Description

Technisches GebietTechnical area

The present invention relates to a device for situational authorized access and / or access to any enclosures and its protection against misuse of the contents, comprising at least one opening / closing mechanism and at least one actuatable by means of the opening / closing mechanism and / or releasable locking / unlocking , In the present case, all devices that permit or prevent actuation and / or release of the locking / unlocking using mechanical, electromechanical or other physical principles, for example by means of a suitable key or a combination of numbers, come into consideration as the opening / closing mechanism. As a key any mechanical, electronic or electromagnetic devices are suitable, which are suitable for operating the opening / closing mechanism according to the prior art. The term housing is understood below to mean all substantially solid shells which are suitable for the purpose of protecting the contents, for example containers or premises.

Stand der TechnikState of the art

It is well known that any container may contain facilities or items which, although in emergency or other situations must be immediately removable by anyone, but must be protected against theft or access in a suitable deterrent form.

This contradiction has so far been resolved only inadequately, since, for example, key systems do not guarantee access by any person and open systems with, for example, mechanical or electromechanical locking mechanisms do not guarantee protection or inhibition represent, as the container after intrusion, for example, illegal removal or modification of the container contents could be returned non-destructive in its intact original external state. As a result, the penalty in the legal consideration is limited. There is no serious case of theft, as the contents of the container are not legally secured against removal in the sense of § 243 S.2 StGB. It should also be noted that access to the service is not hindered by anti-theft measures.

Out FR 2 701 285 B3 a door locking system for situational authorized access is known, comprising at least one opening / closing mechanism and at least one releasable by means of the opening / closing mechanism and / or operable locking / unlocking, which can be operated for authorized access by means of a key, wherein in the access area a Locking / unlocking of the housing at least one by means of at least one manually operable mechanical and / or electromechanical shielding or cover überwindbare barrier is provided by the irreversible deformation / destruction an indirect access to the locking / unlocking is provided by means of a rod, wherein the Locking / unlocking consists of a spring-loaded displaceable, however, always arranged locking element and the barrier consists of at least one einschlagbaren glass.

Out GB 2 205 894 A is also a generic device for situational authorized access known, via a einschlag- or depressible disc locking / unlocking is operated directly.

Out DE 310 919 C a lock is known in which relieved by the fragmentation of a disc a pressure pin and a locking pin is released from its locked position.

A disadvantage of the aforementioned devices is that they are technically complicated and no direct manual access to the locking / unlocking takes place.

Darstellung der ErfindungPresentation of the invention

The present invention is based on the object to provide a device that allows access to housing, especially containers to ensure by anyone, but at the same time creates a theft protection with concomitant increase in anti-theft threshold, without a service access to the housing is limited , Moreover, since this is often an exceptional situation, the invention should advantageously be easy to use, even in stressful situations.

According to the invention the above object is achieved with the features of claim 1. Advantageous embodiments of the device according to the invention are specified in the subclaims.

According to the invention, it is provided
that the access area for locking / unlocking by the destruction of the barrier is completely released and the barrier is designed in such a way that access to the locking / unlocking is made possible only after a complete destruction of the barrier.

In a particularly advantageous embodiment of the invention, this barrier consists of a cast-glass pane, as it is already used as too easy access protection in emergency detectors. After hitting this disc, after the fragments have fallen into a possibly existing catching device, access to an (alarm) release mechanism is possible.

Vorteilhafterweise greifen beide Zugänge auf die gleiche (bzw. miteinander verbundene) Ver-/Entriegelung zu.Non-time critical access, e.g. for service purposes, may e.g. through a key-operated lock but also all the mechanisms of an opening made, which does not require any barrier, here come to abuse more protected opening mechanisms (standard mechanisms) come to bear. Advantageously, both accesses access the same (or interconnected) locking / unlocking.

Fig.1 shows the device according to the invention on a hinged or tiltable housing door 30 in a perspective view in a particularly preferred embodiment. In this embodiment, the locking / unlocking 2 consists of a locking element 2 which is displaceably arranged on a base plate 5 of the device provided on the rear side of the housing door 30 and projects beyond the housing door 30 in the locked state and is held by means of the springs 4 in this position. As a housing door 30 is any housing concealing device to understand, which need not necessarily be articulated, which can substitute the housing in an extreme case.

The latch member 2 is operated upon authorized access by the opening / closing mechanism 1 by means of a conventional key 1a. These are - as out Fig.2 and Figure 3 visible - in the locking element 2 transversely and longitudinally extending recesses 2b; 2c provided, in which a provided on the back of the opening / closing mechanism 1 pin 1b engages.

By (left- or right-side) turning the opening / closing mechanism 1 either the locking element 2 is closed by spring force (pin 1b in the longitudinal recess 2b) or against the spring force pressed down (pin 1b in the transverse recess 2c) and so that the locking / unlocking 2 unlocked.

In the event of unauthorized access, after the barrier 3 has been destroyed, the locking element 2 is unlocked by manually pulling or pushing the displaceable locking element 2, for example on a grip element or the like provided on the locking element 2.

In the in the Fign.3 and 4 In the illustrated embodiment of the device according to the invention, the opening / closing mechanism 1 and the locking element 2 are arranged on the device in such a manner that both by the manual unlocking by pulling or pressing and the authorized unlocking of the sliding locking element 2 by means of the opening / closing mechanism 1, the locking element 2 is displaced axially in one direction.

