Claims (16)
- Verfahren zum Aufbringen eines Wärmeübertragungsdesigns von einem Trägerelement oder -netz auf einen Behälter, wobei das Wärmeübertragungsdesign einen Bereich aus Tinte oder einer anderen pigmentierten Formulierung, aufgebracht auf dem Trägerelement, einschließt, wobei das Verfahren umfasst:Bereitstellen einer Etikettiervorrichtung, umfassend einen starren Rahmen (50), welcher eine erste Seite (52) und eine in die entgegengesetzte Richtung weisende zweite Seite (54) definiert, wobei der Rahmen eine Öffnung (60) definiert, welche sich zwischen der ersten und der zweiten Seite (52, 54) erstreckt;und ein flexibles Element (30), welches benachbart zu der ersten Seite (52) des Rahmens (50) angeordnet ist und sich durch die Öffnung (60) des Rahmens (50) erstreckt und über die zweite Seite (54) des Rahmens (50) hinausragt, wobei das flexible Element (30) eine äußere Oberfläche (46) zum Kontaktieren des Trägerelements definiert, wobei das flexible Element (30) einen inneren hohlen Bereich definiert, welcher von der ersten Seite (52) des Rahmens (50) zugänglich ist, wobei das flexible Element (30) durch Anwenden einer Etikett-Kontaktierkraft auf einen Teil des Elements, welcher über die zweite Seite (54) des Rahmens (50) hinausragt, deformierbar ist; Erwärmen des flexiblen Elements (30);Positionieren des Wärmeübertragungsdesigns und des Trägerelements zwischen der äußeren Oberfläche (46) des flexiblen Elements (30) und des Behälters;Inkontaktbringen der äußeren Oberfläche (46) des flexiblen Elements (30) mit dem Trägerelement und Inkontaktbringen des Wärmeübertragungsdesigns mit dem Behälter; undAnwenden einer Etikett-Kontaktierkraft auf das flexible Element (30), wodurch das flexible Element (30) deformiert wird und das Wärmeübertragungsdesign zumindest teilweise auf den Behälter übertragen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Wärmeübertragungsdesign eine Schicht eines Abziehmaterials zwischen der Tinte oder der anderen pigmentierten Formulierung und dem Trägerelement einschließt.
- Verfahren nach Ansprüchen 1-2, wobei das flexible Element (30) auf eine Temperatur erwärmt wird, welche zum Abziehen des Wärmeübertragungsdesigns von dem Trägerelement ausreicht.
- Verfahren nach Ansprüchen 1-3, wobei die Etikettiervorrichtung weiter eine Wärmequelle umfasst, welche in dem inneren hohlen Bereich des flexiblen Elements (30) zum Erwärmen der äußeren Oberfläche (46) des flexiblen Elements (30) angeordnet ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, wobei die Wärmequelle eine elektrisch gespeiste Widerstandsheizung einschließt, welche in dem inneren hohlen Bereich des flexiblen Elements (30) angeordnet ist.
- Verfahren nach Ansprüchen 1-5, wobei das flexible Element (30) ein Silikonmaterial einschließt.
- Verfahren nach Ansprüchen 1-6, wobei das flexible Element (30) eine longitudinale Achse definiert und derart geformt ist, dass es bezüglich der longitudinalen Achse symmetrisch ist.
- Verfahren nach Ansprüchen 1-7, wobei der Rahmen (50) mindestens eine Führung (62) einschließt, welche sich von der zweiten Seite (54) des Rahmens (50) erstreckt, wobei die mindestens eine Führung (62) sich zumindest teilweise entlang eines lateralen Bereichs des flexiblen Elements (30) erstreckt.
- Verfahren nach Ansprüchen 1-8, wobei der Rahmen (50) eine erste Führung (62) und eine zweite Führung (62), welche sich von der zweiten Seite (54) des Rahmens (50) erstrecken, einschließt, wobei die ersten und zweiten Führungen (62) durch mindestens einen Teil der Öffnung (60) separiert sind.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, wobei das flexible Element (30) zwischen den ersten und zweiten Führungen (62) angeordnet ist, wobei die ersten und zweiten Führungen (62) zur Beschränkung des Ausmaßes der lateralen Auswärtsdeformation des flexiblen Elements (30) bei Anwendung der Etikett-Kontaktierkraft auf das flexible Element (30) dienen.
- Verfahren nach Ansprüchen 1-10, wobei das flexible Element (30) weiter einschließt:eine Basis (32), welche mit der ersten Seite (52) des Rahmens (50) in Kontakt ist;eine Mehrzahl von Seitenwänden (34), welche von der Basis (32) hervorragen; undeine kuppelförmige Oberfläche (36), wobei die kuppelförmige Oberfläche (36) die äußere Oberfläche (46) zum Erwärmen und Kontaktieren eines Etiketts einschließt;wobei sich die Mehrzahl der Seitenwände (34) zwischen der Basis (32) und der kuppelförmigen Oberfläche (36) erstrecken und integral mit der Basis (32) und der kuppelförmigen Oberfläche (36) geformt sind.
- Verfahren nach Ansprüchen 1-11, wobei die Öffnung (60) des Rahmens (50) vier Kanten definiert und das flexible Element (30) vier Seitenwände (34) einschließt, wobei jede Seitenwand (34) entlang einer entsprechenden Kante positioniert ist.
- Verfahren nach Ansprüchen 1-12, wobei das Wärmeübertragungsdesign eine MVTR von mindestens 100 g/m2/Tag, gemessen gemäß ASTM 96E Verfahren D, aufweist.
- System zum Verarbeiten von Etiketten, umfassend:ein Wärmeübertragungsetikett, welches ein Trägerelement oder -netz und einen Bereich aus Tinte oder einer anderen pigmentierten Formulierung, aufgebracht auf dem Trägerelement, einschließt;eine Etikettiervorrichtung zum gleichzeitigen Erwärmen und Inkonta-ktbringen eines Etiketts mit einem Behälter, wobei die Etikettiervorrichtung einen starren Rahmen (50) umfasst, welcher eine erste Seite (52) und eine in die entgegengesetzte Richtung weisende zweite Seite (54) definiert, wobei der Rahmen (50) eine Öffnung (60) definiert, welche sich zwischen der ersten und der zweiten Seite (52, 54) erstreckt; und ein flexibles Element (30), welches benachbart zu der ersten Seite (52) des Rahmens (50) angeordnet ist und sich durch die Öffnung (60) des Rahmens (50) erstreckt und über die zweite Seite (54) des Rahmens (50) hinausragt, wobei das flexible Element (30) eine äußere Oberfläche (46) zum Kontaktieren eines Etiketts definiert, wobei das flexible Element (30) einen inneren hohlen Bereich definiert, welcher von der ersten Seite (52) des Rahmens (50) zugänglich ist, wobei das flexible Element (30) durch Anwenden einer Etikett-Kontaktierkraft auf einen Teil des Elements, welcher über die zweite Seite (54) des Rahmens (50) hinausragt, deformierbar ist.
- System zum Verarbeiten von Etiketten nach Anspruch 14, wobei das Wärmeübertragungsetikett weiter eine Abziehschicht, welche zwischen dem Bereich aus Tinte und dem Trägerelement angeordnet ist, einschließt.
- System zum Verarbeiten von Etiketten nach Ansprüchen 14-15, wobei das Wärmeübertragungsetikett eine MVTR von mindestens 100 g/m2/Tag, gemessen gemäß ASTM 96E Verfahren D, aufweist.
