Definitions

  • the invention relates to vacuum cleaner filter bags, also referred to below as filter bags, which are constructed as nonwoven filter bags, as disposable filter bags and as flat bags with surface folds.
  • Filter bags in the form of non-woven disposable flat bags are the filter bags most commonly used today.
  • the advantage of non-woven bags is the significantly higher dust absorption capacity of the filter bag with higher separation efficiency and longer service life.
  • the flat bag form is the most common form for nonwoven bags since bags of this shape are very easy to manufacture. Because in contrast to the paper filter material used in filter bags made of paper, nonwoven filter material is very difficult to permanently fold because of the high resilience, so that the production of more complex bag shapes, such as block bottom bags or other bottom bag forms, is very complicated and expensive.
  • a flat bag in the sense of the present invention is understood to mean filter bags which are formed from a first filter bag wall and a second filter bag wall with the same area such that the two filter bag walls are connected to one another only at their peripheral edges (the term same area does not exclude, of course the two individual layers differ from each other in that one of the layers has an inlet opening).
  • connection of the two filter bag walls can be realized by a weld or adhesive seam along the entire circumference of the two filter bag walls; but it can also be formed by a single layer of filter material is folded around one of its axes of symmetry and the remaining open peripheral edges of the resulting two filter bag walls are welded or glued (so-called tubular bag). With such a production three welding or gluing seams are therefore necessary. Two of these seams then form the filter bag edge, the third weld can also form a filter bag edge or lie in one of the filter bag walls.
  • a filter bag wall taken in this case can consist of one or more layers, which may be laminated, for example.
  • Flat bags in the sense of the present invention may also have so-called gussets. These gussets can be completely unfoldable.
  • a flat bag with such gussets is for example in the DE 20 2005 000 917 U1 shown (see there Fig. 1 with folded gussets and Fig. 3 with unfolded gussets).
  • the gussets may be welded to portions of the peripheral edge.
  • Such a flat bag is in the DE 10 2008 006 769 A1 shown (see there in particular Fig. 1 ).
  • flat bag is 2-dimensional structures immediately after production, ie before use have an inner volume which is substantially equal to zero.
  • a filter bag having an internal volume that is substantially zero is not necessarily a flat bag in the sense of the present invention.
  • bag shapes that have a bottom such as in the DE 20 2005 016 309 U1 or the DE 20 2009 004 433 U1 are not flat bags, since they do not consist of two single layers with the same area, which are connected to each other only at their peripheral edges exist.
  • bag shapes which are already 3-dimensional structures after production and thus have a non-zero internal volume, as for example in the WO 00/00269 (see Figures 27 and 28 there) and the DE 10 2007 060 748 (see there in particular Fig. 9) are shown, are not flat bags in the sense of the present invention.
  • a nonwoven filter bag in the sense of the present invention comprises a nonwoven filter material.
  • a nonwoven fabric material a dry-laid or wet-laid nonwoven fabric or an extrusion nonwoven fabric, particularly a melt-spun microfiber spunbond fabric (meltblown nonwoven fabric) or spunbonded nonwoven fabric, may be used.
  • melt-spun microfiber spunbond fabric meltblown nonwoven fabric
  • spunbonded nonwoven fabric spunbonded nonwoven fabric
  • the nonwoven fabric may comprise staple fibers or continuous fibers. Manufacturing technology can also provide several layers of staple fibers or continuous fibers, which are solidified to exactly one layer of nonwoven fabric.
  • the filter material may also be a laminate of a plurality of nonwoven fabric layers, such as filament spunbond fabric and meltblown nonwoven fabric (SMS, SMMS or SnxMS). Such a laminate may be laminated or calendered by means of a hot melt adhesive. The layer of meltblown nonwoven fabric may be creped.
  • nonwoven fabric is used in accordance with the definition according to ISO standard ISO 9092: 1988 or standard EN 29092.
  • the terms nonwoven fabric or nonwoven fabric and nonwoven fabric in the field of production of nonwoven fabrics are delimited from one another as follows and also to be understood in the sense of the present invention.
  • To produce a nonwoven fabric fibers and / or filaments are used.
  • the loose or loose and still unconnected fibers and / or filaments are referred to as nonwoven or nonwoven web.
  • non-woven binding step such a non-woven fabric is finally used to form a non-woven fabric which has sufficient strength to be wound into rolls, for example.
  • a nonwoven fabric is self-supportingly formed by the solidification.
  • the first filter bag wall has at least two surface folds. How such surface wrinkles can be formed results, for example, from the European patent application EP 2 366 321 (see there in particular Fig. 10a and Fig. 10b and Fig. 11a and Fig. 11b). If the filter bag wall comprises several surface folds, then this material is also referred to as a pleated filter material. Such pleated filter bag walls are in the European patent application EP 2 366 319 shown.
  • Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 show a filter bag with a first filter bag wall in cross section, the filter bag wall each having two surface folds.
  • the filter surface of the filter bag is increased, resulting in a higher dust holding capacity of the filter bag with higher separation efficiency and longer life results (each opposite a filter bag with the same outer dimensions without surface wrinkles)
  • Fig. 1 is a filter bag with a first filter bag wall 10, which has two surface folds 11 in the form of so-called dovetails shown.
  • the filter bag is here shown in cross-section through the filter bag center.
  • the longitudinal axes of the furnacenfalen thus run in a plane which in turn is perpendicular to the drawing plane, and the surface folds go over at their longitudinal ends in the plane parallel to the drawing plane and lying before and behind the plane of the weld seams of the filter bag.
  • the filter bag is shown here in a state in which the surface wrinkles are already unfolded somewhat.
  • Each dovetail fold 11 has portions 11a that lie in the surface of the filter bag wall 12 and portions 11b that protrude beyond the surface of the filter bag wall 12. These areas 11 b are not unfolded during the first insertion of the filter bag in the vacuum cleaner.
  • Fig. 2 is a filter bag with a first filter bag wall 20, which has two surface folds 21 in the form of so-called triangular folds shown.
  • the filter bag is also shown here in cross section through the filter bag center.
  • the longitudinal axes of the surface wrinkles thus run in a plane which in turn is perpendicular to the plane of the drawing, and the surface wrinkles go over at their longitudinal ends in the parallel to the drawing plane extending and lying in front of and behind the plane of the weld seams of the filter bag.
  • the filter bag is also shown here in a state in which the surface wrinkles are already unfolded.
  • Each triangular fold 21 has areas 21 a, which lie in the surface of the filter bag wall 22, and areas 21 b, which protrude beyond the surface of the filter bag wall 22. These areas 21 b are not unfolded in the first time the filter bag in the vacuum cleaner device.
  • Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 surface wrinkles are also possible surface wrinkles with other shapes. That the surface folds in the versions after Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 perpendicular to a bag edge is not to be understood as a limitation. Of course, the surface wrinkles may also be at an angle to the edges of the bag.
  • the second filter bag wall of in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 shown filter bag has no surface wrinkles.
  • this second filter bag wall may also have one or more surface folds.
  • the invention is therefore an object of the invention to provide a filter bag with surface wrinkles available in which the filter bag inherent high dust holding capacity at high separation efficiency and long service life is fully usable with conventional vacuum cleaner.
  • a vacuum cleaner filter bag that is by a filter bag which is formed as a non-woven filter bag, a disposable filter bag and a flat bag with a first filter bag wall and with a second filter bag wall having at least two surface folds in the first filter bag wall, wherein each surface fold Has areas that lie in the surface of the first filter bag wall and have areas that protrude beyond the surface of the first filter bag wall and are deployable in suction mode and a filter bag wall connector provided inside the vacuum cleaner filter bag and the first filter bag wall in the area of the surface fold, which is located in the first filter bag wall, and the second filter bag wall connects and / or the first filter bag wall in the region which projects beyond the surface of the first filter bag wall and is deployable in suction, with the z wide filter bag wall connects.
  • the filter bag can thus be adapted to the filter bag receiving space of a vacuum cleaner device in such a way that the surface folds develop optimally.
  • a development of the invention described above provides a filter bag in which in the longitudinal direction of the surface fold in the region which lies in the first filter bag wall and / or in the region which protrudes beyond the surface of the first filter bag wall and is deployable in suction, one or a plurality of further filter bag wall connection means are provided, which connects or connect the first filter bag wall with the second filter bag wall.
  • Such a filter bag shows an even higher dust holding capacity with even higher separation efficiency and even longer life.
  • each filter bag wall connecting device is provided as a distance limiting device, so that it limits the distance between the regions in the first filter bag wall and the regions in the second filter bag wall, in which the corresponding distance limiting device is provided.
  • all distance limiting devices can be provided in the form of a non-woven strip provided with incisions of different lengths, which can be unfolded in the areas of the surface fold which are located in the first filter bag wall or in the areas which protrude beyond the surface of the second filter bag wall and can be deployed in suction mode is connected to the first filter bag wall, and is connected at the regions of the second filter bag wall opposite these areas with the second filter bag wall.
  • the distance limiting devices can be implemented particularly easily in terms of production technology.
  • each distance limiting device may be provided in the form of a thread, in particular a stitching thread, or a nonwoven strip.
  • a thread in particular, a stitching thread, or a nonwoven strip.
  • a thread is to ensure that if the thread passes through the filter bag wall, it is sealed at this point of passage, for example by sealing the passage point with hot melt.
  • the distance limiting means may also be provided in the form of a spacer knit positioned between the first and second filter bag walls and adjusting the desired spacing between the two filter bag walls.
  • a spacer knit itself is from the DE 10 2009 038230 known.
  • each filter bag wall connection device may also be provided in the form of a welding surface and / or adhesive surface, which connects the first and the second filter bag wall directly to each other.
  • first and the second filter bag wall are not kept at a distance from each other.
  • FIG. 3 A first embodiment of the present invention is shown in cross-section through the filter bag center.
  • the filter bag has a first filter bag wall having two surface folds in the form of dovetail folds 31.
  • the second filter bag wall has no surface folds. In the illustration in Fig. 3 the surface wrinkles are not fully unfolded.
  • the surface folds have areas 31 a that lie in the surface of the filter bag wall 32, and areas 31 b that protrude beyond the surface of the filter bag wall 32.
  • the first filter bag wall in the region 31b is connected to the second filter bag wall by means of a distance limiting device 35 in the form of a stitching thread. Since the surface fold is not fully unfolded, this stitching thread is not yet under tension. The surface wrinkle can therefore continue to develop until it is prevented by the stitching thread on a further unfolding. By adjusting the length of the distance limiting device so optimal deployment is guaranteed.
  • distance limiting device In addition to the in Fig. 3 shown distance limiting device further distance limiting devices, also in the form of stitching threads, can be provided along the surface fold. This distance limiting device will inevitably keep the first and the second filter bag wall at a shorter distance from each other than the central distance limiting device.
  • FIG. 4 A second embodiment of the present invention is shown. This embodiment corresponds to Fig. 3 shown embodiment with the difference that the distance limiting device is not fixed in the region 41 b to the first filter bag wall, but in the region 41 a, which lies in the surface of the filter bag wall.
  • Fig. 5 a third embodiment according to the present invention is shown.
  • the second filter bag wall also has two surface folds in the form of dovetail folds.
  • the first and the second filter bag wall are connected to a distance limiting device, which in each case in the area 51 1 and 51 2 , which lies in the surface of the corresponding filter bag wall 52 1 and 52 2 , connected to each other.
  • a fourth embodiment of the present invention is shown in plan view.
  • the first filter bag wall has two surface folds Form of swallowtail folds.
  • the visible in plan view edges of the dovetail folds are shown by a solid line, the non-visible in plan view edges are shown in dashed lines accordingly.
  • the first and the second filter bag wall with welding or adhesive points S are interconnected, which are provided in the areas 61 a, which lie in the surface of the filter bag wall.
  • the joints have the form of dots.
  • any other connection surfaces can be used.
  • all distance limiting devices are realized by a nonwoven strip which has cuts of different lengths and runs parallel to the corresponding surface fold.
  • all distance limiting devices are realized by a spacer knitted fabric.