The exclusively axial displacement of the locking element 2 allows a particularly flat construction of the device. This is of fundamental practical importance, since a flat construction of the device therefore also allows a particularly flat construction of the respective housing and therefore does not constitute an obstacle in its arrangement in the area of escape routes. The flatter the construction of the device, the more advantageous this accordingly for the arrangement and accessibility in critical, especially narrow access and escape areas.

Furthermore, the device for this purpose consists essentially of a flat formed locking element 2 and a likewise flat base plate 5, wherein the locking element 2 is guided to the base plate 5 in parallel sliding. Likewise is - how Figure 4 shows - the barrier 3 on the device flat and arranged substantially parallel to the base plate 5 and the locking element 2.

When unauthorized access is the pin 1b in this version - as in Figure 3 shown - in a longitudinally or axially displaceable in the recess 2b position, so that the opening / closing mechanism 1 is not actuated by the manual operation of the locking element 2.

The peculiarity of this
Device consists in particular that both the access after penetration of the barrier 3 by hand and the access by means of the opening / closing mechanism 1, the locking element 2 is actuated such that it is not necessary to use this separate locking and unlocking mechanisms. The design of this device is accordingly designed to be technically simple and inexpensive.

In one embodiment of the invention, the barrier 3 is designed in such a way that access to the locking / unlocking 2 or
on the locking element 2 only after a complete destruction of the barrier 3 is possible, in this case
the access area 6 for locking / unlocking 2 or the locking element 2 is completely released by the destruction of the barrier.

It is also ensured that in case of destruction of the barrier 3, preferably a disc, for the subsequent theft (improper removal) of an object in certain countries and insurance burglary is present (here: breaking a container in a room of a building). This would typically not be the case by definition of a barrier 3 or seal prepared for it in any way (e.g., groove, trailing edge, breakline, breakpoint, break-off edge, etc.) (here, no breakage, e.g.,). The design is thus particularly advantageous, for example, by the impact of a disk as a barrier 3, which was not specially prepared for this, for the classification in insurance in the context of hedging a burglary. This advantage leads to a more open availability and thus to an increase in access frequency and an associated increase in efficiency for emergency situations.

In the particularly preferred embodiment, a natural psychological inhibition threshold is also exploited. Since access to the locking element 2 is to destroy a barrier 3 whose destruction is associated with a risk of injury to the user (injury to glass splinters, etc.), it is naturally to be assumed that the barrier 3 is largely overcome by the user for intended use purposes where the risk of injury outweighs the benefits (eg, to obtain a product for use in acute emergency situations, such as a mobile medical device, a life-saving device, a means to contain dangerous situations). In addition, the user in the destruction of a not specially prepared for this barrier 3, as in the particularly advantageous embodiment as a glass, expect a noise that is considered by others to be an indication of a special event, thus increasing the risk of detection (sound of glass breakage is associated with a situation such as burglary, vandalism, accident, etc.) , This acts as an additional inhibition threshold if the user does not intend to do so. In the case of a prepared barrier 3, such as a glass with break point, the user will not have to assume such a noise development. These features of the device encourage the owner of the object to be kept openly accessible for emergency deployment to further ideally place the item for emergency access (and not to place it as safely and monitored as possible) and thus improve efficiency (eg, survival rate, containment of damage). to increase significantly.

In the particularly preferred embodiment, the fact is also exploited that pulling on a lever / bolt for an emergency situation (eg emergency stop in the train, opening emergency doors, etc.) and also overcoming a barrier 3 as here a glass in other emergency purposes such as Alarming options (eg fire alarm) is already widespread and thus the combination lead to increased acceptance and in the special case of an emergency situation, to a more intuitive application. Since time is usually the decisive factor in an emergency situation, the invention should be regarded as particularly efficient and advantageous.

How out Fig.3 and Fig.4 can be seen, the locking element 2 below the opening / closing mechanism 1, a deformation 2d in such a way that the locking element 2 protrudes at the suitable location for access from the base plate 5 at least. This design allows the user to grasp the locking element 2 easier.

The locking element 2 has, as Fig.1 shows, in the access area 6, a further recess 2a, by means of which the locking element 2 can be pressed by hand downwards, for example with the fingers.

In a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the release / lock 2 simultaneously acts as a fastening of the housing door 30. The release / lock 2 is, for example, arranged on the housing such that a made unlocking of the opening / closing mechanism 1 results in that the housing door 30 can be removed from the housing.

Through a cover 3 of the opening / closing mechanism 1 by means of the barrier 3, advantageously a glass pane 3 to be hammered in, an additional moral, de facto and legal inhibition threshold is created. The moral inhibition threshold results from the identical construction, with which emergency signal detectors are protected. The factual inhibition threshold results from the necessary destruction of material, here glass. This requires not only strength, but also precaution, and additionally generates the acoustically perceivable for third signal of splintering, which can be supplemented in the opening / closing mechanism 1 itself or in the housing opening by other arbitrary types of signals. The legal inhibition threshold results from the higher sentence of § 243 StGB. In addition, in many insurance contracts in Germany, there is a protection against such theft.

Anwendungsbeispielexample

Emergency equipment must be accessible at any time and within seconds for any first responder, such as fire extinguishers. At the same time, this emergency device has a high market value, which is why there is the risk of taking in seconds, with a simple weather-protected storage solution through this entrainment only a theft would be realized under § 242 StGB. By using the device according to the invention on a for storing an emergency device appropriate container unjustified entrainment of emergency equipment because of the said inhibition threshold would be largely avoided.

The device according to the invention is not limited in its execution to the above-mentioned preferred embodiments. Rather, a variety of design variations within the scope of the invention defined by the claims are conceivable, which make use of the illustrated solution even with fundamentally different type of execution.
