Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Waschen von Textilien, insbesondere Postenwaschanlage, mit einer in einzelne Kammern unterteilten Waschtrommel, wobei die Waschtrommel zumindest teilweise von einer Außentrommel umgeben ist. In Bezug auf die Modulfertigung ergibt sich daher die Möglichkeit des "outsourcings", d.h. die Module beispielsweise im Ausland preiswerter anfertigen zu lassen. Die Modulbauweise hat des Weiteren zur Folge, dass die zu bearbeitenden Rohrabschnitte nunmehr sehr viel kürzer sind. Die anfallenden Arbeiten können somit von außen verrichtet werden, wodurch sich die Arbeitsbedingungen verbessern und der Zeitaufwand dieser Arbeiten deutlich geringer ausfällt
In vorteilhafter Weise umfasst die Waschtrommel an ihrem einen Ende ein Eingabemodul an das ein Laufringmodul anschließt. Auf das Laufringmodul folgt mindestens ein Mittelmodul, dem abermals ein Laufringmodul und schließlich ein Abgabemodul nachgeordnet sind. Die Länge der Waschtrommel wird durch die Anzahl der Mittelmodule bestimmt. Des Weiteren ist denkbar, dass die Waschtrommel nur an einer der beiden Enden ein Laufringmodul aufweist oder, dass zwischen zwei Mittelmodulen ebenfalls ein weiteres Laufringmodul angebracht wird.
