Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine BĆ¼gelstation umfassend ein BĆ¼gelbrett mit einem klappbaren Gestell, welches an einem als SƤule ausgebildeten StandgerƤt mit einem Dampferzeuger fĆ¼r ein BĆ¼geleisen angeordnet ist, wobei in der SƤule ein herausnehmbarer Wassertank zur Speisung des Dampferzeugers angeordnet ist, und im Boden des Wassertanks wenigstens ein gegen die Wirkung einer Feder verschiebbarer Ventilkƶrper angeordnet ist, der mit einem am Dampferzeuger angeordneten Andockstutzen derart zusammenwirkt, dass beim Herausnehmen des Wassertanks der Ventilkƶrper schlieƟt und beim Einsetzen des Wassertanks ƶffnet, wobei im Andockstutzen ein dem Dampferzeuger vorgeschalteter Wasserfilter eingebunden ist (siehe GB-A-2 397 072 ). Aus dem Dokument DE 21 2008 000 021 U1 ist ein DampfbĆ¼gelgerƤt mit einem Wassertank und einer mit diesem in direkter Verbindung stehenden Siedekammer bekannt. Diese ist dazu bestimmt, den Dampf zu erzeugen und ein DampfbĆ¼gelgerƤt zu betreiben. Das bekannte DampfbĆ¼gelgerƤt weist hierbei einen Wassertank auf, der in der BĆ¼gelstation bzw. in dem GerƤt integriert ist. Der Wassertank kann aus dem GerƤt entfernt werden, wobei dann aufgrund von selbst schlieƟenden Ventilen am Boden die Ɩffnungssituation des Wassertankes sich selbsttƤtig verschlieƟt, um dann den Wassertank wieder zu befĆ¼llen. Ist der Wassertank dann befĆ¼llt, so kann er wieder eingesetzt werden, so dass in Folge des Andockens des Wassertankes die Verbindung zum Dampferzeuger wieder hergestellt wird, indem das Ventil selbsttƤtig ƶffnet. Bei diesem bekannten herausnehmbaren Wassertank ist dem Dampferzeuger ein Wasserfilter vorgeschaltet, der insbesondere dafĆ¼r Sorge trƤgt, dass es in dem Dampferzeuger zu keinen Ablagerungen bzw. Verschmutzungen kommt. Hierzu weist der Wasserfilter eine domartige Form auf, die in einem als SchachthĆ¼lse ausgebildeten Andockstutzen eingesetzt wird. In der Figur 2 ist die BĆ¼gelstation 1 in der zusammengefalteten Situation dargestellt, wobei in der SƤule 4 ein herausnehmbarer Wassertank 6 zur Speisung des Dampferzeugers 5 unterhalb des Wassertankes 6 angeordnet ist. Der Wassertank 6 ist hierbei insbesondere nochmals in der Detailansicht in der Figur 3 gezeigt, wobei er auf seiner vorderen Deckseite ein Griffelement 7 aufweist, welches sich Ć¼ber eine Mulde 8 brĆ¼ckenartig erstreckt. Dabei verfĆ¼gt der Wassertank 6 Ć¼ber einen Boden 9, wobei dieser insbesondere in der Unteransicht des Wassertankes 6 in der Figur 4 gezeigt ist. In dem Boden 9 ist wenigstens ein gegen die Wirkung einer Feder 10 verschiebbarer Ventilkƶrper 11 angeordnet. Der Ventilkƶrper 11 als solches ist in den geschnittenen Detailseitenansichten der Figuren 5 und 6 nƤher zu erkennen. Figur 4 zeigt in der Bodenansicht hierbei zwei Ventilkƶrper 11, wobei einer der Ventilkƶrper zur EntlĆ¼ftung bestimmt ist, wenn der Wassertank 6 auf den Dampferzeuger 5 aufgesetzt ist, so