Description

The invention relates to a plastic insert for a transport and storage container according to the preamble of patent claim 1.

For transport and storage containers such as fixed boxes or folding boxes inserts in the form of Gefach known. A Gefach has a plurality of spaced parallel next to each other extending first partitions, and at a distance parallel adjacent to each other extending second partitions, which intersect the first partitions. Such inserts serve, for example, to receive sensitive objects in order to transport or store them separately. Individual piece goods are placed in the open at the top and by the longitudinal and transverse walls of separate compartments so that they can not collide with each other, with the cargo on the bottom plate of the transport or storage container. On the other hand, however, a bottom plate may be provided on which the piece goods in designated profiles insertable, can be plugged or inserted.

For the transport of piece goods, which are to be further processed, for example, it is necessary that the individual piece goods can be easily removed from the transport container, and after processing for further transport back into the use of the transport container can be put back, or the use of the cargo can be removed from the transport container, for example, to provide this on a pallet for the further processing of the cargo, and after processing to send the inserts with the processed cargo for further transport back into the transport container. The known inserts for transport and storage containers are unsuitable for such handling.

Out EP-A-1 982 926 For example, a storage and transport container is known, whose interior is divided by partitions. On the vertical end edges U-shaped, formed with outer Einrastnocken partition wall brackets are placed in cross-section. The latching cams are inserted in perforations of opposite container walls. The partitions are thus firmly connected to the container walls, so that the workpieces must be removed individually from the transport container and reset again.

In US-A-4,190,172 is a plastic container for beverage bottles described described with partitions that form individual compartments for receiving the beverage bottles. The inner floor is covered with a network of vertical, horizontal and diagonal ribs to which the partitions are attached with clamping elements. Further, the inner walls are provided with vertical, slits forming ribs, in which the partitions are pushed.

US-A-3,656,650 describes a similar container with partitions, wherein the partitions have a plurality of parallel slots and guide ribs to form compartments of different sizes as needed. Again, the partitions are pushed in vertical slots in the inner walls of the container.

In DE-A-195 48 144 a compartment divider is described, which allows the formation of storage compartments for items. These are comb-like partition walls, each with a plurality of plug-in slots that define between them tongue-like wall sections. The partition walls can be plugged together in the region of their slots, wherein the tongue-like wall sections engage with their lateral edge portions in guide projections of the other partition wall. The compartment divider is provided as an insert in a container and forms various storage compartments in which can store any type of objects, especially small parts.

DE-A-23 54 377 further describes a workpiece magazine for receiving workpieces which are removed or entered by a gripper. The magazine is designed as an open-topped box, which is divided by transverse and longitudinal walls into vertical compartments, which serve to receive a respective workpiece or stack of workpieces.

The containers described above thus all have a compartment division, which is fixedly arranged in the container and thus remains firmly in the container during the removal and return of objects. Thus, these containers with their inserts are not suitable for the further processing of piece goods described in detail above.

In EP-A-0 652 159 a generic container is described with a bottom and four side walls, which has a removable bottom plate with a grid of mutually perpendicular grooves, in which partitions can be accommodated. The partitions also have a plurality of plug-in slots, so that they can be arranged crosswise.

It is therefore the object of the present invention to provide an insert for a storage and transport container, which allows a flexible handling of transported cargo, on the one hand equal inserts for different sized piece goods should be used and that the use as cargo carriers for further processing the piece goods is usable.

This object is achieved by an insert for transport and storage containers having the features of claim 1.

The inventive use for a storage and transport container made of plastic includes a bottom plate and at least one Gefach, which is slip-proof on the bottom plate can be placed. The Gefach consists of several parallel spaced parallel and slotted first partitions - the longitudinal walls - which is about the inner length of the container correspond, as well as from spaced apart parallel and provided with slots second partitions - the transverse walls - which correspond approximately to the inner width of the container. The first partitions are arranged perpendicular to the second partitions and plugged together by means of the slots. By different distances of the slots in the partitions, these can be put together to different sizes. These slots are stackable. As a result, the height of the container is variable and adaptable to the height of the piece goods to be packaged. The bottom plate of the insert is structured, so that on the one hand, the lowest Gefach rests on the bottom plate slip-proof, and on the other hand, the piece goods in appropriate formations can be used or plugged. This structure is designed so that different sized piece goods can be used in the same base plate.

Further advantages of the invention follow from the dependent claims and from the following description, in which the invention is explained in more detail with reference to an embodiment shown in the schematic drawings.

The FIG. 1 shows an example embodiment of the inventive use 1 for a storage and transport container. The insert 1 consists of a bottom plate 2 and at least one Gefach 3. In this embodiment, the insert is used for transporting turbine blades of different sizes. This bottom plate 2 has a length of about 1200 mm and a width of about 800 mm. The height of a compartment 3 is about 200 mm. The Gefach 3 is slip-proof on the bottom plate 2. For this purpose, two recesses 15 are provided in the bottom plate, in which first and second partitions or longitudinal and transverse walls 4, 5 engage. In addition, the outer, the bottom plate 2 circumferential edge 16 is stepped. The outermost longitudinal and transverse walls 4, 5 of the container 3 are located on this stage 17.

In the FIG. 2 a longitudinal wall 4 is shown from the front. The used in Gefach 3 and parallel longitudinal walls 4 are formed identical to the running longitudinally inner partitions of the Gefachs 3. The longitudinal walls 4 have vertically downwardly extending slots 6, which extend approximately to half the height of the partition wall.

In the FIG. 3 a transverse wall 5 is shown from the front. These parallel transverse walls 5 are formed identical to the running in the transverse direction inner partitions of the Gefachs 3. The transverse walls 5 have vertically upwardly extending slots 7, which are approximately up to half the height of the partition wall pass. By means of the slots 6, 7, the longitudinal and transverse walls 4, 5 are crosswise plugged together. In the extension of the slots 6, 7 extend two parallel thin webs 10 to the lower edge 8 of the longitudinal wall 4 and the upper edge 9 of the transverse wall 5. The webs form a groove for guiding the edges of the respective male slot 6, 7. Die Partitions are made of a hard plastic material and may be formed with a ribbed longitudinal profile. The edges of the slots 6, 7 have a rounded or trapezoidal profile. The slots 6, 7 are arranged at different distances from each other. However, they are arranged symmetrically both in the longitudinal walls 4 as well as in the transverse walls 5 with respect to the center of the longitudinal walls 4 and the transverse walls 5. By mating the longitudinal and transverse walls 4,5 creates the Gefach. The different distances of the slots 6,7 allow to create different sizes. It is thus possible, for example, to assemble a compartment with 12 compartments with two inner longitudinal walls 4 and three inner transverse walls 5. With the same bottom plate 2 and the same inner two longitudinal walls 4 but with four inner transverse walls 5, this results in a compartment with 15 compartments. Depending on the size of the piece goods to be packaged, the compartment size can be adjusted. The side edges of the longitudinal and transverse walls 4, 5 each have a profile 11, 12 which corresponds to the slots 6, 7 of the respective wall, so that the outer longitudinal and transverse walls 4, 5 are also inserted into one another at the corners of the compartment , At the lower edge 8 of the longitudinal wall 4 10 downwardly projecting small approximately triangular lugs 13 are formed in the extension of the webs. The open ends of the slots 6, 7 in the longitudinal and transverse walls 4, 5, are expanded and have approximately triangular recesses 14. The lugs 13 engage on the one hand in recesses of the bottom plate 2 and thus additionally secure the Gefach 3 from slipping or shifting on the bottom plate 2. On the other hand, the lugs 13, which are complementary to the expanded open ends of the slots 6, 7, intended in that a plurality of compartments 3 are stackable and, in the case of stacked compartments 3, the lugs 13 of an upper compartment 3 engage in the recesses 14 of a compartment 3 underneath the stack and prevent the stacked compartments 3 from slipping.

In the FIG. 4 is an insert 1 with a bottom plate 2 and two stacked compartments 3 shown in an oblique view. Evident are the nested transverse and longitudinal walls 4,5 of the two stacked compartments 3. The noses 13 engage in recesses of the bottom plate 2 a.

The FIG. 5 shows a bottom plate 2 in an oblique view. The outer edge 16 of the bottom plate 2 is stepped. On the step 17, the outer longitudinal and transverse walls are 4.5 of the compartment 3. The surface of the bottom plate 2 is structured such that the longitudinal and transverse walls 4, 5 and the respective parallel inner partition walls rest on the bottom plate 2 in the corresponding recesses 15, wherein the recesses 15 are arranged such that they correspond to the arrangement of the slots 6, 7 in the longitudinal and transverse walls 4, 5 correspond, and so also at different sizes the longitudinal and transverse walls 4, 5 rest on the bottom plate 2. Next, the bottom plate 2 incisions and protruding profiles, which serve to accommodate the cargo. The profiles may also have clamping parts for clamping attachment for the piece goods to be transported. These profiles are formed in the bottom plate in such a way that different sizes of cargo on the bottom plate 2 can be placed. The bottom of the bottom plate 2 is flat and flat. This base plate 2 can be used as a pallet during processing of the piece goods. During the transport of the piece goods from one processing site to the next, it is packed in a transport container with the insert 1 according to the invention. For further processing, the cargo is taken with the use of 1 from the transport container, lifted the Gefach 3 and transported the bottom plate as a pallet with the patch cargo for processing. Thus, the items can be removed for editing of the bottom plate 2 and used after processing again on the bottom plate 2. Are all parts processed, the Gefach 3 is placed back on the bottom plate 2 and the insert 1 packed with the cargo in the transport container.

The FIGS. 6 and 7 each show a bottom plate, the piece goods have on the different sizes. An example is the piece goods by two different sized turbine blades 18, 19. In the FIG. 6 are used on the bottom plate 2 larger turbine blades 18, in the longitudinal direction in each case four and in the transverse direction in each case 3 pieces. The corresponding Gefach (not shown) consists in this case of twelve compartments and due to the height of the wings of two stacked Gefach elements 3, each with four longitudinal walls 4 and five transverse walls 5. In the FIG. 7 is a same floor plate 2 as in FIG. 6 shown, but smaller turbine blades 19 are used. The Gefach 3 consists again of four longitudinal walls 4 but 6 transverse walls 5, resulting in 15 compartments on an equal base plate 2. Due to the small height of the small turbine blades 19 in this example, a compartment for the packaging of these smaller turbine blades 3 is sufficient.

For the transport of empties stacked bottom plates and in other transport containers either stacked compartments 3 or the longitudinal and transverse walls of decomposed compartments can be packed and transported in the empty transport containers. Thus, the volume of empty inserts to be transported can be greatly reduced.
