Claims (9)

  1. Cylindre broyeur pour un broyeur à cylindre, avec un arbre de cylindre (3), un corps de base de cylindre (13) et une bague d'usure (14), qui est dotée d'une protection extérieure contre l'usure, sachant que la liaison entre l'arbre de cylindre et le corps de base de cylindre (13) est réalisée par un blocage par retrait, caractérisé en ce que le corps de base de cylindre (13) est formé par au moins 3 ou 4 bagues intermédiaires (13a, 13b, 13c), qui sont disposées coaxialement.
  2. Cylindre broyeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les liaisons entre les bagues intermédiaires (13a, 13b, 13c) et la bague d'usure (14) sont également réalisées par un blocage par retrait.
  3. Cylindre broyeur selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le blocage par retrait est de forme conique ou cylindrique.
  4. Cylindre broyeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le diamètre du cylindre broyeur (1) est d'au moins 3,00 m, de préférence d'au moins 3,50 m.
  5. Cylindre broyeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le diamètre du cylindre broyeur est d'au moins 4,50 m et la largeur d'au moins 2,00 m.
  6. Cylindre broyeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la protection contre l'usure est formée par un corps profilé, en saillie de la surface de la bague d'usure (14), et / ou par un rechargement dur par soudure.
  7. Broyeur à cylindres pour le broyage de produit à broyer fragile, qui est doté de deux cylindres broyeurs (1, 2) selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, qui peuvent être entraînés en sens inverse.
