the crossbar 40 and the adjusting arrangement 4 connected to the millimeter screw 41 via the ball joint shaft 42.
- the adjusting arrangement 4 is arranged pivotably such that a change in the distance between the millimeter screw 41 and the adjusting arrangement 4 causes a change in the first distance d1 between the separating rollers 51 and the separating belts 50.
- the separating rollers 51 are, as already described, via the pivot assembly 6 which is fixed by means of the index pin 8 on the adjusting assembly 4, releasably connected thereto. By loosening the index pin 8, it is possible to fold the separating rollers 51 of the separating belts 50 and thus eliminate disturbances in this area comfortably.
- FIG. 3 also shows that the upper spout extension 70 is driven by a double pivotally mounted drive arm 20.
- An arranged in the pivot arm 20 drive belt acts at one end on the rear in the direction of transport roller 75 of the upper outlet extension 70, thus driving the upper outlet belts 72 and the other end is articulated via the drive, so that a synchronization of the upper and lower discharge belts 72, 73 is ensured.
- By the double pivotable articulation of the upper outlet extension 70 it is possible to lift them in the rear area and fold over the pivot arm 20 to the front, so that disturbances in a transfer area between the separating arrangement 5 and the outlet arrangement 7 can be eliminated in a simple manner.
- a push rod 15 and an adjustable stop 21 of the drive arm 20 is also connected to the adjustment assembly 4, so that an adjustment of the first distance d1 between the separating rollers 51 and the separating belts 50 at the same time setting a second distance between the upper outlet extension 70 and the separating belts 50th or the lower outlet extension 71 causes.
- FIG. 3 it is particularly easy to see the pivotable mounting of the band feeder 1 on the base plate 9 on the mounting assembly 11.
- the motor sitting on the pivot axis A or main drive shaft is omitted for reasons of clarity, so that the pivot axis A is particularly well recognizable by the circular configuration of the flange 12, with which the base plate 9 and the mounting assembly 11 are connected.
- FIG. 4 shows the band feeder 1 from the FIGS. 1 to 3 in a perspective view from the rear, wherein the round rod magazine 23 and some of the base plate 9 oppositely disposed attachments are not shown for reasons of clarity.
- the index pins 8 are designed as conical index pins, so that a precise alignment of the pivot assembly 6 is ensured to the adjustment assembly 4.
- a basic tension of the separating belts 50 is adjustable via a shaft 54 arranged on the separating plate 52 in the transport direction at the rear, wherein guide rollers 54 for guiding the separating belts 50 are provided on the shaft 54.
- a distance of the shaft 54 to the separating plate 52 in the transport direction T is adjustable by threaded rods, via which the shaft 54 is mounted on the separating plate 52, so that the separating belts 50 can be operated under optimum pretensioning.
- the singling belts 50 are preferably designed as toothed belts, so that a very good drive capability can be achieved even without a very large preload and the associated increased friction.
- FIG. 5 shows an enlarged view of the upper spout extension 70 and the double-rotatably mounted drive arm 20, which drives the upper outlet belts 72 of the upper spout extension 70.
- the upper discharge belts 72 are driven by two drive rollers 75 on the drive shaft of the upper discharge extension 70 located in the transport direction T at the rear.
- a coupling of the driving force via the drive arm 20, wherein disposed in the interior of the drive arm 20, a circumferential belt for implementing the movement of the driven shaft 22 on the rollers 75 is.
- FIG. 5 is also good to recognize the stop 21, which prevents a drop in the rear end of the upper outlet extension 70 beyond the stop 21 addition.
- a photocell 80 is also provided on the upper outlet arrangement 70, which detects the passage of the individual products and thus for control and / or regulation can be used.
Description
The present invention relates to a belt feeder according to the preamble of
Band feeders are an important component in modern packaging systems. They make it possible to selectively remove a workpiece from a large number of workpieces, in particular essentially flat workpieces, and feed it to a subsequent processing or packaging process. In general, the workpieces are inserted as a stack in a magazine of Bandanlegers. During singulation, the lowermost workpiece in the stack comes into contact with at least one singulating belt and at least one singling roller corresponding to this singling belt and is removed from the stack. Thereafter, the separated workpiece is transferred in the transport direction in a discharge area, from where the further processing or packaging takes place. For example, the workpiece can be printed, glued, packaged or welded.
In the known from the prior art band investors, it is considered disadvantageous that a fault clearance is relatively complex and brings a change of Verscheißteilen usually disassembly of a large number of components of Bandanlegers with it.
It is the object of the present invention to provide a band feeder in which a fault elimination can be done in a simpler manner.
This object is achieved by a belt feeder with the features of
An inventive strip feeder for separating a plurality of stacked, substantially flat products has a drive, a separating arrangement and an outlet arrangement, wherein the separating arrangement comprises at least one separating belt and at least one separating roller, which are arranged to one another and articulated by the drive that individual products between the singulating belt and the singling roller being transferred into the outlet arrangement, the outlet arrangement comprising at least one upper outlet extension with at least one upper outlet strip and one lower outlet extension with at least one lower outlet strip which are arranged relative to each other so that separated products are conveyed between the strips be, with the upper outlet extension is designed hinged.
A hinged design of the upper outlet extension allows for simplified troubleshooting in a transfer area between the separating arrangement and the outlet arrangement. By allowing the upper spout extension to be folded down, i. The fact that a region of the upper outlet extension in the transporting direction can be separated from the lower outlet extension offers the possibility of being able to eliminate disturbances caused by, for example, jammed products particularly easily, since improved accessibility of the transfer area and of a rear area of the outlet arrangement is ensured.
