Definitions
- the present invention relates to a security magazine for a firearm, wherein the security magazine can be inserted into the magazine slot or magazine holder of the firearm and has a locking element, wherein the locking element after insertion of the security magazine in the firearm from an unlocking position can be brought into a locking position, and in the Locking position a positive connection by the locking element and the firearm is formed such that it prevents removal of the security magazine from the firearm.
- Security magazines are known in which a locking element out of a security magazine which can be inserted into the magazine shaft is displaced or pivoted into the barrel of the weapon or into the region of the feed ramp, such that a positive connection is formed which prevents removal of the Security magazine out of the gun prevented. In the locked position, the weapon can not be charged, so that the required safety regulations are met.
- Such a security magazine is z. B. off DE 20 2008 017 092 U1 known.
- the locking system has a block which is inserted into the magazine shaft of the weapon.
- a locking device is arranged, which is actuated with a key, in which case a locking element from the top of the block in the cartridge chamber of the weapon is extendable.
- the key is inserted through a lower opening of the block.
- US 5,992,076 shows a security magazine, in which a locking element in the region of the feed ramp for forming a positive connection can be brought, wherein the positive locking prevents removal of the security magazine.
- US 2006/0080881 also shows a security magazine in which bolts are extendable to prevent cartridge insertion.
- the revealed Security magazine locking elements on the side of the security magazine can be moved out, and engage in corresponding recesses of the magazine shaft and also form a positive connection, which prevents withdrawal of the located in the locked position safety magazine.
- US Pat. No. 6,412,207 B1 describes a security magazine with built-in sensors, antenna and coil, which are connected via circuits and output modules regulating with a drive and 0 connected to a locking bar.
- the drive and control modules are supplied with energy via an electrical power source and a signal-dependent controlled engagement / extraction of the locking bolt in the weapon frame is made possible.
- a blocking system for semi-automatic pistols / self-loading pistols and rifles in which a blocking system prevents the unauthorized loading of the weapon.
- a block is introduced into the magazine shaft, in which a running lock, which is inserted into the barrel of the weapon, is brought to the insert, and which is then connected by means of screwing, bayonet closure and / or welding to the block.
- a similar system is off WO96 / 28704 known.
- the aforementioned systems either have the disadvantage that their locking elements engage in special recesses of the weapon and thus can only be used for this special weapon. If the locking element in the area of. Zu2010rampe, engages the cartridge chamber or even in the barrel of the weapon or behind, so there is a risk that the locking element by the barrel or the side ejection window out of the locked position is unauthorized moved and / or that the finest honed surfaces of the feed ramp, cartridge chamber and / or the barrel damaged by the locking element, in particular scratched, be.
- the object of the invention is to provide a security magazine, in which a scratching of the finest-honed surfaces is avoided, and in which the locking element can not be adjusted from the outside out of its locked position without authorization by means of tools.
- the security magazine according to the invention can be used advantageously for all weapons that have a magazine for feeding cartridges.
- a special adaptation of the weapon to the security magazine and its locking mechanism does not have to be done.
- the invention is based on the idea that the locking element is moved to the rear in the direction of shock bottom for locking. In this area, the surfaces must have no special surface properties, so that even a slight damage in the form of scratches does not affect the function of the weapon.
- the necessary adjustment of the locking element is substantially shorter than in the known from the prior art solutions. As a result, the adjusting mechanism and / or drive for the locking element can be made substantially smaller and / or shorter.
- the safety magazine with its locking element is designed such that the locking element presses against the shock base, in particular this moves backwards; so a disassembly of the locked or secured weapon can be prevented.
- the dismantling of the secured weapon can be prevented in particular in all weapon types, in which the closure by means of the locking element in or in the immediate vicinity of the maximum return position (overtravel) can be brought.
- the security magazine is brought manually by means of an actuating element in the locking position and then brought by means of a lock or locking mechanism in the secured or locked position, so that unauthorized release of the weapon is no longer possible.
- Unlocking or opening the lock can be done by electrical signals, in particular by querying biometric data.
- the locking element is advantageously adjusted by means of stored spring force from the locking position out into the unlocked position, so that a manual unlocking is not necessary.
