- Stock fastening device (1) for fixing a stock (5) to a receiver (2) of a hand firearm, characterised by a clamping bolt (3) and a clamping eccentric (4) which cooperates with the clamping bolt (3) and exhibits a central through-bore (15) for passage of a clamping head (13) of the clamping bolt (3) and at least one lateral slot (16, 17) for receiving a slimmer region (14) of the clamping bolt (3).
- Stock fastening device according to claim 1, characterised in that the clamping bolt (3) is arranged on the receiver (2) and the clamping eccentric (4) is arranged in the stock (5).
- Stock fastening device according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the clamping eccentric (4) is arranged in a fore stock (5) so as to be able to turn about an axis perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the stock (5).
- Stock fastening device according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the clamping eccentric (4) is arranged inside a housing (6) so as to be able to turn on a base plate (7).
- Stock fastening device according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that on the outside the clamping eccentric (4) exhibits at least one eccentric clamping face (20, 21) for bearing on a tightening face (22) on the clamping head (13) of the clamping bolt (3).
- Stock fastening device according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that a locking device (23, 25, 26) is arranged on the clamping eccentric (4) to avoid undesired turning of the clamping eccentric (4).
- Stock fastening device according to claim 6, characterised in that the locking device (23, 25, 26) comprises an actuating element (23) which is connected with the clamping eccentric (4) in form-locking fashion and is displaceable axially between a locking position and an actuating position and can only be turned in the actuating position.
- Stock fastening device according to claim 7, characterised in that the actuating element (23) exhibits a head (26) embodied as a hexagon and a slimmer shank (38) lying underneath the head (26) and runs through an opening (25) embodied as a slot in a base plate (7) in such a way that in the locking position the head (26) is held inside the opening (25) so that it cannot turn and in the actuating position the shank (38) is in the region of the opening (25) allowing the actuating element (23) to turn.
- Stock fastening device according to one of claims 1 to 8, characterised in that the clamping bolt (3) is fastened to the receiver (2) by means of a mounting element (29).
- Stock fastening device according to claim 9, characterised in that the mounting element (29) is arranged in a slot (30) of a barrel mounting receptacle (27) of the receiver (2) embodied as a slotted sleeve.
- Stock fastening device according to claim 10, characterised in that the mounting element (29) is arranged in the slot (30) so as to be able to pivot between a stock mounting position and a barrel mounting position and is embodied in the manner of a wedge in such a way that the barrel mounting receptacle (27) is widened in the barrel mounting position.
- Stock fastening device according to claim 11, characterised in that the mounting element (29) comprises lateral wedge faces (36) for bearing on a step-shaped shoulder (37) in the slot (30).
