Abstract

Vorgeschlagen wird ein Wuchtgeschoss oder dergleichen, insbesondere Sprenggeschoss (10) mit einer fragmentierbaren Geschosshülle (1), aufweisend ein Hydrauliksystem (2), bestehend aus einem Kolben (3) mit einem Kolbenkopf (4) sowie ein Gegenlager (5). Das Gegenlager (5) ist so ausgeführt, dass es eine hydraulische Flüssigkeit (6) aufnimmt und zwischen einer Geschossspitze (9) und einem Geschossende, bei einem Sprenggeschoss zumindest im Bereich (1.1) der fragmentierbaren Geschosshülle (1), eingebunden ist. Dabei sind der Durchmesser des Kolbens (3) kleiner als der Durchmesser des Kolbenkopfes (4) und das Gegenlager (5) vom Durchmesser her kleiner ist als der des Kolbens (3). Dadurch wird die Sekundärwirkung eines Penetrators bzw. Projektils (8) unter Nutzung einer Drucksteigerung des Auftreffdruckes infolge eines hydraulischen Übersetzungsverhältnisses Kaliberfläche / Flüssigkeitssäulenfläche wesentlich steigert. Dabei benutzt man dieses Prinzip erst beim Penetrationsvorgang zur Verstärkung der Breitenwirkung im Ziel. Alternativ besteht die Einsatzmöglichkeit aber auch bei einem reinen Sprenggeschoss (10) ohne Penetrator (8).