der Wassertank 6 entlĆ¼ftet wird, damit ein Nachstrƶmen des im Wassertank 6 vorgehaltenen Wassers gewƤhrleistet ist. Dabei wirkt der Ventilkƶrper 11 mit einem am Dampferzeuger 5 angeordneten Andockstutzen 12, wie dieser in den Figuren 5 und 6 nƤher gezeigt ist, derart zusammen, dass beim Herausnehmen des Wassertankes 6 der Ventilkƶrper 11 schlieƟt und beim Einsetzten des Wassertankes 6 ƶffnet, wobei im Andockstutzen 12 fĆ¼r die WasserzufĆ¼hrung ein dem Dampferzeuger 5 vorgeschalteter Wasserfilter 13 eingebunden ist, wie dies in der Figur 5 zu erkennen ist.The FIG. 1 shows in the side view of an unfolded ironing station 1, which comprises an ironing board 2 with a folding frame 3. Der Zylinderkolben weist eine offene Stirnseite 16 auf, die im eingesetzten Zustand den Kanal 17 zum Dampferzeuger 5 Ć¼berdeckt. Hierbei wird deutlich, dass der Wasserfilter 13 wie ein topfartiges GefƤƟ auf den Dampferzeugerkanal 17 fĆ¼r die WasserzufĆ¼hrung gestĆ¼lpt wird, wobei der Wasserfilter 13 die hinreichende StabilitƤt aufweist, um der Federkraft des Ventilkƶrpers 11 entgegen zu wirken. So bildet der Boden 18 des Zylinderkolbens eine KontaktflƤche zur BetƤtigung bzw. zur Kontaktierung der korrespondierenden KontaktflƤche 19 am Ventilkƶrper 11, wenn sich der Wassertank 6 im angedockten Zustand befindet. Wie insbesondere aus beiden Situationen der Figuren 5 und 6 zu erkennen ist, greift in den Ringraum 15 der SchachthĆ¼lse 14 ein Abschnittsbereich 21 der VentilkƶrperhĆ¼lse 22 im angedockten Zustand ein. Dadurch wird ein Formschluss erzielt, der insbesondere auch bewirkt, dass der als Topf ausgebildete Wasserfilter 13 hier eine Stabillage in der SchachthĆ¼lse 14 erfƤhrt, wenn der Wassertank 6 aufgesetzt wird. In Weiterbildung der Erfindung ist in der VentilkƶrperhĆ¼lse 22 der Ventilkolben 23 gegen die Wirkung einer um den Ventilkolben 23 angeordneten Spiralfeder 24 verschiebbar eingebunden. Unterhalb der Spiralfeder 24 ist eine O-Ring-Dichtung 25 am Ventilkolben 23 angeordnet. Zur FĆ¼hrung des Ventilkolbens 23 in der VentilkƶrperhĆ¼lse 22 ist einerseits eine Ɩffnung 26 im Boden 9 angeordnet, wobei andererseits in der VentilkƶrperhĆ¼lse 22 eine eingeformte EinschnĆ¼rung 27 vorhanden ist, so dass eine obere und untere Lagerung bzw. Einbindung des Ventilkolbens 23 gegeben ist. Nach einer besonderen Ausgestaltung ist hierbei die eingeformte EinschnĆ¼rung 27 als Dichtsitz fĆ¼r den Ventilkolben 23 ausgebildet. Es versteht sich nun von selbst, dass, wenn der Wasserfilter 13 nicht eingesetzt ist, wie dies in der Figur 6 dargestellt ist, der Ventilkolben 23 durch die Federkraft nach unten auf die EinschnĆ¼rung 27 gedrĆ¼ckt wird, so dass sich dann die O-Ring-Dichtung 25 gegen die eingeformte EinschnĆ¼rung 27 presst und somit eine dichtende Stellung einnimmt.Like from the Figures 5 and 6 can be seen, an O-ring seal 20 is disposed at the edge region of the open end face 16 of the cylinder piston.
