Definitions
- the present invention relates to a hydraulic system with a valve arrangement for a hydraulic control system for controlling a hydraulic consumer, with a pressure connection for connection to a pressure supply, a tank connection for connection with a return line, and two consumer connections for connection with the connections of the hydraulic consumer.
- valve arrangements are used as standard in hydraulic control systems in order to control the inlet to and the outlet from a hydraulic consumer.
- a 4/3 proportional directional control valve is usually used to control the movement of the hydraulic consumer in both directions.
- a hydraulic system with a valve arrangement with disengaged control edges according to the preamble of claim 1 is from DE 102 96 739 B4 known.
- the object of the present invention is to further improve such a valve arrangement with broken control edges, in which at least two separate valves are used to control the connection of the two consumer connections with the pressure connection and the tank connection.
- the present invention shows a valve arrangement for a hydraulic control system for controlling a hydraulic consumer, with a pressure connection for connection to a pressure supply, a tank connection for connection to a return line, and two consumer connections for connection to the connections of the hydraulic consumer.
- the valve arrangement further comprises a valve for connecting the pressure connection and the tank connection.
- valve according to the invention for connecting the pressure connection and the tank connection enables an "open center" function which connects the pressure connection and the tank connection as long as there is no volume flow requirement for the hydraulic consumer. This allows a more flexible use of the invention Valve arrangement and improves the control options. In particular, it is possible to connect several valve arrangements in series.
- the system of resolved control edges also makes it possible to control the individual control edges separately from one another and / or to design or dimension them differently in order to adapt the cross-sections and to minimize the flow losses.
- valves for connecting the pressure connection and the tank connection are at least partially controlled separately and possibly differently.
- valves for connecting the pressure connection and the tank connection can be used for the valves for connecting the pressure connection and the tank connection, in particular differently dimensioned valves.
- valve for connecting the pressure connection and the tank connection is designed as a separate valve.
- the "open center" function is therefore not integrated into the valves for connecting the two consumer connections with the pressure connection and tank connection, but is implemented separately.
- a 2/2-way valve can be used for the valve to connect the pressure connection and the tank connection.
- the present invention is advantageously used to control hydraulic consumers with two directions of movement.
- the valve arrangement is designed in such a way that it can connect both consumer connections to the pressure connection or the tank connection, depending on the desired direction of movement.
- the present invention is advantageously used in valve assemblies with disengaged control edges, in which the first consumer connection is connected with the pressure connection a different valve is used than for connecting the second consumer connection with the tank connection and / or with a different valve being used for connecting the second consumer connection with the pressure connection than for connecting the first consumer connection with the tank connection.
- a different valve is used than for connecting the second consumer connection with the tank connection and / or with a different valve being used for connecting the second consumer connection with the pressure connection than for connecting the first consumer connection with the tank connection.
- a different valve is used to connect the first consumer port to the pressure port than to connect the second consumer port to the pressure port and / or to connect the first consumer port to the tank port a different valve is used than to connect the second consumer port with the tank connection.
- valves are used for all connections between the two consumer connections and pressure connection and tank connection, that is to say a total of four valves for connecting the two consumer connections with pressure connection and tank connection.
- 2/2-way valves can be used for the valves for connecting the consumer connections with the pressure connection and the tank connection.
- valves can be used to connect the consumer connections with the pressure connection and the tank connection. If a consumer is to be controlled with two directions of movement, two 3/3-way valves are advantageously used for this.
- the valve arrangement according to the invention advantageously comprises a control which closes the valve for connecting the pressure connection and the tank connection when the connection between one of the consumer connections and the pressure connection is opened. Conversely, the control opens the valve for connecting the pressure connection and the tank connection when all connections between one of the consumer connections and the pressure connection are closed. Furthermore, the control can also take into account the connections between the consumer connections and the tank connection in the same way.
- valves for connecting the consumer connections to the pressure connection and tank connection and the valve for connecting the pressure connection and tank connection are controlled hydraulically.
- the valves for connecting the consumer connections to the pressure connection and tank connection and / or the valve for connecting the pressure connection and tank connection can each be controlled via a separate valve assigned to them.
- a 3/3-way valve can be used for this purpose, for example.
