Claims (10)
- Machine de reliure comprenant :- un agencement de rails de guidage de fil (10), au moyen duquel un fil, de préférence un fil métallique, est apte à être guidé dans deux boucles continues autour d'un espace (3) configuré pour recevoir un ou plusieurs objets à relier ;- un dispositif de torsion (30), qui comprend un logement (31) et une tête de torsion (32) montée de manière rotative dans le logement, la tête de torsion (32) pouvant tourner pour relier des parties de fil se chevauchant dudit fil ensemble par torsion pour ainsi fixer le fil autour desdits un ou plusieurs objets, dans lequel la tête de torsion (32) est prévue avec :○ un premier canal de guidage de fil (33a) s'étendant à travers la tête de torsion à l'extrémité frontale de celle-ci, et○ un deuxième canal de guidage de fil (33b) s'étendant à travers la tête de torsion à l'extrémité frontale de celle-ci à côté d'au moins une partie du premier canal de guidage de fil (33a) ; et- un dispositif d'alimentation (5) pour alimenter le fil à travers le premier canal de guidage de fil (33a) de la tête de torsion, dans l'agencement de guidage de fil (10), le long de l'agencement de guidage de fil autour dudit espace (3) et dans le deuxième canal de guidage de fil (33b) de la tête de torsion et subséquemment rétracter le fil pour le tirer fermement autour d'un ou plusieurs objets reçus dans ledit espace (3) ;
caractérisée :- en ce que la tête de torsion (32) comprend un troisième canal de guidage de fil (33c), qui s'étend à travers la tête de torsion à l'extrémité frontale de celle-ci, à côté d'au moins une partie des premier et deuxième canaux de guidage de fil (33a, 33b) et dans l'espace entre eux ; et- en ce que l'agencement de rails de guidage de fil (10) comprend un dispositif de guidage (20), au moyen duquel l'extrémité avant du fil est agencée pour être guidée dans le troisième canal de guidage de fil (33c) de la tête de torsion quand le fil a été guidé par l'agencement de guidage de fil dans une première boucle autour dudit espace (3) et dans le deuxième canal de guidage de fil (33b) de la tête de torsion quand le fil a été guidé par l'agencement de guidage de fil dans une deuxième boucle subséquente autour dudit espace (3). - Machine de reliure selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ledit dispositif de guidage (20) comprend un organe de guidage mobile (21), qui est mobile par rapport au logement (31) du dispositif de torsion vers et à partir, entre :- une première position, dans laquelle l'organe de guidage (21) est configuré pour guider l'extrémité avant du fil dans le deuxième canal de guidage de fil (33b) de la tête de torsion quand le fil a été guidé par l'agencement de rails de guidage de fil (10) dans une première boucle autour dudit espace (3) ; et- une deuxième position, dans laquelle l'organe de guidage (21) est configuré pour guider l'extrémité avant du fil dans le troisième canal de guidage de fil (33c) de la tête de torsion quand le fil a été guidé par l'agencement de rails de guidage de fil (10) dans une première boucle autour dudit espace (3) et dans le deuxième canal de guidage de fil (33b) de la tête de torsion quand le fil a été guidé par l'agencement de rails de guidage de fil (10) dans une deuxième boucle subséquente autour dudit espace (3).
- Machine de reliure selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que ledit organe de guidage mobile (21) est monté sur ou constitue une section d'extrémité d'une plaque de guidage (11) qui s'étend dans une courbe autour dudit espace (3).
- Machine de reliure selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que ledit organe de guidage mobile (21) est déplaçable latéralement entre lesdites première et deuxième positions.
- Machine de reliure selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisée en ce qu'une première piste de guidage incurvée (14a) pour guider le fil dans une première boucle autour dudit espace (3) est prévue sur un premier côté de ladite plaque de guidage (11), et en ce que une deuxième piste de guidage incurvée (14b) pour guider le fil dans une deuxième boucle subséquente autour dudit espace (3) est prévue sur l'autre côté de ladite plaque de guidage (11).
- Machine de reliure selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 5, caractérisée en ce que la machine de reliure (1) est prévue avec un organe d'actionnement (22), de préférence sous la forme d'un cylindre hydraulique, pour déplacer ledit organe de guidage mobile (21) entre lesdites première et deuxième positions.
- Machine de reliure selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 6, caractérisée en ce que ledit dispositif de guidage (20) comprend en outre un organe de guidage fixe (23), qui est situé entre l'organe de guidage mobile (21) et la tête de torsion (32) dans une position fixe par rapport au logement (31) du dispositif de torsion, cet organe de guidage fixe (23) étant prévu avec un premier passage de guidage de fil (24a), qui forme un passage pour le fil depuis l'organe de guidage mobile (21) vers le troisième canal de guidage de fil (33c) de la tête de torsion, et un deuxième passage de guidage de fil (24b), qui forme un passage pour le fil depuis l'organe de guidage mobile (21) vers le deuxième canal de guidage de fil (33b) de la tête de torsion.
- Machine de reliure selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que la tête de torsion (32) est prévue avec :- un premier organe de préhension (34a) pour saisir et verrouiller une partie de fil reçue dans le premier canal de guidage de fil (33a), et- un deuxième organe de préhension (34b) pour saisir et verrouiller une partie de fil reçue dans le deuxième canal de guidage de fil (33b).
- Machine de reliure selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que l'organe de préhension respectif (34a, 34b) est déplaçable vers et depuis entre une position rétractée de libération de fil et une position avancée de saisie de fil.
- Machine de reliure selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que l'organe de préhension respectif (34a, 34b) est mobile de la position rétractée de libération de fil à la position avancée de saisie de fil contre l'action de la force de rappel d'un organe de ressort (35a, 35b).
