Claims (14)

  1. Sicherheitsvorrichtung zur Überwachung eines Kreuzungspunkts (2) eines Bahnnetzes, umfassend:
    - eine, vorzugsweise eine Vielzahl an Überwachungseinrichtungen (3), die entlang der vom Zug (1) zurückgelegten Strecke an Kreuzungspunkten (2) installiert sind, wobei eine jede Überwachungseinrichtung (3) eine Bilderfassungsvorrichtung (5) und Übertragungsmittel (6) zum Übertragen der erfassten Bilder umfasst;
    - eine Empfangsvorrichtung (10), die auf dem Zug installiert und ausgelegt ist, um die von den Übertragungsmitteln (6) gesendeten Bilder (5) zu erfassen und auf einem Bildschirm anzuzeigen;
    - Aktivierungsmittel (11, 12, 13, 14), die ausgelegt sind, um die Empfangsvorrichtung (10) so zu aktivieren, dass sie nur die Bilder (5) empfängt, die von nur einer Überwachungseinrichtung beim Annähern des Zugs entlang der Bewegungsrichtung in einer vorgegebenen Aktivierungsentfernung von der Überwachungseinrichtung (3) gesendet werden, sodass der Bildschirm, nachdem die Aktivierungsentfernung erreicht wurde, die von der Bilderfassungsvorrichtung (5) erfassten und sich auf den Kreuzungspunkt beziehenden Bilder anzeigt, und;
    - Deaktivierungsmittel (11, 12, 13, 14), die ausgelegt sind, um den Empfang dieser Bilder zu deaktivieren, wenn nach der Überwachungseinrichtung eine vorgegebene Mindestdeaktivierungsentfernung zurückgelegt wurde,
    - wobei die Empfangsvorrichtung umfasst:
    - einen Monitor (10), der mit einem Bildschirm zur Anzeige der Bilder ausgestattet ist;
    - einen Empfangskanal (12), um die von einer Überwachungseinrichtung (3) gesendeten Bilder zu empfangen;
    - einen GPS-Empfänger (11), um ein aktuelles Positionssignal von einem Satelliten (15) zu empfangen,
    - dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Empfangsvorrichtung zudem umfasst:
    - einen Speicher (13), der die Positionskoordinaten der Überwachungseinrichtung (3) enthält,
    - wobei zudem ein Prozessor (14) bereitgestellt ist, der ausgelegt ist, um die vom Satelliten empfangenen Koordinaten mit denen zu vergleichen, die im Speicher enthalten sind, sodass der Monitor für den Empfang der Bilder einer bestimmten Überwachungseinrichtung konfiguriert wird, wenn der Zug die Aktivierungsentfernung von der Überwachungseinrichtung erreicht, und der Monitor deaktiviert wird, wenn der Zug den Deaktivierungspunkt erreicht hat und der Prozessor einen derartigen Zustand erkannt hat.
  2. Sicherheitsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei ein Schließsignal bereitgestellt wird, wenn mit Bahnübergängen ausgestattete Bereiche überwacht werden, sodass die Erfassung von Bildern und deren Übermittlung vorgesehen ist, wenn das Schließsignal beim Schließen der Schranken des Bahnübergangs generiert wird.
  3. Sicherheitsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die Mindestaktivierungsentfernung auf zirka 1500 m von der Überwachungseinrichtung eingestellt ist, und die Deaktivierungsentfernung auf zirka 100 m von der Überwachungseinrichtung eingestellt ist.
  4. Sicherheitsvorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Überwachungseinrichtung (3) zudem umfasst:
    - eine Stromversorgungsvorrichtung (8);
    - eine Lautsprecher-/Mikrofonvorrichtung (7).
  5. Sicherheitsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, wobei die Stromversorgungsmittel (8) ein oder mehrere Photovoltaikmodule umfassen.
  6. Sicherheitsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei zudem eine Fernbedienungseinheit in Kommunikation mit einer oder mehreren Überwachungseinrichtungen bereitgestellt ist, um die Positionsstellen der Überwachungseinrichtung zu überwachen.
