Definitions
- the invention relates to a conductor arrangement, which has a plurality of wells, consisting of a plurality of parallel strands, wherein the strands are formed from a plurality of mutually insulated conductor wires.
- a conductor assembly in which a plurality of lead wires are integrated, wherein each of the lead wires has a cross section of one of parts, in which an entire cross section of the conductor assembly is divided.
- This conductor arrangement comprises an insulating covering layer for covering and insulating an entirety of the wire arrangement of the conductor wires, wherein the conductor wires are separated from each other by an insulating adhesive layer and adhered to each other.
- a conductor assembly namely a power cable having a Millikan conductor of circular cross-section, is made up of at least four sector-shaped conductive elements, the conductor being insulated with oil-impregnated paper and each conductive element having twisted or stranded metal wires, and wherein each metal wire (conductor wire ) is provided with an insulating coating.
- Millikan conductors are generally used, which are known to consist of four or more sector-shaped conductive elements, which are stranded separately and arranged so that a conductor with a circular Cross section is formed. Each sector is usually formed of stranded copper wires.
- Such arrangements have attempted to avoid the skin effect as well as eddy current losses, as this arrangement should compensate for the inductive voltage drop in each of the wires.
- this could not be achieved so far with this prior art, since these arrangements still lead to a significant skin effect and eddy current losses.
- the invention is characterized in that in the conductor arrangement according to the invention groups of wells are intertwined into braids and that a plurality of braids is stranded to the conductor arrangement.
- a structure of a conductor arrangement can be realized with this arrangement of a conductor arrangement, in particular a Millikan conductor, the individual sections, consisting of a plurality of juxtaposed strands, which reduces the skin effect and eddy current losses, since due to the interweaving of the individual fraungen the individual strands or wells not only run in a particular region of the conductor assembly cross-section, but are distributed evenly over the entire cross-section of the conductor cross section according to the invention, at each point of the cross section of the conductor arrangement due to the interweaving.
- the conductor arrangement has a substantially circular cross-sectional area.
- conductor arrangements according to the invention with a substantially circular cross-sectional area can be used for contactless energy transfer for transport systems for components used in industrial production, in particular automobile production.
- the further arrangement according to the invention for contactless energy transmission in the field of electromobility.
- an insulating lacquer layer is used to insulate the individual conductor wires, which is applied to the individual conductor wires.
- This insulating lacquer layer may be formed, for example, as an elastic protective lacquer.
- a strand may consist of a number of 2 to 1000, preferably 18 or 19 individual wires.
- a compartment may consist of a number of 2 to 20, preferably 4 to 8 strands.
- the braid of a conductor arrangement according to the invention can advantageously consist of a number of 4 to 48, preferably 16, wells.
- the conductor arrangement according to the invention may additionally be surrounded by at least one outer insulation. It is also conceivable that the outer insulation has a multilayer structure.
- the conductor arrangement according to the invention is constructed of braids having different numbers of strands in the respective sections.
- wells which consist of four juxtaposed strands and in addition wells are used, which consist of five juxtaposed strands. From each of the 16 sheds with five strands and 16 of the sheds with four strands two braids are created. In a next step, the conductor arrangements according to the invention are then created from these braids by means of a stranding process.
- all the conductor wires are as equally as possible at all distances to the conductor center, whereby a maximum possible penetration of the current into the conductor can be achieved.
- FIG. 1 shows a section of a cross-sectional view of a conductor arrangement according to the invention, namely a mesh 5, which consists of a plurality of wells 2, which are constructed of a plurality of juxtaposed strands 3, wherein the strands 3 is formed of a plurality of insulated conductor wires 4.
- FIG. 1 can be seen that a strand 3 of 19 mutually insulated conductor wires, namely Cu enameled wires consists.
- a compartment 2 is in this case constructed of four strands 3.
- the sections 2 are distributed uniformly over the cross section of the mesh 5. It is possible that the individual sections 2 are distributed uniformly over the entire cross-sectional area.
- FIG. 2 shows a side view of the braid 5 in the longitudinal direction.
- the individual sections 2, which are shown here in black and white, are mutually intertwined. Because of this interweaving, a homogeneous distribution of the individual sections 2 in the conductor arrangement according to the invention can be achieved if the braids 5 produced by the braiding process are stranded to form the conductor arrangement according to the invention.
- FIG. 3 schematically shows the cross section of a conductor arrangement 1 according to the invention, in particular a Millikan conductor.
- the conductor assembly 1 consists of four braids 5, which are stranded together.
- the four interconnected braids 5 are surrounded by two bandings 8 and 9 and two extruded insulation layers 6 and 7.

Description
- Figur 1:
- einen Ausschnitt aus einer Querschnittsdarstellung einer erfindungsgemäßen Leiteranordnung; zudem den Aufbau einer Litze und einer Fachung;
- Figur 2:
