Definitions

  • the invention relates to a sprinkler - in particular a surface, rectangular or square sprinkler sprinkler for gardening.
  • Sprinklers are in German usage as Sprenkler - derived from the English word Sprinkler - which in turn is mainly used in German in the fire fighting.
  • the terms irrigation system, sprinkler system, sprinkler, sprinkler or sprinkler are also used for irrigation preparation or installation.
  • the impulse sprinkler or rocker sprinkler is placed on a tripod for irrigation of larger areas and operated via one or two nozzles; These sprinklers work with a jet of water and a nozzle, with which the water can be distributed in different throw directions on the beds or the lawn.
  • a simplified version of the impulse or oscillating lever sprinkler for correspondingly modest applications is the circular, circular or all-round sprinkler, with two water-powered, rotating, mostly kinked pipe nozzles with water-pressure-dependent operation.
  • Pop sprinklers are special sprinklers that are used to irrigate green areas - especially lawns - commonly known as lawn sprinklers or lawn sprinklers. Pop-up sprinklers are offered in different versions; There are plastic or stainless steel climbers, full or partial circle sprinkler with different nozzles.
  • a gearbox opponent is a ground-fed pop-up sprinkler whose gearbox is supplied with water pressure and rotates;
  • the Revolver lawn sprinkler belongs in this type of construction.
  • Gearbox reactors are usually part of a sprinkler system; They allow the targeted irrigation of certain garden areas.
  • Utility Models DE 20 2006 013 510 presents a fixed or displaceable or mobile device with a vertically arranged lawn sprinkler for home gardens or parks with water connection and electrical leads for eg solenoid valves, the capped lawn sprinkler is arranged vertically in a housing, the droplet swelling is sprayed radially and the lawn sprinkler its altitude at the upper output of the housing in relation to this in the axial direction in dependence of the water pressure can change - and thus the water outlet amount - and the lid of the sprinkler in the rest position thereof forms a covering cap for the housing. Since the hydraulic system is exclusively controlled by water pressure and no regulation is provided, oscillating relative movements between lawn sprinkler cylinder and nozzle can not be excluded up to a natural frequency of the system. The design of the hydraulic cylinder and the nozzle are not detailed.

If the implement carrier of the surface, rectangle or square sprinkler is also intended to be evacuated by hose movement, it will also leave its position during water turn-on or during oscillatory operation by the water turbine in conjunction with a crank drive. Also, the weight distribution of water-filled hose to plastic-made lawn sprinkler can cause it to tilt, depending on the distance from height hose connection to the ground and the dead weight of the sprinkler.
  • Area, rectangle or square sprinklers as lawn sprinklers should also be designed and installed so that they provide a minimum of shade and leave behind lawn shadow marks. Therefore, the gear tray should be as fragile and 'translucent' as possible.