  7. Sicherheitsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, wobei die Fernbedienungseinheit eine Videokommunikation mit der Überwachungseinrichtung (3) umfasst, sodass die Aufnahmen (5) der Überwachungseinrichtung auf den Bildschirmen angezeigt werden, sowie in Sprachkommunikation mit der Überwachungseinrichtung durch Lautsprecher/Mikrofone (7) steht, die auf der Überwachungseinrichtung angeordnet sind, sodass die Arbeitskraft in der Leitstelle hören und direkt im durch die Überwachungseinrichtung überwachten Bereich kommunizieren kann.
  8. Sicherheitsvorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Überwachungseinrichtung einen Aufbau (4) umfasst, auf dem die Bilderfassungsvorrichtung (5) und die Übertragungsmittel (6) angeordnet sind.
  9. Sicherheitsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 8, wobei die Bilderfassungsmittel (5) eine oder mehrere Kameras (5) umfassen.
  10. Sicherheitsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Empfangskanal (12) eine Vielzahl an Kanälen umfasst, wobei ein jeder Kanal eine Frequenz aufweist, die mit einer Überwachungseinrichtung (3) assoziiert ist, sodass der Prozessor wahlweise den entsprechenden Kanal für den Empfang der Bilder auswählen kann.
  11. Bahnlinie, umfassend einen Zug (1) und eine Strecke, die der Zug zurücklegt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Sicherheitsvorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 11 umfasst.
  12. Verfahren zur Überwachung eines oder mehrerer potenzieller Kreuzungspunkte (2) der Bahnlinie, umfassend die folgenden Schritte:
    - Erfassen von Bildern (5) an einem Kreuzungspunkt (2) mit einer Erfassungsvorrichtung (5) auf einer Überwachungseinrichtung (3), die entlang der vom Zug (1) zurückgelegten Strecke installiert ist;
    - Übermitteln der erfassten Bilder an eine Empfangsvorrichtung (10), die auf dem zum Kreuzungspunkt (2) fahrenden Zug installiert ist;
    - Empfangen der Bilder der Empfangsvorrichtung (10) und Anzeigen der empfangenen Bilder auf einem Bildschirm, wobei der Schritt zum Empfangen der Bilder dadurch gesteuert wird, dass die Empfangsvorrichtung (10) aktiviert wird, um nur die Bilder (5) zu empfangen, die von einer Überwachungseinrichtung gesendet werden, wenn der Zug entlang der Bewegungsrichtung eine vorgegebene Aktivierungsentfernung von der Überwachungseinrichtung (3) erreicht, sodass der Bildschirm, nachdem die Aktivierungsentfernung erreicht wurde, die von der Bilderfassungsvorrichtung (5) erfassten und sich auf den Kreuzungspunkt beziehenden Bilder anzeigt, und
    - Deaktivieren der Empfangsvorrichtung (10), wenn der Zug nach der Überwachungseinrichtung eine vorgegebene Mindestdeaktivierungsentfernung zurückgelegt hat,
    - wobei die Empfangsvorrichtung (10) umfasst:
    - einen Monitor (10), der mit einem Bildschirm zur Anzeige der Bilder ausgestattet ist;
    - einen Empfangskanal (12), um die von einer Überwachungseinrichtung (3) gesendeten Bilder zu empfangen;
    - einen GPS-Empfänger (11), um ein aktuelles Positionssignal von einem Satelliten (15) zu empfangen;
    - einen Speicher (13), der die Positionskoordinaten der Überwachungseinrichtung (3) enthält,
    - wobei zudem ein Prozessor (14) bereitgestellt ist, der ausgelegt ist, um die vom Satelliten empfangenen Koordinaten mit denen zu vergleichen, die im Speicher enthalten sind, sodass der Monitor für den Empfang der Bilder einer bestimmten Überwachungseinrichtung konfiguriert wird, wenn der Zug die Aktivierungsentfernung von der Überwachungseinrichtung erreicht, und der Monitor deaktiviert wird, wenn der Zug den Deaktivierungspunkt erreicht hat und der Prozessor einen derartigen Zustand erkannt hat.
  13. Verfahren nach Anspruch 12, wobei der Schritt zur Bilderfassung eine Aufnahme durch eine oder mehrere Kameras (5) umfasst, die im Dauerbetrieb oder beim Vorbeifahren des Zugs filmen.
  14. Verfahren nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, wobei das Erfassen von Bildern und deren Übermitteln bei der Überwachung von mit Bahnübergängen ausgestatteten Bereichen beim Vorbeifahren des Zugs mit der Erfassung eines Schließsignals der Schranken vorgesehen sind.
