Abstract

The security device uses a cable (2) contained within the door between inner and outer skins, exhibiting a variation in length, upon the door being attacked, to operate an emergency locking device. The cable is attached to emergency locking elements (30,31) which are held in the retracted position against the force of a spring, in the normal condition of the cable. The cable is fed to and fro within the space between the inner and outer skins of the door and is passed around bolts (6) between the door and the door frame.

Description

The invention relates to a security device for a security door, in which a rope is located in the security door, the position of which can be changed in the event of an attack on the security door, and an emergency locking device which is triggered by the rope changed in position.

It is known to use ropes, wires or bands - hereinafter referred to collectively as "ropes" - as part of security devices for security doors, which are used, for example, in safes or steel barriers. The ropes are guided in a bolt work room of the security door behind an external door armor in vulnerable areas and their ends are hung on special bolts, spikes or the like (cf. DE 92 04 933 U1). If the door armor is broken with mechanical or thermal tools or if an attempt is made to knock out the door lock, the ropes are released from their suspension; the emergency lock held under the action of the properly suspended ropes is released.

The known safety devices do not allow locking bolts that are excluded when the safety door is closed - protrude beyond the door frame - and into a housing, e.g. of the safe or steel cabinet, intervene or reach behind, to protect. If the locking bolt is severed in the area between the door frame and the housing, the ropes of the known safety devices do not work, the safety door can be opened. In order to counter this danger, known security doors are made so thick that their locking bolts cannot, at least only with difficulty, be destroyed in the event of a violent breakthrough through the door panel or through the area between the door frame and housing with the aid of grinding or thermal tools. Such a construction, in which the parts mentioned here are oversized, is complex and not system-compatible.

Hier will die Erfindung Abhilfe schaffen. The invention seeks to remedy this. The invention has for its object to design a security door of the type mentioned in such a way that the security level of the security door adequately thick door panels and locking bolts can be used and not oversized door panels and locking bolts must be used. According to the invention, this object is achieved in that the rope is connected on the one hand to an emergency locking element which is held in its rest position by the undestroyed rope against the action of holding elements, for example springs, deflected by a bolt work room in the security door from the bolt work room out and outside of the bolt work room in the area between the door frame and a housing provided with the safety door is guided past bolt bolts and tensioned and on the other hand is fastened in the safety door.

In the invention, the safety device is triggered as soon as the rope is destroyed. The rope covers the security-relevant parts of the security door. Inside the bolt room it passes the area of the castle. If an attack is made against the security door in the area of the lock, the same effect occurs as with known security devices: the emergency locking elements engage. In addition, in the invention, however, other parts relevant to safety are also covered within the frame work room. In particular, however, in the invention, the area between the door frame and the housing in which the security door is installed is detected by the rope, that is the area in which the locking bolts are arranged. An attack on the locking bolts also leads to the destruction of the rope and thus to the triggering of the emergency locking elements.

The door body 1 of a security door selected as an exemplary embodiment is formed by an outer leaf 11, an inner leaf 12 arranged in parallel at a distance from the outer leaf 11, and by side walls 13 connecting the outer leaf 11 and the inner leaf 12 Are defined. On the inner end face of the door body 1, a door hinge 15 is provided for attachment to a housing, not shown. On the opposite end and on the side 13 locking bolts 6 protrude from the side walls. The locking bolts 6 are connected to a locking mechanism 7, which is formed from an inner cross bolt 71, an outer cross bolt 72 and a longitudinal bolt 73. With the help of the bolt work 7, the locking bolts 6 are included and excluded, as it is e.g. is described in DE 34 06 913 C2. To open and close the security door, a lock 8 is to be actuated, which in the exemplary embodiment is designed as a double-bit lock. Its function is e.g. described in DE 36 44 999 C2. Other locks, including lock combinations, can be used.

Part of the security door is a security device, which is formed from a rope 2 and an emergency lock consisting of two emergency locking elements 30, 31 in the exemplary embodiment. In the event of an attack on the security door, the cable 2 is destroyed and the emergency lock 3 is triggered in that the emergency locking elements 30, 31 are pressed outwards over the frame of the door.

The rope 2 is an endless rope. On the one hand, it is connected to the one emergency locking element 30. The cable 2 is then anti-parallel to the force exerted by a holding element in the emergency locking element 30, then perpendicular to the outer leaf 11 to point 21, from there parallel to the outer leaf 11. In the area of the outer sheet 11, an opening 23 is provided in the side wall 13, through which the cable 2 exits the frame work room 14 into the area outside the side wall 13. It then passes through the locking bolt 6 connected to the inner cross bolt 71 in order to re-enter the bolt work space 14 between this locking bolt 6 and the door hinge 16 through a further opening 23 in the side wall 13. From there, the cable 2 is guided obliquely to the side wall 13 in the direction of the outer cross bar 72, where it is deflected at a short distance from the central axis of the security door at point 24. The point 24 is located in the area in which one of the locking bolts 6 is connected to the outer cross bolt 72. From the outer point 24, the rope 2 is then guided parallel to the longitudinal axis of the security door to an inner point 22, which is located in the area of the lock 8. In the inner point 22, the cable 8 is again deflected to an opening 25 in the side wall opposite the side wall 13 with the openings 23. Here, the cable 2 passes through the side wall 13 in order to be guided outside and parallel to it, analogously to the opposite side, past the locking bolt 6 into the area of the emergency locking element 31. In the area of the emergency locking element 30, the cable 2 in turn passes through an opening 25 up to a point 26 at which it is from the previous plane is guided in the plane of the emergency locking elements 30,31. The rope 2 is connected to the emergency locking element 31 in the same way as to the first emergency locking element 30. The rope 2 is finally continued in the plane of the emergency locking elements 30, 31 to the emergency locking element 30.

Each emergency locking element 30, 31 has a bolt 32 which, under the action of a holding element, in the exemplary embodiment of a spring 33, is held in its rest position by the cable 2 against the action of the spring 33. A pin 36 connected to the bolt 32 emerges from the side of the emergency locking element 30, 31, around which the cable 2 is wound in an anti-parallel manner to the spring 33. A spring-loaded holding element 35 acts on the bolt 32, the frictional force of which must be overcome before the emergency locking device 30 is triggered, and which engages behind the associated bolt 32 when the holding element 30, 31 is triggered and prevents it from being pushed back when the rope 2 and holding element are relaxed . The entire emergency locking element 30, 31 is surrounded by a housing 37, which, like the bolt 32, is made of stainless steel in order to also prevent an attack on the security door in this area.

Theoretically, the cable 2 can be guided anywhere within the frame work room 14. It is in particular designed such that it sweeps over the critical areas of the security door, in particular within the bolt work room 14, in particular the area of the lock 8, and the areas in which the locking bolts 6 engage the bolts 71, 72, 73. Above all, the rope 2 is outside the Bolt room 14, namely in the area between the frame of the security door and the housing, in which the security door is inserted, past two locking bolts 6. It is possible to guide the cable 2 past the locking bolts 6 emerging from the end face. It is also possible to use only one of the emergency locking elements 30 or 31, to connect one end of the cable 2 and to fasten the other end thereof in the door body 3 itself.

At the moment when the rope 2 is destroyed, the force that holds the bolts 32 against the action of the spring 33 in their rest position is eliminated. Under the action of the spring 33 by overcoming the holding element 35, the bolts 32 are pressed outwards into / behind the housing and lock the door, even if all locking bolts 6 should be severed. The holding elements 35, which engage behind the bolts 32, prevent them from being pushed back into the starting position. Since the latch 3 is arranged at a significantly greater distance from the outer leaf 11 with respect to the locking bolts 6, it is much more difficult to achieve with the aid of attack tools. It is also made of stainless steel.
