Claims (2)
- 所定のマグネシウム合金薄板を適宜保持しながら前記薄板の両端に電極を配置して、通電によって発生するジュール熱を以って薄板全体を均一に約200〜300℃の温度に維持しながら、NC加工機に装着した加工工具を以って、耐熱性及び断熱性を兼ね備えたマンドレルを使用して常法の逐次加工を施してなることを特徴とするマグネシウム合金薄板の塑性加工方法。
- 所定のマグネシウム合金薄板を適宜保持しながら前記薄板の両端に電極を配置して、通電によって発生するジュール熱を以って薄板全体を均一に約200〜300℃の温度に維持しながら、NC加工機に装着した加工工具を以って、200℃以上の温度に維持したアルミ合金製のマンドレルを使用して常法の逐次加工を施してなることを特徴とするマグネシウム合金薄板の塑性加工方法。