- the valves for connecting the consumer connections with the pressure connection and tank connection are each controlled via a separate valve assigned to them.
- the valve for connecting the pressure connection and the tank connection is also controlled via a separate valve assigned to it.
- valves for connecting the consumer connections to the pressure connection and tank connection and / or the valve for connecting the pressure connection and tank connection are at least partially controlled together.
- valves for connecting the consumer connections to the pressure connection and the tank connection can at least partially be controlled together will.
- control can take place via two separate valves, which each control a direction of movement of the hydraulic consumer.
- valve for connecting the pressure connection and tank connection is controlled together with the valves for connecting the consumer connections with the pressure connection and the tank connection.
- valve arrangement can be designed in such a way that the control connection of the valve for connecting the pressure connection and tank connection is connected to one or more control lines for controlling the valves for connecting the consumer connections with the pressure connection and tank connection.
- the control connection of the valve for connecting the pressure connection and the tank connection is advantageously connected to a plurality of control lines for controlling the other valves, and advantageously to all control lines.
- the connection is advantageously made via one or more check valves. In this way it can be ensured by the hydraulic control that the valve for connecting the pressure connection and the tank connection opens when all the other valves are closed and closes when one of the other valves opens.
- the present invention comprises a hydraulic system with a hydraulic control system comprising a valve arrangement as described above.
- the hydraulic system comprises at least one hydraulic pump for providing hydraulic pressure at the pressure connection of the valve arrangement, as well as a return line for connection to the tank connection of the valve arrangement.
- the hydraulic system according to the invention comprises a consumer whose inlet and outlet are connected to the two consumer connections of the valve arrangement.
- the valve arrangement according to the invention is advantageously used with a consumer with two directions of movement.
- the consumer can in particular be a translational or a rotary consumer.
- the hydraulic consumer can be a hydraulic cylinder or a hydraulic motor.
- the hydraulic control system can comprise a further valve arrangement which is connected in series with the valve arrangement according to the invention.
- the valve according to the invention for connecting pressure connection and tank connection enables such a series connection, since in the neutral position of the valve arrangement according to the invention hydraulic pressure flows from the pressure connection to the tank connection and thus on to the further valve arrangement.
- the further valve arrangement is also a valve arrangement according to the invention with open control edges and a valve for connecting the pressure connection and the tank connection.
- it can also be a conventional valve.
- the present invention further comprises an implement having a hydraulic system as described above.
- it can be a movable work device.
- the working device according to the invention can be an earth moving device, a handling device and / or a crane.
- the hydraulic control system according to the invention is advantageously used to control work equipment of the implement.
- a hydraulic cylinder or a hydraulic motor of the work equipment can be controlled.
- a hydraulic cylinder for lifting a boom or a hydraulic motor for driving a slewing gear or a winch can be controlled.
- the present invention further comprises a method of operating a hydraulic system as set out above.
- the valve for connecting the pressure connection and the tank connection is closed when the connection between one of the consumer connections and the pressure connection is opened.
- the hydraulic system is advantageously operated in the same way as has already been shown above with regard to the valve arrangement according to the invention.
- the present invention enables a particularly efficient distribution of the volume flows to a consumer. Dissolved control edges are used for this.
- an "open center” function is integrated through an additional seat valve. The invention can thus minimize the pressure losses in the consumer returns.
- seat valves of different sizes can be used for the inlet and outlet of the hydraulic consumer. Simultaneously with the opening of the inlet aperture, the "open center" aperture closes to reduce the volume flow.
- the inlet and outlet control edges are not designed as a 4/3-way valve, as is customary, but rather as individual control edges in the form of 2/2-way valves. This results in a number of four 2/2-way valves, two each for the two consumer connections A and B, i.e. one valve for the inlet and one valve for the outlet for each of the consumer connections.
- the "open center” function is implemented via an additional 2/2-way valve, which is closed when the hydraulic consumer requests a volume flow. This enables valve sections to be connected in series.
- the system of broken control edges makes it possible to use different valves and / or to control inlet and outlet edges or directions of movement of the hydraulic consumer separately from one another. This allows the cross-sections to be adapted and flow losses to be minimized.
- valve arrangements according to the invention shown serve to control a hydraulic consumer 11.
