Das steckerseitige Primärverriegelungsmittel bildet zusammen mit einem noch zu beschreibenden buchsenseitigen Primärverriegelungsmittel die Primärverriegelung. Weiterhin sind an der Oberfläche des Befestigungsrings 6 Aussparungen 8 vorgesehen. Zum steckseitigen Ende des Steckers 2 hin weist der Befestigungsring 6 ein steckerseitiges Sekundärverriegelungsmittel, vorzugsweise eine Ausnehmung 10 auf. Am Stecker 2 ist weiterhin an einem kabelseitigen Ende ein Haltering 11 vorgesehen, der vorzugsweise eine Klemmung eines nicht dargestellten Anschlusskabels bewirken kann. An einer Oberfläche des Halterings 11 sind flächige Aussparungen 12 vorgesehen, an die ein Schraubwerkzeug angesetzt werden kann. Außerdem weist der Haltering 11 eine Öffnung 14 zur Durchführung des Anschlusskabels auf. Die Öffnung 14 ist in

Zwischen dem Stecker 2 und der Buchse 3 befindet sich der Verriegelungsring 4, der mit seinen Rastöffnungen 48 auf den Rastnasen 34 der Buchse 3 derart eingerastet ist, dass ein Verdrehen des Verriegelungsrings 4 nicht möglich ist. Gelangen die Bajonettstifte des Steckers 2 an das Ende der Bajonettnut 54, rastet die Verriegelungsnase 42 des Federarms 40 des Verriegelungsrings 4 in die Ausnehmung 10 des Befestigungsrings 6 ein. Hierdurch kommt es zu der Sekundärverriegelung des Steckers 2 mit der Buchse 3. Claims (14)
- Electrical connector (1), preferably a circular connection (1) comprising the following:a first circular connector (2) having a mounting ring (6), said mounting ring (6) being rotatably mounted on said first circular connector,a second circular connector (3),a primary locking means, anda secondary locking means,characterized in that said secondary locking means comprises a locking ring (4) adapted to be located on said second circular connector (3),said secondary locking means being formed by the locking engagement of the mounting ring (6) and the locking ring (4) when said first circular connector (2) and said second circular connector (3) form said connection (1).
- Electrical connector (1) as set forth in claim 1 characterized in that said mounting ring (6) comprises at least one plug-side secondary locking means (10) and that the locking ring (4) comprises at least one socket-side secondary locking means (42).
- Electrical connector (1) as set forth in one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the at least one plug-side secondary locking means (10) comprises at least one recess (10) and that the socket-side secondary locking means (42) comprises at least one spring arm (40) having a locking nose (42) which is in engagement with at least one recess (10) and thus forms the secondary locking means.
- Electrical connector (1) as set forth in one of the preceding claims characterized in that said first circular connector (2) is a plug (2) and that the mounting ring (6) comprises at an inner surface at least one plug-side primary locking means.
- Electrical connector (1) as set forth in one of the preceding claims characterized in that the second circular connector (3) is a socket (3) which comprises at an outer surface (302) of a socket body (31) at least one socket-side primary locking means (54).
- Electrical connector (1) as set forth in one of the preceding claims characterized in that the at least one plug-side primary locking means is at least one bayonet pin and the at least one socket-side primary locking means (54) is at least one bayonet groove (54), which is in engagement with the at least one bayonet pin and thus forms the primary locking means.
- Electrical connector (1) as set forth in one of the preceding claims characterized in that the at least one bayonet groove (54) comprises at a snap-in end a snap-in means within which the at least one bayonet pin comes into snap-in engagement when the snap-in end is reached.
- Electrical connector (100) as set forth in one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the socket body (31) comprises at least one recess (150) which allows a radial movement of the at least one spring arm (140).
- Electrical connector (100) as set forth in one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the at least one spring arm (40) comprises an opening (44) into which a de-locking tool can be inserted.
- Electrical connector (100) as set forth in one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the locking ring (4) comprises a recess (45) in the area of the spring arm and wherein the spring arm is bent out of said recess (45) in a biased condition.
- Electrical connector (1) as set forth in one of the preceding claims characterized in that the locking ring (60) comprises two spring arms (62) each of which comprises a locking nose (42) and the mounting ring (6) comprises two recesses (10) which are in engagement with the locking noses (42).
- Electrical connector (1) as set forth in one of the preceding claims characterized in that the locking ring (4) is located on an abutment surface (302) of the socket body (31) and is in abutment with a locking ring abutment (33).
- Electrical connector (1) as set forth in one of the preceding claims characterized in that the abutment surface (302) comprises snap-in noses (34) which guarantee a locking of the locking ring (4).
- Electrical connector (1) as set forth in claim 1 characterized in that the first circular connector (2) is a plug (2) and that the second circular connector (3) is a plug socket, and
said primary locking means is a bayonet lock and the secondary locking means is formed by the locking ring (4) adaptively mounted on the plug socket and the mounting ring socket (6) rotatably mounted on the plug (2).
