Claims (11)

  1. Fadenführer für Flachstrickmaschinen, der an einer Faden-Zuführungsbahn (10) und quer-beweglich darauf angeordnet ist, umfassend:
    eine Hauptplatte (21), die verschiebbar auf Faden-Zuführungsbahn (10) verkoppelt ist;
    einen ersten Schwenkarm (22) und einen zweiten Schwenkarm (23) mit jeweils einem ersten Schwenkpunkt (221) und einem zweiten Schwenkpunkt (231), die mit der Hauptplatte (21) und einem ersten gepresstem Ende (222) und einem zweiten gepresstem Ende (232) verkoppelt ist, um eine horizontale Kraft aufzunehmen, um jeweils in einer schräglaufenden Weise um den ersten Schwenkpunkt (221) und den zweiten Schwenkpunkt (231) zu schwenken, die als Drehpunkte dienen; und
    eine Fadenzuführeinheit (24), die einen Fadenzuführungsarm (25) aufweist, der zwischen dem ersten Schwenkarm (22) und dem zweiten Schwenkarm (23) angeordnet ist, und eine erste Verbindungsstange (241) aufweist, die an dem Fadenzuführungsarm (25) und dem ersten Schwenkarm (22) angelenkt ist, um sich gleichzeitig zu bewegen, und eine zweite Verbindungsstange (242) aufweist, die an dem Fadenzuführungsarm (25) und dem zweiten Schwenkarm (23) angelenkt ist, um sich gleichzeitig zu bewegen, wobei der Fadenzufuhrungsarm (25) eine Fadenzuführungs-Position vorsieht, in welcher das erste gepresste Ende (222) oder das zweite gepresste Ende (232) nicht geschwenkt wird, und mindestens eine Fadenzuführungs-Stopposition vorsieht, in welcher das erste gepresste Ende (222) oder das zweite gepresste Ende (232) geschwenkt wird die horizontale Kraft, um den Fadenzuführungsarm (25) anzutreiben, gleichzeitig schräg über die erste Verbindungsstange (241) und die zweite Verbindungsstange (242) zu laufen.
  2. Fadenführer für Flachstrickmaschinen nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Fadenzuführungsarm (25) einen Führungsabschnitt (251) aufweist, wobei die Hauptplatte (21) eine Führungsbahn (261) passend zu dem Führungsabschnitt (251) aufweist.
  3. Fadenführer für Flachstrickmaschinen nach Anspruch 2, wobei die Führungsbahn (261) zwei Verstellabschnitte (262, 262a) und einen dazwischen angeordneten Halteabschnitt (263) aufweist.
  4. Fadenführer für Flachstrickmaschinen nach Anspruch 3, wobei der Halteabschnitt (263) einer konkaven Struktur entspricht.
  5. Fadenführer für Flachstrickmaschinen nach einem der Ansprüche 2-4, wobei der Führungsabschnitt (251) einer Führungsrolle entspricht.
  6. Fadenführer für Flachstrickmaschinen nach einem der Ansprüche 2-5, wobei die Führungsbahn (251) auf einem Führungshöcker (26) angeordnet ist, der von dem Führungsabschnitt (251) angeschlagen wird.
  7. Fadenführer für Flachstrickmaschinen nach einem der Ansprüche 2-6, wobei die Hauptplatte (21) ein elastisches Teil (27) aufweist, der Fadenzuführungsarm (25) ein Anschlagelement (252) aufweist, das das elastische Teils (27) presst, um dem Führungsabschnitt (251) zu ermöglichen, an die Führungsbahn (261) anzuschlagen.
  8. Fadenführer für Flachstrickmaschinen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das erste gepresste Ende (222) einen ersten Verstellabschnitt (223) und das zweite gepresste Ende (232) einen zweiten Verstellabschnitt (233) aufweist, wobei der erste Verstellabschnitt (223) und der zweite Verstellabschnitt (233) von einer Verbindungsfeder (28) überbrückt werden.
  9. Fadenführer für Flachstrickmaschinen nach Anspruch 8, wobei die Hauptplatte (21) einen ersten Positionierungsbolzen (291) und eine zweite Positionierungsbolzen (292) aufweist, wobei der erste Verstellabschnitt (223) und der zweite Verstellabschnitt (233) jeweils eine Anschlagfläche (224, 234) aufweisen, die an dem ersten Positionierungsbolzen (291) und dem zweiten Positionierungsbolzen (292) anlehnt, wenn der Fadenzuführungsarm (25) sich an der Fadenzuführ-Position befmdet, und eine Verriegelungsfläche (225, 235) aufweist, die an dem ersten Positionierungsbolzen (291) und dem zweiten Positionierungsbolzen (292) verriegelt, wenn der Fadenzuführungsarm (25) sich an der Fadenzuführ-Stopposition befindet.
  10. Fadenführer für Flachstrickmaschinen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Fadenzuführungsarm (25) einen Gleitschlitz (253) aufweist und die Hauptplatte (21) ein Befestigungselement (30) aufweist, das in den Gleitschlitz (253) eingeführt ist, um die schwenkende Verlagerung des Fadenzuführungsarm (25) zu begrenzen.
  11. Fadenführer für Flachstrickmaschinen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, ferner aufweisen einen Verschlussdeckel (40), der mit der Hauptplatte (21) verkoppelt ist, um den ersten Schwenkarm (22), den zweiten Schwenkarm (23) und die Fadenzuführeinheit (24) abzudecken.