- this is a hydraulic cylinder.
- a hydraulic motor could also be controlled.
- the hydraulic consumer 11 has two connections which, depending on the direction of movement, form an inlet or outlet. Furthermore, a hydraulic pump 10 is provided, which provides hydraulic pressure for operating the hydraulic consumer 11, as well as a tank 12 to which hydraulic fluid can flow back.
- the valve arrangement according to the invention now has two consumer connections A and B for connection to the connections of the hydraulic consumer 11, a pressure connection P for connection to the hydraulic pump 10 and a tank connection T for connection to a return line leading to the tank.
- the individual connections can also be designed in the form of several connections connected in parallel.
- the valve arrangement according to the invention is a valve arrangement with disengaged control edges so that the two consumer connections A and B and both directions of movement of the consumer are controlled via separate valves and thus not mechanically interconnected control edges.
- there are four valves 1 to 4 in the exemplary embodiment valve 1 connecting the pressure port P to the first consumer port A, valve 2 connecting the tank port T to the first consumer port A, valve 3 connecting the pressure port P to the second consumer port B and valve 4 the tank port T. connects to the second consumer connection B. 2/2-way valves are used as valves.
- valves for controlling the two consumer connections could also be an arrangement with only two separate valves. With such an arrangement, either the two consumer connections could then be controlled separately, or the two directions of movement of the hydraulic consumer. For example, two 3/3-way valves could be used for this.
- valves to control the two consumer connections or directions of movement enables, on the one hand, separate and possibly different control of the valves, and on the other hand, the use of differently dimensioned valves. These two possibilities can be used individually or in combination to adapt to the respective application and thus to reduce losses.
- valve or valves that connect or connect the first consumer port A to the pressure port P and the tank port T can be designed differently than the valve or valves that connect or connect the second consumer port B to the tank port T and pressure port P . connect.
- different valve cross-sections can be used.
- the valve or valves which control a first direction of movement of the hydraulic consumer are designed differently from the valve or valves which control a second direction of movement.
- valve 5 which connects the pressure connection P to the tank connection T.
- the valve 5 is designed as a separate valve to the other valves. This provides a further separate control edge via which a direct connection between the pressure connection and the tank connection can be established.
- An "open center” function can be implemented by the valve 5, which connects the pressure connection and the tank connection to one another when the two consumer connections are separated from the pressure connection and vice versa.
- a corresponding control is advantageously provided for this.
- the control is advantageously designed in such a way that the valve 5 closes when one of the valves for connecting the pressure connection to one of the two consumer connections opens in order to throttle the volume flow.
- valves 1 to 5 are controlled hydraulically.
- a hydraulic pump 13 is provided for this purpose, which provides the control pressure required for this.
- control valves SV1 to SV5 can also be integrated into the valves 1 to 5, so that two-stage valves are used in each case.
- control valves SV1 'and SV2' are used to control valves 1 to 5.
- the control valve SV1 ' controls the valves 1 and 4, that is, the connection of the first consumer connection A with the pressure connection and the connection of the second consumer connection B with the tank connection.
- the second control valve SV2 ' controls valves 2 and 3, that is, the connection of the second consumer connection to the pressure connection and the connection of the first consumer connection to the tank connection.
- the first control valve SV1 'thus controls the first direction of movement, in which connection A of the consumer is pressurized while hydraulic fluid flows off from the second connection B.
- the control valve SV2 ' controls the opposite direction.
- control valves SV1 'and SV2' for controlling the valves 1 to 4 are now also used for controlling the valve 5 for connecting the pressure connection and the tank connection.
- the control connection of the valve 5 is connected via check valves 16 to the control lines for controlling the valves 1 to 4.
- the check valves 16 ensure that the highest control pressure is applied to the control connection of the valve 5.
- the valve 5 is thereby automatically closed when one of the valves 1 to 4 is opened.
- a corresponding control of the valve 5 for connecting the pressure connection and tank connection would also be in the case of the in Figure 1
- the embodiment shown is conceivable in that the control valve SV5 is omitted and the control connection of the valve 5 is connected to the control lines for the valves 1 to 4 via check valves.

Description
- Dabei zeigen:
- Fig. 1:
