Claims (6)

  1. Appareil de traitement de surface comprenant :
    (a) un cadre comprenant deux éléments, un premier élément avec au moins une roue (3), un rouleau ou une chenille montée dessus et supportant le cadre ;
    (b) un outil utilitaire (5) monté sur ledit second élément du cadre, l'outil utilitaire comprenant une surface fonctionnelle (23) faisant face à une surface à traiter dans un état de travail de l'appareil ;
    (c) des moyens d'entraînement (4) montés sur le cadre et permettant l'entraînement de l'outil utilitaire ;
    dans lequel la largeur du cadre et de la roue, du rouleau ou de la chenille est définie par la distance entre des lignes virtuelles (X, X') s'étendant dans une direction (D) parallèle à la direction de roulement de la roue, du rouleau ou de la chenille, et dans lequel la surface fonctionnelle (23) de l'outil utilitaire (5) s'étend au moins en partie au-delà d'une desdites lignes virtuelles (X, X'), caractérisé en ce que ledit outil utilitaire est monté de manière mobile sur un guidage, le guidage étant fixé sur le second élément de cadre.
  2. Appareil de traitement de surface selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'appareil comprend des moyens pour déplacer l'outil utilitaire et sa surface fonctionnelle d'une première position, dans laquelle la surface fonctionnelle s'étend au moins au-delà d'une desdites lignes virtuelles à une seconde position, dans laquelle la surface fonctionnelle est entièrement positionnée entre lesdites lignes virtuelles.
  3. Appareil de traitement de surface selon la revendication 1, dans lequel des moyens sont prévus permettant le pivotement du premier élément par rapport au second élément dans un plan sensiblement parallèle à la surface fonctionnelle.
  4. Appareil de traitement de surface selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le guidage est tel qu'il permet le mouvement de l'outil utilitaire et de sa surface fonctionnelle au-delà d'une arête latérale du second élément de cadre.
  5. Appareil de traitement de surface selon la revendication 4, dans lequel des boulons sont prévus pour fixer l'outil utilitaire au second élément de cadre dans une position souhaitée le long du guidage.
  6. Appareil de traitement de surface selon les revendications 2 et 4, caractérisé en ce que les moyens pour déplacer l'outil utilitaire comprennent une broche permettant le mouvement de l'outil utilitaire le long dudit guidage.
