Entsprechen die ins Mauerwerk gestemmten Eckbereiche aber nicht hinreichend genau der Größe und Form des Formkörpers, und sind etwa im Eckbereich vergrößert ausgebrochen, zeigt sich die entstandene vergrößerte Fuge zwischen Mauerwerksöffnung und Montageblock auch nach dem Verputzen, indem die Fugenränder auch unter dem Putz sichtbar bleiben. Claims (4)

  1. A mounting block for the connection of sanitary or heating appliances in masonry construction, comprising a cuboid, foamed moulded body (1), into which inlet and outlet pipes (4) are foamed in fixed positions, and comprising connections (3) for the sanitary or heating appliance which are arranged in a cover surface (5) of the moulded body, characterized in that the moulded body (1) is provided with laterally projecting, mesh- or lattice-like surface elements (2), and that adjacently disposed side surfaces (6) of the moulded body (1), which extend perpendicularly to the cover surface (5), are arranged at an obtuse angle to one another, or converge tangentially into a curved connecting surface (7).
  2. A mounting block according to claim 1, characterized in that the mesh- or lattice-like surface elements (2) are designed elastically.
  3. A mounting block according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the mesh- or lattice-like surface elements (2) are foamed for their attachment into the moulded body (1).
  4. A mounting block according to one of the claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the mesh- or lattice-like surface elements (2) protrude at least in sections into the cover surface (5) of the moulded body (1).
