- the electronic card 5 is able to execute three different functions: - to regulate the velocity of the electric motor; - to block the electric motor when the piston arrives to the end of its travel; - to automatically invert the piston direction when the button 12 is released.
- the figure 4 shows the electric integrated circuit comprised inside the electronic card 5. It comprises an operational amplifier having four logic ports. A triangular wave is generated at the input of the logic ports in correspondence of the non inverting pad of the operational amplifier. Moreover, the circuit comprises a potentiometer H5 and two resistances R7, connected to a voltage signal VCC, and R4, connected to ground voltage signal, which are used to regulate the output signals F1 and F2. In addition, the circuit comprises a relay RL1 able to invert the rotation direction of the electric motor when the input signals end. The output signal of the integrated operational amplifier is used to charge the capacitor C1 and to activate the transistor T2. When the input signals end, the transistor T1 is activated sending a voltage signal to the coil of the relay RL1 which inverts the voltage output for a predetermined time period.

- the piston can be controlled to invert its travel for a predetermined period, for example a short period, so that the chemical substances can't drip.
- the device for extruding chemical substances can be managed in a more simply and user friendly manner.
- Another advantage consists in the regulation the device can implement for controlling the velocity and the rotating direction of the motor, so that the movements of the piston can be controlled step by step.
- the device according to the invention allows do not disperse some parts of chemical substances.
