  • An angle of 35° has been chosen as maximum angular deflection for the neck rest holder 9 when sitting leaning back in the chair, whilst 8° has been chosen for the forward direction from the starting position.

Claims (7)

  1. Stuhlanordnung, in welcher der Sitz und die Rückenlehne relativ zueinander und relativ zum Unterteil (2) des Stuhls kippbar sind, wobei der Sitzrahmen des Stuhls aus einer vorderen, federbelasteten Sitzbefestigung (3) besteht, welche gegenüber einer Gleichgewichtsplatte (4) abgefedert ist, die an einem oberen Abschnitt (2') des Unterteils befestigt ist, welche Sitzbefestigung (3) an der Hinterseite (3') über eine erste Kippwelle (6) mit einem Verbindungsstück (5) kippbar verbunden ist, wobei das Verbindungsstück (5) an der Hinterseite (5') mit dem Rückenlehnenrahmen (7) starr verbunden ist, und wobei das Verbindungsstück (5) an seinem vorderen Ende (5") an einer mit der vorderen Sitzbefestigung (3) kippbar verbundenen ersten Lasche (8) angelenkt ist, wobei
    - die Rückenlehne (7) oben mit einem Kopfstützenhalter (9) ausgestattet ist, welcher mit einer einzelnen hinteren Stange (13) drehbar verbunden ist, wobei die hintere Stange (13) sich entlang der Lehne (7) nach unten erstreckt;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet
    - dass die Stange (13) unten an einem hinteren Ende (16') eines Stabs (16) angelenkt ist, der sich nach vorn zu einem hinteren unteren Abschnitt (3') der Sitzbefestigung (3) hin erstreckt; und
    - dass der Stab (16):
    - entweder a) an seinem vorderen Ende (16") mit einer zweiten Lasche (17) in Eingriff steht und an einem Bereich
    zwischen dem vorderen (16") und hinteren (16') Abschnitt des Stabs am hinteren unteren Abschnitt (3') der Sitzbefestigung befestigt ist;
    - oder b) an seinem vorderen Ende (16") mit dem hinteren unteren Abschnitt (3') der Befestigung in kippbarem Eingriff steht und an einem Bereich (16"') zwischen dem vorderen und hinteren Abschnitt des Stabs mit dem Verbindungsstück (5) über eine zweite Kippwelle (19) kippbar verbunden ist, welche mit dem Verbindungsstück (5) betriebsfähig verbunden ist und sich quer zum Stab erstreckt;
    - oder c) an seinem vorderen Ende (16") mit dem hinteren unteren Abschnitt (3') der Sitzbefestigung (3) in kippbarem Eingriff steht und an einem Bereich zwischen dem vorderen und hinteren Abschnitt des Stabs an der ersten Kippwelle (6) anliegt.
  2. Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kopfstützenhalter (9) federbelastet und um ein drehbares Gelenk (10) in einer Kopfstützeneinrichtung (11) kippbar ist, und dass der Kopfstützenhalter (9) zumindest einen mit der einzelnen hinteren Stange (13) drehbar verbundenen Kipparm (14) aufweist.
  3. Anordnung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Variante a) und c) sich auf fixierte, maximale Kippwinkel des Kopfstützenhalters (9) in Bezug auf die Rückenlehne (7) beziehen.
  4. Anordnung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Variante b) der Punkt (16"'), wo die zweite Kippwelle (19) mit dem Stab (16) zwischen seinem vorderen (16") und hinteren (16') Abschnitt zusammenwirkt, bestimmend für den Kippwinkel des Kopfstützenhalters (9) in Bezug auf die Rückenlehne (7) ist.
  5. Anordnung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kippwinkel des Kopfstützenhalters (9) in Bezug auf die Rückenlehne (7) so ausgelegt ist, dass er sich mit zunehmenden Abstand vom Punkt (16"') zu einem Gelenk (21) zwischen der Stange (13) und dem Stab (16) zunimmt.
  6. Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, 2, 3, 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stange (13) sich von der Kopfstützeneinrichtung (11) und nach unten zum Stab (16) in einer Führung (7') in der Rückseite erstreckt.
  7. Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kopfstützeneinrichtung (11) zumindest einen der Bewegung des Kipparms (14) zugeordneten Ansatz (14') aufweist, wobei der Ansatz (14') mit einem Stift (14") ausgestattet ist, welcher in einem Schlitz (15) in der Kopfstützeneinrichtung (11) zur Begrenzung des Bewegungswinkels des Kopfstützenhalters (9) vorwärts und rückwärts in Bezug auf die Rückenlehne beweglich ist.
