Claims (24)

  1. Vorrichtung zur Verformung der umlaufenden Wand (9) von stapelbaren Bechern (2), wobei jeder Becher (2) einen Sockel (19) aufweist, der einen Hohlraum unter dem Becher (2) definiert, der einerseits von einer erhöhten Bodenwand (26) und andererseits vom unteren Abschnitt (27) der umlaufenden Wand (9) begrenzt wird, die für mindestens einen Becher axiale und radiale Blockiermittel des Bechers (2) aufweist, die aus einem starren Halter (3) bestehen und
    dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass sie für mindestens diesen Becher (2) aufweist:
    - Erweiterungsmittel des Sockels (19), die imstande sind, auf den unteren Abschnitt (27) der umlaufenden Wand (9) des Bechers (2) einen Druck auszuüben und den Durchmesser derselben zu vergrößern.
  2. Vorrichtung zur Verformung der umlaufenden Wand von stapelbaren Bechern nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Erweiterungsmittel durch die verschiebende Verlagerung eines mobilen Elements (1) gemäß der Achse (X) des blockierten Bechers (2) zwischen einer ersten, vom mit dem Becher (2) ausgestatteten Halter (3) beabstandeten Position und einer zweiten Position am Ende der Durchführung der Verformung der umlaufenden Wand (9) des Bechers (2) betätigt werden, wobei die Erweiterungsmittel imstande sind, sich in den Hohlraum des Sockels (19) einzufügen, indem sie einen radialen Druck auf den unteren Abschnitt (27) der umlaufenden Wand (9) des Bechers (2) ausüben.
  3. Vorrichtung zur Verformung der umlaufenden Wand von stapelbaren Bechern nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Erweiterungsmittel aus einem zylindrischen Stempel (28) bestehen, der zum Sockel (19) des Bechers (2) gerichtet ist, der umgekehrt auf dem Halter (3) positioniert ist, wobei der untere Teil (33) des Stempels (28) abgeschrägt ist, um sich leicht in den Sockel (19) einzufügen, wogegen sich die zylindrische Wand (29) mit einem größeren Durchmesser als der des Sockels (19) schrittweise auf der Innenseite des unteren Abschnitts (27) der umlaufenden Wand (9) des Bechers (2) abstützt.
  4. Vorrichtung zur Verformung der umlaufenden Wand von stapelbaren Bechern nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Rückhaltemittel des Bechers (2) im Verhältnis zu den Erweiterungsmitteln aufweist, wenn sich diese vom Sockel (19) zurückziehen, um in die erste Position zurückzugehen.
  5. Vorrichtung zur Verformung der umlaufenden Wand von stapelbaren Bechern nach vorangehendem Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rückhaltemittel bestehen aus:
    - einem im Verhältnis zum Stempel (28) gemäß der Achse (X) verschiebend beweglichen Anschlag (32), der bei der Durchführung der Verformung mit der Bodenwand (26) des Bechers (2) in Kontakt kommt,
    - Federmitteln (31), die zwischen dem Anschlag (32) und dem Stempel (28) angeordnet sind und imstande, nach Durchführung der Verformung beim Rückzug des Stempels (28) den Anschlag (32) im Kontakt mit der Bodenwand (26) zu halten.
  6. Vorrichtung zur Verformung der umlaufenden Wand von stapelbaren Bechern nach vorangehendem Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anschlag (32) die Form eines Kolbens hat, der am Ende einer Welle (30) befestigt ist, die gemäß der Achse (X) in einer in das mobile Element (1) eingearbeiteten Öffnung gleitet und von dem mobilen Element (1) betätigt wird, wobei die Federmittel (31) um die Welle (30) angeordnet sind.
  7. Vorrichtung zur Verformung der umlaufenden Wand von stapelbaren Bechern nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:
    - der starre Halter (3) Reliefabdrücke (7) auf seinem Umfang aufweist, die im Kontakt mit der umlaufenden Wand (9) des Bechers (2) eine Matrix bilden,
    - durch die Verlagerung des mobilen Elements (1) Prägemittel betätigt werden:
    - die imstande sind, einen Druck auf die umlaufende Wand (9) des Bechers (2) auf Ebene der Reliefabdrücke (7) der Matrix auszuüben und
    - die die Wand (9) des Bechers (2) verformen, indem sie sich in die Abdrücke (7) einfügen.
  8. Vorrichtung zur Verformung der umlaufenden Wand von stapelbaren Bechern nach vorangehendem Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mobile Element (1) aus einem beweglichen zylindrischen Block (13) besteht, der mit Erweiterungsmitteln und Prägemitteln ausgestattet ist.
  9. Vorrichtung zur Verformung der umlaufenden Wand von stapelbaren Bechern nach vorangehendem Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Form der Abdrücke (7) bei der verschiebenden Verlagerung des zylindrischen Blocks (13) am Schnittpunkt der Matrix Formen entspricht, die aus dem Block (13) in Richtung der Matrix hervorstehen und die Prägemittel bilden.
  10. Vorrichtung zur Verformung der umlaufenden Wand von stapelbaren Bechern nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Prägemittel in der Nähe eines freien Endes des Blocks (13) montiert sind.
