- the column 4 is located very upstream of the receiving surface 16 relative to the direction of its movement.
- the targets (only a first target 1 1 and a second target 12 in column 4 have been represented but other targets can be superimposed above the second target 12) are held laterally in column 4 by the set of rods 14.
- the fall of the targets is prevented by a stop 17 applying on the underside of the first target January 1.
- the abutment 17 is in two parts constituting circular arcs centered on the axis of rotation 15.
- the abutment 17 in two parts delimits, between these two elements, a passage 18 also in an arc according to the rotation axis 15 for reasons which will be detailed later.

- the height difference between the receiving surface 16 and the lower part of the column 4 constituted by the base 1 3 is substantially equivalent to the height of a target. In this way, in this phase of approaching the receiving surface 16 the first target 1 1 serves as a stop for the second target 12 for its maintenance in the column 4.
- the column 4 reaches a situation shown in Figures 9 and 10. It is found that the column 4 has advanced while the first target 1 1 is no longer driven by it. Indeed, at this stage, the first target 1 1 is released from the column 4.
- thrust means are present and advantageously integral with the set rotated constituting the barrel 5 to ensure a thrust of the first target 1 1 adapted to advance in the direction of the inclined plane 6.
- the thrust means comprise at least one extension 19 made in the continuity of the lower part of some rods 14 of the storage column 24 located behind the column 4 where was initially present the first target 1 1 in the direction of rotation of the column 4.
- Figure 9 shows a next column 24 having three rods 14 schematized by a circular section of slightly accentuated lines. It is easily understood that the continued rotation of the column 4 and the offset between it and the pushing means constituted by the extensions 19 carries a lateral shift between the target 11 and the target 12.
- a lateral shift between the thrust means and the column 4 makes it possible to produce a lateral shift between the target 11 and the target 12, thus constituting a first deflection element of the target 11.
- the device comprises deflection means 23 visible in particular in Figure 9 in plan view and defining a slide-type surface adapted to be applied on the edge of the first target 1 1 during the continuation of its rotation.
- the deflection means 23 form a baffle adapted to orienting the first target 1 1 in a radial outwardly relative to the rotational movement of the column 4.
- the first target 1 1 could be sufficient to ensure the maintenance of the second target 12 in column 4, this situation is changed to the extent that the target 1 1 will be permanently delivered.
- holding means capable of taking over the support previously provided by the upper surface of the first target 11.
- These holding means comprise a ramp 21, an example of which is shown in the various figures and in particular in FIGS. 9 and 10.
- the positioning of the ramp 21 is made so as to be applied to the lower face of the second target 12 when lateral shift is created. Note that it is not necessary for the ramp 21 to be present from the beginning of the creation of this offset, since the first target 1 1 is then largely supported on the second target 12.
- the ramp 21 is located at the deflection means 23, the combined presence of the deflection means 23 and the ramp 21 ensuring that the first target 1 1 can not interfere with the holding means constituted by the ramp 21. This ensures that no jamming can occur.
- the ramp 21 comprises an upstream end (in the direction of rotation) inclined towards the receiving surface 16. In this way, it is ensured that the docking of the second target 12 on the ramp 21 is performed while the ramp 21 descends at least slightly below the lower surface of the second target 12. The reliability of the device is increased.
- the ramp 21 continues with the abutment surface 17 so as to achieve a continuity of maintaining in position the second target 12.
- This solution also has the advantage of implementing only one structural element to achieve these different functional means.
- dispensing device presented here does not make absolutely necessary any means controlled in particular by an electromechanical system.
