Fig. 1 zeigt einen Rechner 1 zur Erzeugung eines Falzvorbereitungsmusters 10. Dem Rechner 1 werden auftragsspezifische Falzbogencharakteristika f1 bis fn zugeführt. Diese können dabei entweder über ein Interface 4 eingegeben werden oder dem Rechner 1 über eine Datenleitung zugeführt werden. Die auftragsspezifischen Falzbogencharakteristika f1 bis fn können dabei von einem Auftragsmanagementsystem bereitgestellt werden, wie es beispielsweise unter dem Namen "Prinect Postpress Manager" von der Patentanmelderin angeboten wird. Im Rechner 1 sind allgemeinen Falzbogencharakteristika C1 bis Cn allgemeine Schnitterfordernisse S1 bis Sm zugeordnet. Unter Berücksichtigung dieser Zuordnungsvorschrift bestimmt der Rechner, ausgehend von den auftragsspezifischen Falzbogencharakterisitka f1 bis fn dann auftragsspezifische Schnitterfordernisse e1 bis em. In einer Datenbank 2 des Rechners 1 sind Schnitt-, Beschnitt- und Ausschnittmuster hinterlegt. Die Schnittmuster und Beschnittmuster umfassen dabei Schneidelinien, Rilllinien und Perforationslinien verschiedener Länge und Breite. Für die Rilllinien sind verschiedene Materialschwächungsgrade hinterlegt. Die Ausschnittmuster umfassen Kreise, Ovale, Mehrecke und Kreuze. Zu jedem Muster ist dabei in der Datenbank hinterlegt, welche Schnitterfordernisse das jeweilige Muster erfüllt. Vom Rechner 1 werden im nächsten Schritt entsprechend den auftragsspezifischen Schnitterfordernissen e1 bis em aus der Datenbank zwei Muster ausgewählt, welche die Erfordernisse erfüllen, und so zu einem Falzvorbereitungsmuster 10 zusammengestellt. Dieses Falzvorbereitungsmuster 10 kann über Anzeigegeräte 4 dem Maschinenbediener dargestellt werden. Über Eingabegeräte 4 kann der Maschinenbediener das vorgeschlagene Falzvorbereitungsmuster 10 noch verändern. In einem Speicher 3 kann das erzeugte und gegebenenfalls veränderte Falzvorbereitungsmuster 10 abgespeichert werden. Das Falzvorbereitungsmuster 10 kann auch an eine Falzvorbereitungsvorrichtung 1000 weitergeleitet werden, welche das Falzvorbereitungsmuster umsetzt, in dem Schnitte, Beschnitte, Perforationen, Ausschnitte und Rillungen in einen jeweiligen Falzbogen zu dessen Vorbereitung für einen nachfolgenden Falzprozess eingebracht werden. Die Perforationslinie 11 liegt dabei an einer Position, an welcher später durch die Falzvorbereitungsvorrichtung 1000 eine Perforation ausgeführt werden soll, um ein positionsgenaues Falzen zu ermöglichen. An den Kreuzungspunkten der weiteren Falzlinien 14 sind durch das Falzvorbereitungsmuster 10 Ausschnitte 13 vorgesehen, an deren Position die Falzvorbereitungsvorrichtung 1000 später Bohrungen bzw. Durch diese Anschnitte lässt sich die Qualität der Falzbrüche wesentlich erhöhen, da bei der Ausführung eines jeweiligen Falzbruchs das Bogenmaterial einfacher gestaucht werden kann. In den Figuren 3a, 3b, 3c, 3d, 3e, 3g sind zusätzlich noch Ausschnittmuster 13 vorgesehen, welche in den Kreuzungspunkten von Falzlinien positioniert sind. Während die Ausschnittmuster gemäß Fig. 3a die Form eines Kreuzes haben, sind gemäß Fig. 3b Kreise, gemäß Fig. 3c Quadrate, gemäß Fig. 3d Rauten, und gemäß Fig. 3e Rauten und Rechtecke vorgesehen. Im Falzvorbereitungsmuster 10 gemäß Fig. 3e wurden damit verschiedenartige Ausschnittmuster 13 miteinander kombiniert. Gemäß Fig. 3f und 3g sind an der Position von Falzlinien Schnittmuster 11 vorgesehen. Diese Schnittmuster 11 können dabei entweder als Rilllinien oder als Perforationslinien ausgeführt sein. Die Falzmaschine 2000 verfügt über eine Maschinensteuerung 2001, welche ebenfalls über Datenleitung mit dem Rechner 1 verbunden ist. Werden Leitelemente oder Anschläge 2002 der Falzmaschine 2000 ausgehend von Ihren anfänglichen Sollpositionen zur weiteren Verbesserung der Falzgenauigkeit verstellt, so meldet die Steuerung 2001 die Positionsänderung an den Rechner 1, welcher automatisch eine Anpassung des Falzvorbereitungsmusters 10 vornimmt. Alternativ kann der Maschinenbediener abgefragt werden, ob eine Anpassung vorgenommen werden soll. Das angepasste Muster 10 wird dann an die Falzvorbereitungsvorrichtung 1000 übermittelt. Claims (9)

  1. Method for creating a fold preparation pattern (10) that assigns cutting (11), trimming (12) and/or clipping patterns (13) to a signature (100) in accurate positions,
    characterized in
    that job-specific signature characteristics (f1... fn) are supplied to a computer (1), and that job-specific cutting requirements (e1...em) are determined by means of general cutting requirements (S1...Sm) that are assigned to respective general signature characteristics (C1...Cn) in the computer (1) and using the job-specific signature characteristics (f1 ... fn),
    and that the computer (1) accesses a database (2) containing cutting, trimming and clipping patterns (11, 12, 13) and combines the cutting, trimming and clipping patterns (11, 12, 13) as a fold preparation pattern (10) in accordance with the job-specific cutting requirements (e1...em) .
  2. Method for creating a fold preparation pattern according to claim 1,

    that the cutting patterns (11) and/or trimming patterns (12) comprise cutting lines, crease lines, and perforation lines.
