Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine hydraulische Steueranordnung gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1 und ein Verfahren zum Ansteuern von mehreren hydraulischen Verbrauchern.The invention relates to a hydraulic control arrangement according to the preamble of patent claim 1 and a method for controlling a plurality of hydraulic consumers.

Man unterscheidet dabei nach dem Stromreglerprinzip arbeitende LS-Systeme und nach dem Stromteilerprinzip arbeitende Systeme. Bei letzteren ist die Druckwaage der Zumessblende nachgeschaltet. Diese Stromteilersysteme bezeichnet man auch als LUDV-Systeme, die eine Untergruppe der LS-Systeme darstellen, bei denen der höchste Lastdruck der hydraulischen Verbraucher an eine Verstellpumpe gemeldet und diese so geregelt wird, dass in der Pumpenleitung ein um eine vorbestimmte Druckdifferenz oberhalb des höchsten Lastdrucks liegender Pumpendruck anliegt. Gegenüber einer herkömmlichen LUDV-Architektur mit zentralem Steuerblock, bei der jeder Verbraucher zumindest über eine eigene Hochdruckleitung zu versorgen ist, stellt dies eine erhebliche Einsparung hydraulischer Leitungen dar. In entsprechender Weise muss dann der Hub der lastniedrigeren Individualdruckwaagen, im vorliegenden Fall der Individualdruckwaage 52 auf einen geringeren Hub eingestellt sein, da über diese der Druck p* auf den Lastdruck in dem Druckraum 80 abgedrosselt wird, der unterhalb des höheren Lastdrucks im Druckraum 82 des lastdruckhöheren Hydrozylinders 16 liegt. Das heißt, der Hub der Individualdruckwaage 52 ist geringer als derjenige der lastdruckhöchsten Druckwaage 54. Dieser Maximalwert wird mit einem im Speicher der Steuereinheit 22 abgelegten Soll-Hub xsoll verglichen und über die Steuereinheit 22 ein Signal abgegeben, wenn der Hub xMax der am weitest geöffneten Individualdruckwaage 54 größer als der Sollwert ist. In diesem Fall ist die Regelfunktion der am weitest geöffneten Individualdruckwaage nicht mehr gewährleistet. Claims (14)

  1. Hydraulic control arrangement for supplying pressure medium to a plurality of consumers (14, 16, 18), wherein a variable displacement pump (20) is connected via pressure medium to the consumers (14, 16, 18) in each case via an adjustable supply metering orifice (48, 50) and an individual pressure compensator (52, 54) associated therewith, the individual pressure compensators (52, 54) being subjected in the opening direction to the pressure downstream of the respective supply metering orifices (48, 50) and in the closing direction to a control pressure, which is approximately equal for the individual pressure compensators (52, 54) and is adjustable via a control unit (22), characterized in that the individual pressure compensators (52, 54) are provided with a displacement transducer (72, 74) for detecting a lift.
  2. Control arrangement according to Claim 1, wherein the control pressure is adjusted in such a way that the individual pressure compensator (54) of the consumer (16) having the highest load pressure is set to a reference opening position (xsoll), and the individual pressure compensators (52) of the consumers (14, 18) having lower load pressure are set to a smaller opening cross section.

  4. Control arrangement according to Claim 3, wherein the pressure reducing valve (60, 62) is adjustable electrically or electrohydraulically via the control unit (22).
  5. Control arrangement according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the control pressure is adjusted as a function of the lifts (x) of the individual pressure compensators (52, 54) associated with the consumers (14, 16, 18).
  6. Control arrangement according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein during operation the control pressure is adjusted as a function of the lift (x) of the individual pressure compensator (54) associated with the consumer (16) having the highest load pressure.
  7. Control arrangement according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein at least the individual pressure compensator of a priority consumer can be adjusted, by adjusting the control pressure, in such a way that the pressure difference across the associated supply metering orifice remains substantially constant.
  8. Control arrangement according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the variable displacement pump (20) is electroproportionally adjustable.
  9. Control arrangement according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the individual pressure compensator (52, 54) and the supply metering orifice (48, 50), and optionally the pressure reducing valves (60, 62), are arranged locally in the region of the respective hydraulic consumer (14, 16, 18).
  10. Control arrangement according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein a reference opening cross section is provided to be as close as possible to the maximum opening cross section (lift stop).
  11. Control arrangement according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the consumers are hydraulic cylinders (14, 16, 18) of a piece of mobile equipment (1).
  12. Method for activating a plurality of hydraulic consumers (14, 16, 18) which are connected via pressure medium to a variable displacement pump (20) via an individual pressure compensator (52, 54) and a supply metering orifice (48, 50) in each case, wherein the individual pressure compensators (52, 54) are subjected in the opening direction to a pressure downstream of the associated supply metering orifices (48, 50) and in the closing direction to a control pressure, characterized by the step:
