Claims (10)

  1. Vorrichtung (1) zum Lösen oder Suspendieren von Produkten (P), wie Medikamenten und/oder Nahrungsmitteln, umfassend einen Boden (2), einen Körper (3), der wenigstens ein offenes oberes Ende (32) aufweist und einen Raum V zum Lösen oder Suspendieren eines Produkts mit einer Flüssigkeit oder einem wässrigen oder nicht wässrigen Flüssigkeitsgemisch definiert, sowie einen Deckel (4) zum Verschließen des offenen oberen Endes (32) des Körpers (3), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:
    - der Boden (2) von dem Körper (3) der Vorrichtung lösbar ist und einen Tiegel (5) zum Zerkleinern des zu lösenden oder zu suspendierenden Produkts (P) bildet, und
    - der Deckel (4) ein Einsteckorgan (11) mit ergänzender Form zu dem in dem lösbaren Boden (2) ausgebildeten Tiegel (5) umfasst, und
    - der Boden (2) und der Deckel (4) ergänzende Verbindungs- und Festziehmittel (6, 10) umfassen, die einerseits das Verbinden und das Festziehen des Deckels auf dem Boden ermöglichen, um ein Produkt (P), das zuvor in dem Tiegel (5) angeordnet wird, zu pulverisieren, und die andererseits die Befestigung und das Festziehen des Bodens an einem unteren Ende (31) des Körpers (3) der Vorrichtung, das mit einem Gewinde (13) versehen ist, welches für seine Verbindung mit dem Boden (2) nach Zerkleinern des Produkts ausgelegt ist, sowie die Befestigung, dann das Festziehen des Deckels (4) an dem offenen oberen Ende (32) des Körpers, das ebenfalls mit einem Gewinde (12) versehen ist, welches für seine Verbindung mit dem Deckel (4) ausgelegt ist, ermöglichen, um das Lösen oder Suspendieren und das Mischen des zerkleinerten Produkts (P) mit einer Flüssigkeit oder einem Gemisch aus wässrigen oder nicht wässrigen Flüssigkeiten zu vollziehen.
  2. Vorrichtung zum Lösen oder Suspendieren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ergänzenden Verbindungs- und Festziehmittel (6, 10) Mittel zum dichten Verschrauben sind.
  3. Vorrichtung zum Lösen oder Suspendieren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Boden (2) und der Deckel (3) an ihrem Umfang Gleitschutzelemente (7, 8) umfassen, die dazu ausgelegt sind, ein manuelles Festziehen des Deckels auf dem Boden, um ein zu mischendes Produkt zu zerkleinern, zu erleichtern sowie das Festziehen des Bodens und des Deckels an dem unteren bzw. dem oberen Ende (31, 32) des Körpers (3) der Vorrichtung zu erleichtern.
  4. Vorrichtung zum Lösen oder Suspendieren nach einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen Adapter (14, 21) zum Anbringen des Bodens (2) an dem unteren Ende (31) des Körpers (3) umfasst, wobei der Adapter erste Befestigungs- und Festziehmittel, die zu denjenigen des Bodens (2) ergänzend sind, sowie zweite Befestigungs- und Festziehmittel, die zu denjenigen des unteren Endes (31) des Körpers (3) ergänzend sind, umfasst.
  5. Vorrichtung zum Lösen oder Suspendieren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten und die zweiten Befestigungs- und Festziehmittel jeweils durch einen Klemmring (15, 17) gebildet sind, der ein Innen- (16, 18) oder Außengewinde, das zu einem an dem Boden bzw. dem unteren Ende (31) des Körpers (3) ausgebildeten Gewinde (6, 13) ergänzend ist, umfasst.
  6. Vorrichtung zum Lösen oder Suspendieren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klemmringe (15, 17) des Adapters (14) durch einen Ring (19), der eine lediglich drehende relative Beweglichkeit der beiden Klemmringe sicherstellt, aneinander gequetscht sind.
  7. Vorrichtung zum Lösen oder Suspendieren nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Adapter (14) wenigstens einen O-Ring (20) zur Abdichtung zwischen den beiden Klemmringen (15, 17) umfasst.
  8. Vorrichtung zum Lösen oder Suspendieren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Körper (3) eine minimale Höhe von 10 cm und einen minimalen Innendurchmesser von 2,5 cm aufweist.
  9. Vorrichtung zum Lösen oder Suspendieren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Körper (3) aus Glas oder aus einem transparenten Kunststoff mit Lebensmittel- oder pharmazeutischer Qualität besteht.
  10. Verfahren zum Lösen oder Suspendieren eines Produkts (P), wie eines Medikaments oder eines Nahrungsmittels, mit Hilfe einer Vorrichtung (1) wie sie in den Ansprüchen 1 bis 9 beschrieben ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:
    - ein zu lösendes oder zu suspendierendes Produkt (P) in dem Tiegel (5), welcher innerhalb des Bodens (2) der Vorrichtung begrenzt ist, eingebracht wird,
    - der Deckel (4) der Vorrichtung auf den Boden (2) geschraubt wird, derart, dass das Einsteckorgan (11) des Deckels (4) das Produkt in dem in dem Boden gebildeten Tiegel (5) zerdrückt,
    - anschließend der Deckel (4) und der Boden (2) voneinander abgeschraubt werden und an dem Boden (2) ein unteres Ende (31) des Körpers der Vorrichtung befestigt wird, gegebenenfalls mittels eines Adapters (14, 21),
    - über das obere Ende (32) des Körpers eine Flüssigkeitsmenge v in den mit dem Boden (2) verbundenen Körper (3) eingeleitet wird, um das pulverisierte und in dem Tiegel (5) vorhandene Produkt (P) mit der Flüssigkeit zu mischen,
    - der Deckel (4) auf das obere Ende (32) des Körpers (3) der Vorrichtung nach dessen Befüllen mit der Flüssigkeitsmenge v geschraubt wird,
    - das Produkt und die Flüssigkeit, nach Anbringen des Deckels (4), durch manuelles Schütteln und/oder Umdrehen der Vorrichtung gemischt werden.
