Figur 1 zeigt schematisch in perspektivischer Frontansicht eine erfindungsgemäße Ausführungsform des Gerätehalters. Gut zu erkennen ist der Klemmträger 1, der bei dieser Ausführungsform an einer Wand zu befestigen ist. Hierzu dienen Durchtrittslöcher 15, die von Befestigungsmitteln wie Schrauben durchsetzt werden. Die erfindungsgemäße Ausführungsform weist weiterhin eine Klemmschere 2 auf, gebildet durch einen ersten Scherenschenkel 3 und einen zweiten Scherenschenkel 4. Diese Scherenschenkel haben einen Durchmesser von 6 mm und bestehen aus Metall. Beide Scherenschenkel weisen jeweils ein klemmträgerseitiges Ende auf, das im Inneren des Klemmträgers 1 aufgenommen und gehaltert ist. Sie weisen weiterhin ein freies Ende auf, das die Geräteaufnahme 9 bildet. Der erste Scherenschenkel 3 weist dabei ein erstes freies Ende 7 und der zweite Scherenschenkel ein zweites freies Ende 8 auf. Beide freien Enden 7, 8 sind jeweils korrespondierend aufeinander zu und voneinander weg gebogen. Sie können wie in Figur 1 dargestellt, einen Gummiüberzug 16 aufweisen, der die Haftreibung zu einem nicht dargestellten gehalterten Gerät erhöht, so dass dieses stärker und sicherer gehaltert wird. Die beiden Scherenschenkel 3 und 4 liegen dabei in einer gemeinsamen Ebene, die in der dargestellten horizontalen Klemmposition der Klemmschere 2 eine Schnittgerade mit der Befestigungsebene des Klemmträgers 1 aufweist, die streng horizontal ausgerichtet ist. Dies ist erfindungsgemäß besonders wichtig, um keine Drehmoment erzeugenden, horizontal versetzten Angriffspunkte der freien Enden 7 und 8 an dem nicht dargestellten gehalterten Gerät zu erzeugen. Die Klemmschere 2 kann von der dargestellten, horizontalen Klemmposition vertikal nach oben in eine Offenposition verschwenkt werden. Hierbei ändert sich die Lage des zweiten Scherenschenkels 4 zum ersten Scherenschenkel 3. In der dargestellten Klemmlage liegt der zweite Scherenschenkel 4 an einem Anschlag 10 an, der durch die innere Wandung der vorderen Schmalseite des Langloches 12 gebildet wird. Das Langloch 12 stellt gleichzeitig eine Bewegungskulisse für den zweiten Scherenschenkel 4 dar, wobei dessen Bewegungsendlagen durch den vorderen Anschlag 10 in Klemmposition und den hinteren Anschlag 10' in Offenposition gebildet wird. Bei dieser Ausführungsform wäre es ebenfalls denkbar, den zweiten Scherenschenkel 4 mit einem zweiten gekröpften Abschnitt 11 zu versehen, der bei Bewegung der Klemmschere in Offenstellung zu einem Anschlag für den ersten Scherenschenkel 3 führen würde, da sich bei Lage beider Schenkel 3, 4 zueinander während der Bewegung ändert. Auf der Rückseite des Klemmträgers 1 gut zu erkennen ist die befestigungsseitige Profilierung 14, die bei dieser Ausführungsform eine plane Fläche ist. Gut zu erkennen sind ebenfalls die Durchtrittslöcher 15 zum Durchtritt für nicht dargestellte Befestigungsmittel. Zu erkennen sind die klemmträgerseitigen Enden 5 und 6 der beiden Scherenschenkel 3 und 4, die durch die Gehäusewandung hindurch treten und in der jeweils gegenüberliegenden Gehäusewandung gehaltert sind. Zu erkennen ist ein Sicherungsring 17, der über das klemmträgerseitige Ende 6 des zweiten Scherenschenkels 4 gezogen ist und eine axiale Verschiebung des klemmträgerseitigen Endes 6 verhindert. Dargestellt ist ebenfalls die auf diesem Ende befestigte Betätigungsfläche 13, unter der sich eine Schraubenfeder 18 befindet.In FIG. 2 is shown schematically and in perspective a rear view of this embodiment, in which the rear stop 10 'can be seen better. Die hierdurch erzeugte Gegenkraft führt dazu, dass die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung in Ruheposition stets die Klemmschere 2 in der Klemmposition hat. Mit großem Vorteil verhindert die Erfindung hierdurch, dass die Klemmschere 2 oder einer ihrer Scherenschenkel 3, 4 in der Offenposition verbleiben und ein Bediener somit eine Hand zur Hilfe nehmen muss.This is in FIG. 3 which shows a schematic side view in cut form. Claims (10)

  1. A device holder for clamping long-handled devices under the effect of gravity, comprising a clamp carrier (1) that can be fastened to a wall or a retaining profile, a pair (2) of clamping scissors that can be reversibly pivoted with respect to the clamp carrier from a horizontal clamping position to a vertical opening position, said pair of clamping scissors consisting of two scissor legs (3, 4), which can be moved relative to each other and which are rotatably arranged in the clamp carrier (1) with a bent end (5, 6) on the clamp carrier side, the free legs (7, 8) of the scissor legs cross one another and form a device receptacle (9) therebetween, characterized in that in the area of the device receptacle (9) the scissor legs (3, 4) are always in a plane whose line of intersection with the clamp carrier plane is horizontally aligned, and that at least one scissor leg (3, 4) limits at least the pivoting motion of the other scissor leg (3, 4) into the clamping position by means of a stop (10).
  2. The device holder according to claim 1, characterized in that at least one scissor leg (3, 4) forms a motion link for the other scissor leg (3, 4), in particular comprises an offset section (11).