Description

  • Die Erfindung beschäftigt sich mit einem hydrodynamischen (Spreng-)Geschoss, insbesondere mit einer betonbrechenden Munition bzw. einem Penetrationsgeschoss mit hoher Sekundärwirkung unter dem Aspekt der Vermeidung von Kollateralschäden durch Blast-Wirkung und Verzicht auf Zünder. Dadurch wird zusätzlich eine optimale Vorrohrsicherheit erreicht. Zur Erhöhung der Wirkung im Ziel wird ein Hydrauliksystem eingebunden.
  • Ein bekanntes Sprenggeschoss zeigt die DE 10 2005 050 973 A1 auf. Ein weiteres ist der DE 10 2007 001 998 A1 entnehmbar. Mit der DE 10 2008 010 707 A1 wird zudem ein Sprenggeschoss und ein Verfahren zu seiner Herstellung offenbart. Alle basieren auf Sprengstoff. Sprengstoffbasierte Munitionen haben jedoch den Nachteil, dass sie eine hohen Blast-Wirkung entwickeln und damit verbunden die Erzeugung von Kollateralschäden. In Verbindung mit Zündern ergeben sich zudem die Problematik der Vorrohr- und Überflugsicherheit sowie die nachhaltige Gefährdung bei Zünd- und Trefferversagen (Blindgänger). Die rein auf KE-Basis entwickelten Munitionen haben den Nachteil eines hohen Abschussgewichtes und einer begrenzten Wirkung.
  • Hier stellt sich die Erfindung die Aufgabe, ein Geschoss, insbesondere ein Sprenggeschoss aufzuzeigen, das Kollateralschäden durch Blast-Wirkung etc. vermeidet.
  • Gelöst wird die Aufgabe durch die Merkmale des Patentanspruchs 1. Vorteilhafte Ausführungen sind in den Unteransprüchen aufgeführt.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Idee zugrunde, ein hydrodynamisches System anstelle einer Sprengstoffladung in das Geschoss einzubinden.
  • In der Literatur sind hydraulische Anwendungen in Geschossen bereits seit vielen Jahren bekannt. So beschäftigt sich die GB 572,732 mit der Einbindung eines hydraulischen Mediums in einem Geschoss. Durch Absenkung eines Kolbens wird diese Flüssigkeit eingeschnürt und gegen das panzerbrechende Mittel gedrückt, das dadurch gegen einen Vorsprung gedrückt wird. Ein Projektil mit einem hydraulischen Zylinder beschreibt die US 6,675,718 B1 . Dieser befindet sich im Kopfteil des Projektils.
  • Nunmehr wird jedoch ein neues Wirkprinzip vorgeschlagen, das unter anderem die Sekundärwirkung eines Penetrators bzw. Projektils unter Nutzung einer Drucksteigerung des Auftreffdruckes infolge eines hydraulischen Übersetzungsverhältnisses Kaliberfläche / Flüssigkeitssäulenfläche wesentlich steigert. Dabei benutzt man dieses Prinzip erst beim Penetrationsvorgang zur Verstärkung der Breitenwirkung im Ziel. Alternativ besteht die Einsatzmöglichkeit aber auch bei einem reinen Sprenggeschoss ohne Penetrator.
  • Dazu wird ein Wirkgeschoss mit einem Hydrauliksystem kombiniert. Beim Aufprall auf ein festes Ziel wird die Auftreffkraft des primären Wirkgeschosses auf einen geschossinternen Stößelkolben übertragen, der in ein Gegenlager des Geschosses, welches mit einer hydraulischen Flüssigkeit wie z.B. Wasser gefüllt ist, getrieben. Die Flüssigkeitshülle bzw. das Gegenlager ist so ausgelegt, dass sie bei einer definierten Druckerhöhung zerreißt und fragmentiert. Diese radial beschleunigten Fragmentsplitter erzeugen dann, während des primären Penetrationsvorganges, die beabsichtigte Sekundärwirkung. Dieser Effekt kann noch weiter verstärkt werden, wenn der Raum zwischen Geschosshülle und Flüssigkeitssäulenhülle zusätzlich mit Splittern gefüllt ist. Ferner kann dieser Flüssigkeitsenergieausbruch als Antriebprinzip für Sub-Projektile genutzt werden. Der Hydraulik-Effekt kann überdies als Bremsfeder-Nachbeschleunigung für die Penetration genutzt werden. Dazu wird die im betrachteten Druckbereich vorhandene Kompressibilität von Flüssigkeiten ausgenutzt. Möglich ist auch eine entsprechend ausgelegte Feder oder die mechanische Nutzung der KeilWirkung zur Zerlegung der Hülle.
  • Die Vorteile dieses Konzeptes liegen darin, dass zusätzlich zu der normalen Wirkung eines Geschosstyps (Auslegung der Geschossspitze z.B. als FAP- oder PELE-Typ) eine Rundum-Sekundärwirkung erzielt wird. Die Gesamtwirkung ist stärker als bei einem Sprenggeschoss, jedoch ohne HE und ohne Zünder. Das Prinzip ist kaliberunabhängig, verstärkt im größeren Kaliberbereich > 40 mm, und für alle Einsatzgeschosse bei MK, PzK, PzH aber auch GMW, Mörser, Pz-Faust, Raketen und Bomben anwendbar. Das Grundprinzip ermöglicht eine einfache, anwendungs- und funktionssichere sowie kostengünstige Munitionsauslegung.
  • Der Einsatz eines derartigen Geschosstyps bietet sich insbesondere an bei halbharten und geschotteten Zielen sowie zur Brechung von Betonwänden.
  • Die Auslegung eines auf diesem Prinzip der hydraulischen Impulsverstärkung basierenden Geschosses kann sehr flexibel sein. So kann die Hydraulikflüssigkeit gemäß einer gewünschten Kompressibilität ausgelegt werden. Zudem können auch neben einem HE-Geschosskopf flüssige Treib-/Sprengstoffe (mit geringerer Blast-Wirkung als Sprengstoffe) oder entsprechende Gele eingesetzt werden.
  • Insgesamt lässt sich mit diesem Prinzip der hydrodynamischen Wirkung ein rein auf kinetischer Energie beruhendes Geschoss auslegen, das wirkt wie ein sprengstoffbasiertes Geschoss ohne die negativen Eigenschaften des Sprengstoffs zu haben und keinerlei elektrisch / elektronischen Zünder benötigt. Dementsprechend lässt es sich einfach, funktions- und anwendungssicher sowie kosteneffizient auslegen. Möglich ist die Munitionsauslegung sowohl als Voll- als auch als Unterkalibergeschoss auf KE-Basis als HDKE-Geschoss oder auch als Verstärkung einer HE-Wirkung als HDHE-Geschoss.
  • Das hier vorgestellte Konzept sieht vor, dass der Kolben (Stößel) und insbesondere der Kolbenkopf konstruktiv fest mit der Geschosswandung verbunden ist und somit ein geschlossenes System bildet, sodass das Hydrauliksystem während des Abschusses und des Fluges inaktiv ist und erst beim Aufprall aktiviert wird. Insbesondere tritt beim Abschussvorgang keine Volumenänderung der Flüssigkeit auf.
  • Vorgeschlagen wird ein Wuchtgeschoss oder dergleichen, insbesondere Sprenggeschoss mit einer fragmentierbaren Geschosshülle, aufweisend ein Hydrauliksystem, bestehend aus einem Kolben mit einem Kolbenkopf sowie ein Gegenlager. Das Gegenlager ist so ausgeführt, dass es eine hydraulische Flüssigkeit aufnimmt und zwischen einer Geschossspitze und einem Geschossende, bei einem Sprenggeschoss zumindest im Bereich der zerberstenden Geschosshülle, eingebunden ist.
  • Anhand eines Ausführungsbeispiels mit Zeichnung soll die Erfindung näher erläutert werden. Es zeigt:

