Claims (6)
- Vorrichtung zum inkrementalen Heißformen eines Bleches (2), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein Gestell (110) besitzt, umfassend Mittel (112) zur Positionierung des zu formenden Bleches (2), sowie einen Isolierkasten (120), der in dem Gestell (110) angeordnet und derart vorgesehen ist, dass er Heizmittel (130) thermisch isoliert, wobei diese Heizmittel in dem Kasten (120) derart angeordnet sind, dass das Blech (2) mit seiner zum Inneren des Gestells (110) gewandten Unterseite (2i) erhitzt (F) werden kann.
- Vorrichtung zum inkrementalen Heißformen nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, bei der die Heizmittel Halogenlampen (130) umfassen.
- Vorrichtung zum inkrementalen Heißformen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, bei der die Positionierungs-mittel (112) einen Blechhalter (114) und eine Umfangsmatrix (116) umfassen, die das zu formende Blech (2) halten können.
- Vorrichtung zum inkrementalen Heißformen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, bei dem es ein Hilfsheizsystem (140) ermöglicht, die Wärmeverluste, die mit der Befestigung und dem Halten des Blechs (2) durch den Blechhalter (114) und die Matrix (116) zusammenhängen, auszugleichen.
- Vorrichtung zum inkrementalen Heißformen nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, bei der das Hilfsheizsystem (140) in Verwendung unter der Umfangsmatrix (116) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung zum inkrementalen Heißformen nach einem der Ansprüche 4 oder 5, bei dem das Hilfsheizsystem (140) von Widerstandsheizelementen gebildet ist.