Such a hinged design of the upper outlet extension is particularly easy to achieve in that the upper outlet extension is driven and stored via a pivotally mounted at both ends about parallel axes drive arm.
By such a mounted drive arm is made possible that the upper Auslaufverlängerung over the drive arm away, for example, folded forward in the transport direction or can be pivoted so that it rests on the lower Auslaufverlängerung after folding and at the same time lying in the transport direction of the area of the outlet arrangement for Troubleshooting is released. Such a configuration is particularly low, since an Abschwenkbarkeit and the resting of the upper Auslaufverlängerung after pivoting on the lower Auslaufverlängerung an operator has both hands free to eliminate any disturbance in the releasing area.
At the drive-side end of the drive arm, a stop may be provided which defines a minimum second distance between the separating arrangement facing the end of the upper outlet extension and the lower outlet extension and / or the separating belt is provided.
A corresponding stop can ensure that a minimum distance is not undershot between the end of the upper outlet extension and the lower outlet extension and / or the separating belt in the transport direction, so that it is possible to prevent the outlet tapes of the upper outlet extension in this area from being deflected on the lower outlet extension and / or the separating belt rest and thus subjected to increased wear.
Der Anschlag ist bevorzugt einstellbar ausgebildet. The stop is preferably designed to be adjustable.
By an adjustable design of the stop, the second distance can be additionally adjusted to a product-dependent minimum distance. Depending on the type of products to be processed, it is thus not only possible to avoid resting the upper run-out extension on the lower run-on extension and / or the singling belt, but also to determine which distance between the components for the respective product category may not be undershot.
In order to ensure the best possible functionality of the outlet arrangement may additionally be provided a variable stop for adjusting a parallelism between the upper outlet extension and the lower outlet extension.
By an additional variable stop for adjusting the parallelism can be achieved, for example, that the upper outlet extension does not begin to oscillate when passing through products. In the prior art, it is sometimes necessary that the upper spout extension is tensioned by laterally arranged tension springs in the direction of the lower spout extension, as this is the only way to avoid lifting of the upper spout extension due to the rotation direction of the spout belts and due to the changed distance during the passage of products can. By providing the second variable stop, abrupt changes in the distance between the upper spout extension and the lower spout extension are avoided so that vibrations due to these changes in distance can be reduced.
In order to be able to adapt an angle at which the products emerge from the outlet arrangement to a subsequent processing machine, it makes sense to make the outlet device pivotable perpendicularly to the transport direction.
In a preferred embodiment, the upper outlet extension is formed longer than the lower outlet extension.
By extending the upper outlet extension, it can be achieved that the upper outlet extension with its end facing the separating arrangement is brought closer to the separating arrangement, so that a region without guidance of the separated products can be minimized in the transfer region between the separating arrangement and the outlet arrangement. Due to the longer design of the upper outlet extension, both outlet extensions can nevertheless end in parallel in the transport direction.
An additional stabilization of the separated products at the transport direction in the end of the outlet arrangement can be achieved if the upper outlet extension projects beyond the lower outlet extension in the transport direction. Such a configuration makes it possible, in particular, to dispense with a stabilizing air flow, which counteracts lifting of the products, since the upper outlet extension can be designed to overlap a downstream further processing device.
Advantageously, the separating arrangement facing the end of the upper outlet extension overlaps seen in the transport direction with the separating belt.
By such overlapping of the separating belt and the upper outlet extension meshing of separating arrangement and outlet arrangement is achieved, so that a region in which the separated products are transported without a guide, can be further minimized.
A particularly favorable arrangement is achieved when a deflection roller located in the rear direction of the upper outlet extension and a front lying in the transport direction deflection roller of the separating belt are arranged overlapping in the transport direction. In this case, the second distance, which can be fixed by way of the adjustable stop, lies between the separating belt in the region of the deflecting roller lying in front in the transport direction and the outlet belt in the region of the deflecting roller located in the rear in the transport direction. In this case, the two deflection rollers are preferably arranged such that their axes of rotation are arranged parallel to one another in a plane perpendicular to the transport direction. It will achieved in this way that the second distance can be set very precisely.
An improvement of the handling of the tape feeder can be achieved by providing a coupling which also causes a change of the second distance in the case of a change of a first distance between the separating roller and the separating belt.
In this way it is achieved that when changing over to a product other thickness only the first distance must be set precisely and an adjustment of the second distance is carried out automatically via the coupling.
A particularly simple embodiment of such a coupling can be achieved if it is designed as a push rod, which acts on the drive arm such that the second distance is changed corresponding to the first distance.
All provided as a separation or outlet conveyor belts can be designed as so-called. Friction belts, friction suction belts or tunnel belts.

The
The
Advantageously, the drive rollers for the
All components of the
In order to achieve reliable separation of the products located in the
An adjustment of this first distance d1 is effected by means of so-called millimeter screws 41 which act via ball-and-socket
A rotation on the millimeter screws 41 acts on the ball
By this two-part design, it is possible that on the one hand on the millimeter screws 41 an exact adjustment of a distance of the separating
In order to facilitate a pivoting of the

Characterized in that the separating
Via a

A basic tension of the separating
In order to detect or adjust a distance in the direction of transport T between individual products transported by the
