Claims (8)
- Machine (1) pour scier des panneaux (P) comprenant
une table (2), sur laquelle sont amenés lesdits panneaux (P),
des moyens pour déplacer lesdits panneaux (P) sur ladite table (2), et
une section de découpe (3) desdits panneaux (P),
ladite section de découpe (3) comprenant au moins une unité d'incision-découpe (31) mobile transversalement selon deux directions d'avance par rapport à la direction de déplacement desdits panneaux, qui comprend quant à elle :une première lame circulaire centrale (41), capable de prendre une position de repos et une position de découpe, et de tourner dans un premier sens ;une deuxième lame circulaire (42), disposée en série avec ladite première lame (41), ayant une épaisseur supérieure à celle de ladite première lame (41), et tournant dans un deuxième sens, différent de celui de ladite première lame (41), ladite deuxième lame (42) étant capable de prendre une position de repos, une ou plusieurs positions d'incision et une ou plusieurs positions de découpe ; etune troisième lame (43), disposée en série avec ladite première lame (41), opposée par rapport à ladite deuxième lame (42), ladite troisième lame (43) ayant une épaisseur supérieure à celle de ladite première lame (41), tournant dans ledit premier sens, en concordance avec ladite première lame (41), et capable de prendre une position de repos et une position d'incision ;lesdites lames (41, 42, 43) étant capables de découper ou inciser lesdits panneaux (P) et étant capables d'être activées de telle sorte que, dans chacune desdites deux directions d'avance, par rapport à la direction de déplacement desdits panneaux, l'une desdites lames (42, 43) est en position d'incision et l'une desdites lames (41, 42) est en position de découpe,ladite machine (1) étant caractérisée en ce que ladite troisième lame (43) a une épaisseur supérieure à celle de ladite deuxième lame (42). - Machine (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend des moyens de déplacement pour amener, par une commande, chacune desdites lames (41, 42, 43) dans l'une desdites positions fonctionnelles de découpe, d'incision et position de repos.
- Machine (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que lesdites lames (41, 42, 43) comprennent des dents orientées selon le sens de rotation des lames respectives (41, 42, 43).
- Machine (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que chacune desdites lames (41, 42, 43) est pourvue de moyens de rotation motorisés.
- Machine (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ladite unité d'incision-découpe (31) comprend un ou plusieurs chariots (40), sur lesquels sont montées lesdites lames (41, 42 et 43), ledit chariot (40) étant mobile sur un guide.
- Machine (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ladite troisième lame (43) a un rayon inférieur à celui desdites première (41) et deuxième (42) lames.
- Machine (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ladite section de découpe (3) comprend une pluralité d'unités d'incision-découpe (31).
- Procédé de fonctionnement d'une machine (1) pour scier des panneaux (P), telle que définie dans les revendications 1 à 7, comprenant les étapes suivantes :- lorsque ladite unité d'incision-découpe (31) se déplace dans une première desdites deux directions d'avance, selon laquelle ladite troisième lame (43) est la lame que ledit panneau (P) à découper rencontre en premier, alors ladite troisième lame (43) est en position d'incision, ladite deuxième lame (42) est en position de découpe et ladite première lame (41) est en position de repos ;- lorsque ladite unité d'incision-découpe (31) se déplace dans la deuxième desdites deux directions d'avance, opposée à ladite première direction, selon laquelle ladite deuxième lame (42) est la lame que ledit panneau (P) à découper rencontre en premier, alors ladite deuxième lame (42) est en position d'incision, ladite première lame (41) est en position de découpe et ladite troisième lame (43) est en position de repos.
