Claims (10)

  1. Einspritzdüse (105) für ein Kraftstoffeinspritzsystem zum Einspritzen von Kraftstoff, beispielweise Pyrolysekraftstofföl, in einen Zylinder eines großen Verbrennungskraftmotors, wobei die Einspritzdüse (105) aufweist:
    ein Einspritzgehäuse (200) mit einer Gehäuseinnenwand (213), die sich entlang einer Längsrichtung erstreckt und einen Nadelführungsabschnitt (212) aufweist,
    eine in dem Nadelführungsabschnitt der Gehäuseinnenwand (213) geformte Gehäusenut (232), und
    einen Spülfluidzuführkanal (234), der durch das Einspritzgehäuse (200) zum Zuführen eines Spülfluids in die Gehäusenut (232) verläuft, und
    eine Ventilnadel (210), die dazu ausgebildet ist, sich innerhalb des Einspritzgehäuses (200) hin und her zu bewegen, und die aufweist:
    einen ersten Abschnitt (211), der von dem Nadelführungsbereich (212) der Gehäuseinnenwand (213) geführt wird, wobei die Gehäusenut (232) in der Gehäuseinnenwand (213) an einer Position bezüglich der Längsrichtung gebildet ist, die immer von dem ersten Abschnitt (211) der Ventilnadel (210) bedeckt ist, und
    einen zweiten Abschnitt (214), der mit einem kleineren Durchmesser gebildet ist, so dass eine ringförmige Kammer (216) zwischen dem zweiten Abschnitt und der Innenwand (213) des Einspritzgehäuses (200) gebildet ist,
    wobei das Einspritzgehäuse (200) und die Ventilnadel derart ausgebildet sind, dass etwas Spülfluid wenigstens aus der Gehäusenut (232) in die ringförmige Kammer (216) ausläuft, um verbleibenden Kraftstoff aus dem schmalen Führungsspalt zwischen der Ventilnadel (210) und der Gehäuseinnenwand (213) zu transportieren.
  2. Kraftstoffeinspritzsystem (100), das zum Zuführen von Kraftstoff, beispielsweise Pyrolysekraftstofföl, zu Einspritzdüsen (105) eines großen Verbrennungskraftmotors (5) ausgebildet ist, wobei das Kraftstoffeinspritzsystem (100) aufweist:
    wenigstens eine Einspritzdüse (105) nach Anspruch 1, und
    ein mit dem Spülfluidzuführkanal (234) verbindbares Spülsystem (125).
  3. Kraftstoffeinspritzsystem nach Anspruch 2, ferner mit:
    einer Kraftstoffpumpe (110), die zum Bemessen von Kraftstoff, beispielsweise Pyrolysekraftstofföl, in korrekten Mengen für die Einspritzung, zum Aufbauen eines hohen Drucks und zum Zuführen des unter Druck gesetzten Kraftstoffs zu wenigstens einer Einspritzdüse (105) zum passenden Zeitpunkt ausgebildet ist, wobei die Kraftstoffeinspritzpumpe (110) ein sich in einer Längsrichtung erstreckendes und eine Gehäuseinnenwand (12) aufweisendes Pumpengehäuse (10), einen Kolben (13), der dazu ausgebildet ist, sich innerhalb des Pumpengehäuses (10) hin und her zu bewegen und der von der Gehäuseinnenwand (12) geführt ist, und eine erste Nut (38), die in der Gehäuseinnenwand (12) an einer ersten Position bezüglich der Längsrichtung gebildet ist und immer durch den sich hin und her bewegenden Kolben (13) bedeckt ist, aufweist, und
    einem Spülsystem (125), das zum Zuführen des Spülfluids zu der ersten Nut (38) ausgebildet.
  4. Kraftstoffeinspritzsystem nach Anspruch 3, ferner mit einer zweiten Nut (30), die in der Gehäuseinnenwand (12) an einer zweiten Position bezüglich der Längsrichtung gebildet ist, wobei die zweite Position zur ersten Position unterschiedlich ist und mit einer Kammer (27) zum Ablassen und Rezirkulieren von Fluid ausgebildet ist.
  5. Kraftstoffeinspritzsystem nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, wobei das Spülsystem (125) ein zum Speichern von Spülfluid, beispielsweise Ethanol oder andere Reinigungsfluide mit oder ohne einem Additiv, ausgebildetes Spülfluidreservoir (140) und
    eine mit dem Spülfluidreservoir (140) verbundene und zum Pumpen des Spülfluids in die Gehäusenut (232) und/oder in die erste Nut (38) ausgebildete Spülfluidpumpe (135) aufweist.
  6. Kraftstoffeinspritzsystem nach Anspruch 5, ferner mit mehreren Einspritzdüsen (105) und/oder mehreren Kraftstoffeinspritzpumpen (110),
    wobei das Spülsystem (125) zum Zuführen des Spülfluids in die Gehäusenuten (232) und/oder in die ersten Nut (38) ausgebildet ist.
  7. Verfahren zum Spülen einer Einspritzdüse (105) nach Anspruch 1 eines Kraftstoffeinspritzsystems, bei dem die Einspritzdüse (105) zum Einspritzen von Kraftstoff, beispielsweise Pyrolysekraftstofföl, in einen Zylinder eines großen Verbrennungskraftmotors (5) wie beispielsweise innerhalb eines Schiffes oder Generatorsatzes ausgebildet ist, wobei das Verfahren aufweist:
    Zuführen eines Spülfluids in die Gehäusenut (232) der Einspritzdüse (105).
  8. Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, wobei das Einspritzsystem ferner eine Kraftstoffeinspritzpumpe (110) aufweist, die zum Zuführen von Kraftstoff, beispielsweise Pyrolysekraftstofföl, zu der Einspritzdüse (105) ausgebildet ist und ein Pumpengehäuse (10), wobei sich das Pumpengehäuse (10) entlang einer Längsrichtung erstreckt und eine Gehäuseinnenwand (12) aufweist, einen Kolben (13), der dazu ausgebildet ist, sich innerhalb des Pumpengehäuses (10) hin und her zu bewegen und durch die Gehäuseinnenwand (12) geführt zu werden, und eine erste Nut (3 8), die in der Gehäuseinnenwand (12) bei einer ersten Position bezüglich der Längsrichtung gebildet und die immer von dem Kolben (13) bedeckt wird, aufweist, wobei das Verfahren ferner aufweist:
    Zuführen eines Spülfluids zu der ersten Nut (38) der Einspritzpumpe (110).
  9. Verfahren nach Anspruch 7 oder Anspruch 8, wobei der Schritt des Zuführens des Spülfluids ein Zuführen des Spülfluids unter Druck, wobei der Druck im Bereich von 10 bis 80 bar, insbesondere zwischen 40 bis 60 bar, besonders bei ungefähr 50 bar liegt, und/oder ein Zuführen des Spülfluids kontinuierlich, bei Bedarf oder in regelmäßigen Abständen aufweist.
  10. Verwendung von Pyrolysekraftstofföl als Kraftstoff in einer Einspritzdüse nach Anspruch 1 oder einem Kraftstoffeinspritzsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6.
