Claims (7)

  1. Une lucarne avec le toit arqué, en particulier destinée à être montée sur un toit incliné, contenant :
    - une face avant,
    - une fenêtre de toit montée à l'avant,
    - deux parois latérales (1) chacune avec un bord inférieur,
    - et un toit (2) de la lucarne, arqué à l'avant,
    - où les bords inférieurs des parois latérales (1) et le bord arrière du toit de la lucarne sont adaptés à être connectés au toit du bâtiment,
    - et entre la surface avant de la lucarne et le toit arqué de la lucarne il y a un angle obtus a,
    - caractérisée en ce que la fenêtre possède un ouvrant pivotant avec deux charnières (6) chaque charnière possède deux ensembles tandis que l'ouvrant pivotant possède une traverse supérieure (41) avec une surface arquée dont la courbure correspond à la courbure du toit arqué (2) de la lucarne, tandis que l'axe de rotation de l'ouvrant se trouve au-dessus de la moitié de la hauteur de la fenêtre entre la ligne centrale de l'ouvrant et sa traverse supérieure (41).
  2. La lucarne selon la revendication 1 caractérisée en ce que l'angle obtus entre la surface avant de la lucarne et le faîtage du toit ne dépasse pas 130 degrés, en particulier il est de 100 à 120 degrés.
  3. La lucarne selon les revendications 1 ou 2 caractérisée en ce que les parois latérales (1) et le toit de la lucarne (2) sont des éléménts préfabriqués séparés destinés à être montés sur le chantier, tous avec une isolation thermique et anti-humidité, avec les surfaces internes finies et de préférence également avec les surfaces externes, et en plus la lucarne est équipée d'une bride d'étanchéité (3) sa connexion avec la couverture du toit du bâtiment.
  4. La lucarne selon les revendications 1 ou 2 ou 3, caractérisée en ce que le dormant (4) de la fenêtre adhère directement aux parois latérales (1) de la lucarne, est de préférence encastré par ses montants latéraux et sa traverse supérieure dans des cavités (18, 28) situées dans les angles avant et intérieur des parois et du toit de la lucarne.
  5. La lucarne selon les revendications 1 ou 2 ou 3 ou 4 caractérisée en ce qu'elle possède le revêtement d'étanchéité (3) sur la surface avant des parois latérales et du toit de la lucarne qui coopère avec le revêtement de la fenêtre de la lucarne.
  6. La lucarne selon la revendication 1 caractérisée en ce que dans chacune des deux charnières (6) de la fenêtre l'un des ensembles est monté au montant latéral (42) du dormant et il a un guide arqué (61) tandis que l'autre ensemble, monté au montant latéral (52) de l'ouvrant possède un coulisseau arqué (63) situé dans ce guide, et les centres de la courbure des surfaces de glissement du guide et du coulisseau constituent des points sur l'axe de rotation théorique de la charnière situé à l'extérieur de la surface vitrée de la fenêtre.
  7. La lucarne selon la revendication 1 caractérisée en ce que la fenêtre possède deux fonctions d'ouverture, également celle d'ouverture vers l'extérieur, par une rotation autour d'un axe horizontal dans les charnières situées près du cadre supérieur de la fenêtre, et de préférence dans chaque charnière l'un des ensembles possède un guide arqué et l'autre ensemble possède un coulisseau arqué, qui est situé dans le guide, et les centres de la courbure des surfaces de glissement du guide et du coulisseau constituent des points sur l'axe de rotation théorique de la charnière situé à l'extérieur de la surface vitrée de la fenêtre.