- a locking pin which is provided by an actuator, e.g. a solenoid, is driven, are retracted into a recess of the adjusting mechanism, so that an adjustment of the adjusting mechanism and thus an adjustment of the locking element is no longer possible.
- the locking pin and the corresponding recess are advantageous in such a way that the locking pin can engage in the recess only in the locking position. Since the actuator must be moved manually against a spring in the direction of locking position, the actuator is always moved after releasing the spring back into the unlocked position, if not the locking pin rests securely in the recess. Thus it can be avoided that the user erroneously assumes that the weapon is secured, but the locking pin does not yet rests in the recess.
- the locking element is adjusted by means of a transmission, in particular a lever mechanism.
- the locking element is a flexible element which presses with its locking end in the locking position against the shock bottom and the other end is formed by the actuating element.
- the locking element is driven directly or via a transmission of an actuator, in particular an electromagnet.
- the locking element is adjusted by means of a spindle drive.
- FIG. 1 shows a cross-sectional view through part of a weapon 1 with inserted security magazine 2 according to the invention, according to a first embodiment.
- the security magazine 2 is locked, that is, the locking element 3 presses the impact bottom 4 of the closure 1 c to the rear or right.
- the locking element 3 thus engages behind a projection 1 v, so that the security magazine 2 is not removable from the weapon 1.
- the locking element 3 is guided by guides 13 (FIG. Fig. 2a ) slidably mounted in the safety magazine and is on the rocker 6 between the locking position ( Fig. 1 ) and the unlocked position, as in Fig. 2a is shown, moved.
- the lever arm 6d engages in a recess 3a of the locking element 3.
- the rocker 6 is rotatably supported about the axis 6a, and is driven by the rod 7, which is manually adjusted by the actuator 7a or stored in the spring 12 spring energy.
- the rocker 6 has a guide pin 6 c on its lever 6 b, which rests in a recess 7 c of the rod 7.
- the rod 7 itself is displaceable in a recess or guide 2e of the safety magazine and is acted upon by the spring 12 in the direction of the unlocked position.
- an electric coil 9 which drives a locking pin 8 is used for locking or fixing.
- the locking pin itself may be spring-loaded, eg in the direction of the rod, so that closes or locks the lock without energizing the coil, as soon as the rod 7 has been manually moved against the spring force of the spring 12 into the magazine sufficiently.
- the opening or releasing the lock can only done by energizing the coil. It can be prevented by an appropriate coding or .. electronic lock that occurs via the terminal 10 unauthorized energization of the coil.
- the coil may be replaced by a different type of actuator, e.g. a piezo actuator, to replace.
- FIG. 2b shows the security magazine gem. FIG. 1 in the locked position.
- FIG. 3 shows a second possible embodiment of a security magazine 2 with a locking element 3 driving actuator 14, which may be formed for example by a solenoid.
- the solenoid is controlled by a control device 16, wherein a control device or electronic key via the terminal 10 with the drive means 16 is connectable.
- the control device can be controlled by means of radio signals to open the lock.
- the actuator 14 then has to displace the locking element 3 to the left so far that the positive locking is released. Only then can the security magazine 2 be removed from the magazine shaft.
- the FIG. 4 shows a third possible embodiment of a security magazine 2, are formed in the locking element and adjusting mechanism by a flexible rod 17.
- the actuating element 17a is arranged on the end of the rod 17 which protrudes out of the lower end of the safety magazine 2.
- the rod 17 is located in a guide 20 of the safety magazine, wherein this forms a curve 20 a, so that the locking end 17 b of the rod emerges laterally from the security magazine 2 for locking.
- the rod has a lateral recess 17b into which the locking pin 8 can engage for locking the rod in the locking position.
- the locking pin 8 is adjustable by means of the drive 9, which may be formed by an electric coil or a spindle drive.
- the pin 8 may also be biased by a spring, not shown, in the direction of the lock.
- the drive 9 is controlled via a control device 16, wherein a control device or electronic key via the terminal 10 with the control device 16 is connectable. Of course, it is also possible here that the control device 16 can be controlled by means