  • Ein herkömmliches Wirkgeschoss 10 mit einer Geschosshülle 1, wie z.B. AP, FAP oder ABM (auch unprogrammiert) wird mit einem Hydrauliksystem 2 kombiniert. Das Hydrauliksystem 2 besteht aus einem Stößel oder Kolben 3 mit einem Kolbenkopf 4 sowie einem Gegenlager 5, das eine hydraulische Flüssigkeit 6 aufnimmt. Das Hydrauliksystem 2, insbesondere das Gegenlager 5, ist zumindest im Bereich 1.1 der fragmentierbaren Geschosshülle 1 eingebunden. Ein hier verwendetes Projektil 8 wird so ausgelegt, dass beim Aufprall des primären Wirkgeschosses 8 auf ein (festes) Ziel (nicht näher dargestellt) eine Reaktionskraft gegen den geschossinternen Kolbenkopf 4 ausgeübt wird. Alternativ kann ein Projektil jedoch entfallen, wenn es sich um ein reines Sprenggeschoss handelt. Dann bildet der Kolbenkopf 4 beispielsweise direkt die Geschossspitze 9. Durch die einwirkende Kraft wird der Kolben 3 in das mit einer hydraulischen Flüssigkeit (wie z.B. Wasser) 6 gefülltes Gegenlager 5 des Geschosses 1 getrieben, wobei das Gegenlager 5 zerbirst und die Geschosshülle 1 im Bereich 1.1 zerreißt.
  • Die Wirkung kann dadurch erhöht werden, wenn zwischen der Geschosshülle 1 und dem Gegenlager 5 ein Splittermaterial 7 vorgesehen ist. Dieses wird dann mit dem Aufreißen des Gegenlagers 5 beschleunigt.
  • Zur Realisierung einer guten Funktion des Geschosses 1 im Ziel ist vorgesehen, dass der Durchmesser des Kolbens 3 (d.h., dessen innerer Durchmesser) entsprechend kleiner ist als der Durchmesser des Kolbenkopfes 4. Hierdurch wird in Folge des hydraulischen Übersetzungsverhältnisses eine Drucküberhöhung in der Flüssigkeitssäule bewirkt.
  • Das Gegenlager (Flüssigkeitssäule) 5 wird so ausgelegt, dass es vom Durchmesser Df her kleiner ist als der des Kolbens Dk. In Folge der Kraftübertragung: K k = P k * A k = P f * A f = K f

  • Beträgt z.B. der Kolbendurchmesser Dk = 40 mm und der Flüssigkeitssäulendurchmesser (Gegenlager 5) Df = 10 mm, so resultiert eine Drucküberhöhung im Faktor 16. Sei der Aufschlagdruck z.B. Pk = 500 bar, so ergibt sich in der Flüssigkeit eine Druckerhöhung auf Pf = 8.000 bar.
  • Die Fig. 2 zeigt das Kompressionsverhalten von verschiedenen Flüssigkeiten und flüssigen Treib-/Sprengstoffen unter Druckbeaufschlagung. Bei einer Druckerhöhung auf z.B. 8 kbar wird Wasser auf 81 % und Methanol auf 76 % des Ausgangsvolumens reduziert. Das Verhalten kann mittels der bekannten Tait-Zustandsgleichung für Flüssigkeit beschrieben werden.
  • Als "Flüssigkeit" kann in diesem Zusammenhang jedes komprimierbare und/oder zerlegbare Material betrachtet werden, also eine Flüssigkeit wie z.B. Wasser, ein Gel, Glas oder Kunststoff.
  • Neben dieser beschriebenen hydrodynamischen Sprengwirkung lässt sich der Hydraulikeffekt mittels der im betrachteten Druckbereich wirksamen, physikalischen Eigenschaft der Kompressibilität von Flüssigkeiten als quasi Bremsfeder-Nachbeschleunigung des Geschosskopfes ausnutzen. Ferner kann dieser Flüssigkeitsenergieausbruch als Antriebprinzip für Sub-Projektile verwendet werden.

Claims (7)

  1. Geschoss, insbesondere Sprenggeschoss (10) mit einer fragmentierbaren Geschosshülle (1), gekennzeichnet durch ein Hydrauliksystem (2), bestehend aus einem Kolben (3) mit einem Kolbenkopf (4) sowie aus einem Gegenlager (5), das eine hydraulische Flüssigkeit (6) aufnimmt und zwischen einer Geschossspitze (9) und einem Geschossende, eingebunden ist.
  2. Geschoss nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Hydrauliksystem (2) zumindest im Bereich (1.1) der fragmentierbaren Geschosshülle (1) eingebunden ist.
  3. Geschoss nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Durchmesser des Kolbens (3) kleiner ist als der Durchmesser des Kolbenkopfes (4).
  4. Geschoss nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gegenlager (5) vom Durchmesser her kleiner ist als der des Kolbens (3).
  5. Geschoss nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Flüssigkeit (6) jede komprimierbare und/oder zerlegbare Material sein kann, wie z.B. Wasser, ein Gel, Glas oder Kunststoff.
  6. Geschoss nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Geschossspitze (9) ein Projektil (8) eingebunden ist.
  7. Geschoss nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Raum zwischen Geschosshülle (1) und Gegenlager (5) zusätzlich mit Splittern (7) gefüllt ist.
