Claims (16)
- Durch mindestens ein schwingendes Scharnier (2) unterstützte Öffnungsvorrichtung für eine Tür (1) eines Möbelstücks, wobei diese Öffnungsvorrichtung ein Ausstoßelement (17) für die Tür (1) umfasst, das beim Öffnen eines kastenförmigen Basiskörpers (25), der dieses Ausstoßelement (17) verschiebbar stützt, elastisch beansprucht wird, lösbare Haltemittel (19) für das Ausstoßelement (17) und eine Bedienvorrichtung zum Betätigen der Haltemittel, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bedienvorrichtung ein Betätigungselement (20) für diese Haltemittel (19) umfasst, das um einen Drehpunkt (21) schwenkbar ist, positioniert am frontseitigen Ende der Flanken (30) des Basiskörpers (25) in der Nähe der Tür (1) und senkrecht ausgerichtet zur Verschieberichtung des Ausstoßelements (17), wobei das Betätigungselement (20) Verstärkungsmittel der Verschiebung der Haltemittel (19) zur Schwingung der Tür (1) aufweist, umfassend einen ersten und einen zweiten Arm (23, 24), die quer zueinander angeordnet sind, wobei der erste Arm (23) frontseitig des Basiskörpers (25) verlängert wird und im Wesentlichen parallel zur Tür (1) in einer geschlossenen Position positionierbar ist, sodass er von der Tür (1) oder einem Element des Scharniers (2) aktiviert wird, und der zweite Arm (24) entlang der Flanken (30) des Basiskörpers (25) verlängert wird, so ausgebildet, dass er die Haltemittel (19) unmittelbar oder mittelbar aktiviert.
- Öffnungsvorrichtung für eine Tür (1) eines Möbelstücks nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Betätigungselement (20) im Kontrast zu einem Federelement (22) und durch dessen Wirkung schwingbar ist.
- Öffnungsvorrichtung für eine Tür (1) eines Möbelstücks nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haltemittel (19) einen Zahn (34) umfassen, der mit einem Anschlag (35) am rückseitigen Ende des Ausstoßelements (17) in Eingriff gelangen kann.
- Öffnungsvorrichtung für eine Tür (1) eines Möbelstücks nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dieser Anschlag (35) eine elastisch nachgebende rückseitige Wand aufweist.
- Öffnungsvorrichtung für eine Tür (1) eines Möbelstücks nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anschlag (35) Reguliermittel der Eingriffposition dieses Zahns (34) aufweist.
- Öffnungsvorrichtung für eine Tür (1) eines Möbelstücks nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese Reguliermittel eine Schraube (38) umfassen, aufweisend eine justierbare Eindringtiefe in einen Sitz (37), ausgebildet im Anschlag (35), in den der Zahn (34) eingreifen kann.
- Öffnungsvorrichtung für eine Tür (1) eines Möbelstücks nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Arm (24) eine größere Länge aufweist als der erste Arm (23).
- Öffnungsvorrichtung für eine Tür (1) eines Möbelstücks nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Verhältnis zwischen der Länge des zweiten Arms (24) und der Länge des ersten Arms (23) mindestens 5 beträgt.
- Öffnungsvorrichtung für eine Tür (1) eines Möbelstücks nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haltemittel (19) am Ende des zweiten Arms (24) angeordnet sind.
- Öffnungsvorrichtung für eine Tür (1) eines Möbelstücks nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein Hebelantriebssystem (40, 42) zwischen dem Betätigungselement (20) und den Haltemitteln (19) umfasst.
- Öffnungsvorrichtung für eine Tür (1) eines Möbelstücks nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ausstoßelement (17) lösbare Haltemittel eines Sperrklinkentyps aufweist, und dass das schwingbare Betätigungselement (20) betriebswirksam mit dem Ausstoßelement (17) mittels der Verstärkungsmittel verbunden ist, sodass eine Verschiebung des Ausstoßelements (17) erzeugt wird, und entsprechende Sperrklinkenhaltemittel, sodass das Lösen des Ausstoßelements (17) bewirkt wird.
- Öffnungsvorrichtung für eine Tür (1) eines Möbelstücks nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verstärkungsmittel der Verschiebung zudem ein Hebelantriebssystem (40, 42) zwischen dem Betätigungselement (20) und dem Ausstoßelement (17) umfassen.
- Öffnungsvorrichtung für eine Tür (1) eines Möbelstücks nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine automatische Vorrichtung zum Zurücksetzen (47, 48, 49) des Ausstoßelements (17) umfasst.
- Öffnungsvorrichtung für eine Tür (1) eines Möbelstücks nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese Vorrichtung zum Zurücksetzen einen ersten Hebel (47) umfasst, der dazu bestimmt ist, mit einem Nocken (52) zu interagieren, vorhanden auf dem Ausstoßelement (17), einen zweiten Hebel (48), der durch einen Teil des Scharniers in Bewegung während der Öffnung der Tür (1) betätigt werden kann, und einen dritten Hebel (49) für den Bewegungsantrieb zwischen dem ersten und dem zweiten Hebel (47, 48).
- Scharnier (2) für ein Möbelstück, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es eine Öffnungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche umfasst, angebracht an einem Scharnierarm (4) oder an der fixierenden Basis (5) des Scharniers an einem fixierten Teil des Möbelstücks.
- Möbelstück, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es mindestens eine Öffnungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10 umfasst, angebracht an einer Seite des Möbelstücks, an der das Scharnier befestigt ist, und/oder mindestens ein Scharnier nach Anspruch 15.
