Abstract
Description
Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren zum Aufbringen einer Rosette auf ein Rohr. Solche Rohre werden z. B. als Stützen im Gerüstbau verwendet. Es handelt sich zumeist um Metallrohre mit einem Durchmesser von ca. 50 mm und eine Wandstärke von ca. 3 mm. Zum Einhängen der Gerüstbohlen dienen sogenannte Rosetten, die auf die Rohre aufgeschoben und dann mit dem Rohr verschweißt werden. Das Anschweißen der Rosetten an das Metallrohr erfordert in der Regel Handarbeit und führt zu Gefügeveränderungen im Rohr. Zudem erfordert die Verwendung von verzinkten Rohren ein anschließendes Nachverzinken. Alternativ können unverzinkte Rohre mit Rosetten verschweißt werden, wonach die Rohre dann im Anschluss verzinkt werden müssen.The present invention relates to a method of applying a rosette to a pipe.
