Figur 1 zeigt ein Fenster mit einem gegen einen Rahmen 1 schwenkbaren Flügel 2 und mit einem Treibstangenbeschlag 3 zur Verriegelung des Flügels 2 in dem Rahmen 1. Der Treibstangenbeschlag 3 hat ein von einer Handhabe 4 antreibbares Kantengetriebe 5 zum Antrieb einer längsverschieblichen Treibstange 6. Claims (11)

  1. A drive rod (6) for a drive rod fitting (3) of a window, a French window or the like having a first drive rod section (9) and a second drive rod section (10) and having a positive connection of two coupling sections (17, 18) of the drive rod sections (9, 10) lying one above the other in a fitting groove (11), characterized in that the coupling section (17) of one of the drive rod sections (9) has cutting- or impressing edges (19, 20) arranged transversely to the intended direction of movement of the drive rod (6) and the coupling section (18) of the other of the drive rod sections (10) is one which can be cut or deformed by the cutting- or impressing edges (19, 20), so that a positive connection is generated directly between the drive rod sections (9, 10).
  2. A drive rod according to Claim 1, characterized in that the cutting- or impressing edges (19, 20) are arranged on the coupling section (17) of the drive rod section (9) to be arranged in the fitting groove (11) in the lower position.
  3. A drive rod according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the drive rod section (9) having the cutting- or impressing edges (19, 20) has a higher strength than the other drive rod section (10).
  4. A drive rod according to any one of Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the drive rod section (9) having the cutting- or impressing edges (19, 20) is part of a closure (8), a corner deflector (7) or an edge gear (5) of the drive rod fitting (3).
  5. A drive rod according to any one of Claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the drive rod section (10) which can be deformed by the cutting- or impressing edges (19, 20) is made of plastic.
  6. A drive rod according to any one of Claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the drive rod section (9) having the cutting- or impressing edges (19, 20) is made of zinc die-cast.
  7. A drive rod according to any one of the Claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the drive rod section (9) having the cutting- or impressing edges (19, 20) is designed in cross section in a U-shaped manner with a base (14) provided for support at the bottom of the fitting groove (11) and legs (15, 16) projecting therefrom and that a row of cutting- or impressing edges (19, 20) is arranged on at least one of the inner sides of the legs (15, 16).
  8. A drive rod according to Claim 7, characterized in that the cutting- or impressing edges (19, 20) protrude from the inner sides of the legs (15, 16).
  9. A drive rod according to any one of the Claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the drive rod sections (9, 10) are connected with each other via a latching connection (12).
  10. A drive rod according to Claim 9, characterized in that the latching connection (12) has a latching hook (13) extending along the intended direction of movement of the drive rod (6).
  11. A drive rod according to Claim 10, characterized in that the latching hook (13) is arranged on the outside of the legs (15, 16) of the drive rod section (9) designed in cross section in a U-shaped manner.