  11. Vorrichtung zur Verformung der umlaufenden Wand von stapelbaren Bechern nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Prägemittel auf starren Armen (14) montiert sind, die zu dem Block (13) gehören und die parallel zu seiner Verschiebungsachse (X) sind.
  12. Vorrichtung zur Verformung der umlaufenden Wand von stapelbaren Bechern nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Erweiterungsmittel im Zentrum des Blocks (13) befinden, wogegen sich die Prägemittel an der Peripherie des Blocks (13) befinden und den Becher (2) auf seinem Halter (3) umgeben, wobei Letzterer aus einer Matrix besteht, die einen umlaufenden Kranz aufweist, der die Innenform des Bechers (2) annimmt.
  13. Vorrichtung zur Verformung der umlaufenden Wand von stapelbaren Bechern nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mobile Element (1) aus einer Welle (25) mit System vom Typ Nocken besteht, das mit Prägemitteln zusammenarbeitet, die zu einem im Verhältnis zur Welle (25) starren zylindrischen Block (13) gehören, wobei sich die Erweiterungsmittel an der Spitze der Welle (25) befinden.
  14. Vorrichtung zur Verformung der umlaufenden Wand von stapelbaren Bechern nach vorangehendem Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich das System vom Typ Nocken zusammensetzt:
    - aus der Welle (25), die verschiebend beweglich ist und mindestens eine im Verhältnis zur Verschiebungsachse (X) geneigte Fläche (24) aufweist,
    - Übergangsteilen (20), die die Prägemittel aufweisen, die drehbar auf dem Block (13) montiert und mit der geneigten Fläche (24) der Welle (25) im Kontakt sind, wobei die Drehbewegung des Übergangsteils (20) von der verschiebenden Bewegung der geneigten Fläche (24) gemäß der Verschiebungsachse (X) der Welle (25) abhängt.
  15. Vorrichtung zur Verformung der umlaufenden Wand von stapelbaren Bechern nach vorangehendem Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die geneigte Fläche (24) der beweglichen Welle (25) aus mehreren Ebenen besteht, die im selben Winkel geneigt sind.
  16. Vorrichtung zur Verformung der umlaufenden Wand von stapelbaren Bechern nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die bewegliche Welle (25) einen konischen Ring aufweist, dessen Außenfläche der geneigten Fläche (24) entspricht.
  17. Vorrichtung zur Verformung der umlaufenden Wand von stapelbaren Bechern nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Übergangsteils (20) aufweist:
    - einen zentralen Abschnitt, der schwenkbar auf dem Block (13) in der Nähe seines freien Endes montiert ist,
    - ein erstes Ende (22) im Kontakt mit einer geneigten Fläche (24) der Welle (25),
    - ein zweites Ende (21), das mit Prägemitteln ausgestattet ist.
  18. Vorrichtung zur Verformung der umlaufenden Wand von stapelbaren Bechern nach vorangehendem Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Form der Abdrücke (7) der Matrix (3) bei der verschiebenden Verlagerung der Welle (25) am Schnittpunkt der Matrix (3) Formen entspricht, die zum zweiten Ende (21) der Übergangsteile (20) gehören und die Prägemittel bilden.
  19. Vorrichtung zur Verformung der umlaufenden Wand von stapelbaren Bechern nach vorangehendem Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Prägemittel Kugeln (16b) sind.
  20. Vorrichtung zur Verformung der umlaufenden Wand von stapelbaren Bechern nach vorangehendem Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Kugel (16b) lose auf einer Achse montiert ist, die in einer Gabel angeordnet ist.
  21. Vorrichtung zur Verformung der umlaufenden Wand von stapelbaren Bechern nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Übergangsteile (20) auf starren Armen (14) montiert sind, die sich vom freien Ende des Blocks (13) in Richtung des Halters erstrecken.
  22. Vorrichtung zur Verformung der umlaufenden Wand von stapelbaren Bechern nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Übergangsteile (20) den Becher (2) auf seinem Halter (3) umgeben, wobei Letzterer aus einer Matrix besteht, die einen umlaufenden Kranz aufweist, der die Innenform des Bechers (2) annimmt.
  23. Vorrichtung zur Verformung der umlaufenden Wand von stapelbaren Bechern nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zylindrische Block (13) um die Verschiebungsachse (X) des mobilen Elements (1) gemäß einem vorbestimmten Schritt rotierend bewegbar ist.
  24. Verfahren zur Verformung der umlaufenden Wand von stapelbaren Bechern mit Hilfe einer Vorrichtung nach den vorangehenden Ansprüchen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es die folgenden Schritte aufweist:
    - Positionierung des Bechers (2) auf einem Halter (3), der ihn in Verschiebung und radial blockiert,
    - verschiebende Verlagerung eines mobilen Elements (1) gemäß der Achse (X) des blockierten Bechers (2) in Richtung des Bechers (2),
    - Betätigung der Erweiterungs- und Prägemittel, die das mobile Element (1) ausstatten und gleichzeitig auf die umlaufende Wand (9) des Bechers (2) einwirken,
    - Verlagerung des mobilen Elements (1) in die umgekehrte Richtung mit Halten des Bechers (2) auf seinem Halter (3) durch Rückhaltemittel,
    - Rückkehr des mobilen Elements (1) und der Rückhaltemittel in Ausgangsstellung beabstandet vom Becher (2) auf seinem Halter (3).
