Abstract
本发明涉及建筑工程领域,具体公开了一种楼顶楼梯间的设计结构及楼顶门。其楼顶楼梯间的设计结构,主要由墙体、楼梯、顶盖板及门洞组成,特征是组成楼梯间的顶盖板至少有一个斜盖面构成,门洞设在连接楼顶板的楼梯间顶盖板斜面内。其楼顶门,主要由门框、门扇、门轴、支撑杆、密封条、门锁、把手等部件组成,特征是门框装在门洞外侧周边,门轴(或活页)安装在门框与门扇的顶部之间,支撑杆一端连接门扇,另一端连接门框或门圈梁。与现有技术比较具有结构简单、建造成本低、可建成与女儿墙齐平的隐形楼梯间、保持楼房整体外观平整美观,方便上下楼顶等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑工程领域,具体涉及一种楼顶楼梯间的设计结构及楼顶门。
背景技术
古代建筑大都为砖瓦斜顶结构,屋顶很少被利用上。自人类发明和应用水泥后,建筑业得到了前所未有的发展,楼顶也可建成牢固的平顶结构,从此人们可以充分对楼顶加以利用,特别是现代农村。然而,要方便利用楼顶,必须借助楼梯,但现有技术还没有很好的方案上楼顶。从屋内架设楼梯的,必须在楼顶建造一个比楼顶女儿墙高的楼梯间,并开个正常门高度的楼顶门才能方便上下楼顶,这样一来不但在楼顶有个楼梯间凸起影响楼房整体美观,而且也增加了楼梯间的建造成本;如从屋外架设露天楼梯上楼顶的则更不美观,且容易遭受风雨日晒侵蚀,所以大多数上楼顶的楼梯是以建造在屋内为主。为了保持楼房的整体美观,减少上楼顶建造楼梯及楼梯间的成本,以及方便上下楼顶,急需设计一种新式的上楼顶的技术方案。
本发明的目的是提供一种新型顶楼楼梯间设计结构及楼顶门的方案,以解决上述现有技术的不足,与现有技术比较具有结构简单、建造成本低、可建成与女儿墙齐平的隐形楼梯间、保持楼房整体外观平整美观,方便上下楼顶等优点。
发明内容
本发明的技术方案是:所述的楼顶楼梯间的设计结构,主要由墙体、楼梯、顶盖板及门洞组成,组成楼梯间的顶盖板至少有一个斜盖面构成,斜盖面的下端连接顶层楼板或楼板上的矮墙,其它周边与墙体连接,门洞位于斜盖面的顶盖板内。组成楼梯间的顶盖板,对设有转台的楼梯可由一个斜面与一个平面构成顶盖板,斜面板主要设在楼梯踏步的上方,平面板主要设在楼梯转台的上方,也可直接由至少一个斜面顶盖板构成;对没设有转台的楼梯可由一个斜面与一个平面构成顶盖板,也可直接由至少一个斜面顶盖板构成。内设有门洞的顶盖板斜面与顶层楼板面组成的夹角α为:90°<α<180°,门洞口与该顶盖板斜面大致平行。位于顶盖板斜面内的门洞,上方设有门顶梁,两边设有门边梁,下边设有门坎,并共同向门洞外侧凸起构成具有挡水和加固门洞周边作用的门圈梁。组成楼梯间顶盖板的平面板部分,可水平铺盖,也可适当倾斜铺盖,位于门头处的天花板到楼梯台阶的垂直距离约为一个门的高度。所述的楼顶门,主要由门框、门扇、门轴、支撑杆、密封条、门锁、把手等部件组成,其特征是:门框装在门洞外侧周边,门轴(或活页)安装在门框与门扇的顶部之间,支撑杆一端连接门扇,另一端连接门框或门圈梁。门框和门扇的上端分别设计成相应的短直钩状,以叠挂在门顶梁上,门扇周边下翻成下勾檐,关闭时正好扣在门框防水凹槽,凹槽内侧凸起成挡水围边并高于凹槽外侧的凸起,以防雨水渗漏。为了轻便及平稳开关门扇,需用支撑杆助力门扇开关,安装在门扇与门框或墙体之间的支撑杆为具有近乎线性弹性曲线的弹性元件,如以气体和液体为工作介质的支撑杆。门扇为旋启式启闭动作,上旋为开,下旋为关,门扇尽开时遮挡在门洞上方。

具体实施方式
图1、图2、图3、图4、图5和图6出示了本发明楼顶楼梯间的设计结构及顶楼门的一个具体实施例。楼顶楼梯间的设计结构主要包括墙体1、楼梯2、顶盖板3和6、门洞5、门顶梁4、门边梁7、门坎10、窗口等部分组成,楼梯2是带有转台的楼梯,楼梯间的顶盖板设计成由一个斜面顶盖板6和一个平面顶盖板3组成,以水泥钢筋混凝土捣制成一体,在斜面顶盖板6内开门洞5,门洞5周边设有由门顶梁4、门边梁7和门坎10向外凸起构成具有挡水和加固门洞边的门圈梁,防止雨水从顶盖板径流入门洞5内,门洞5对朝连接楼顶的楼梯;顶盖板平面3的高度与楼顶女儿墙8的高度齐平,门梁5下的天花板到楼梯踏步的净高为一个标准门的高度,为保证楼梯间的采光和通风还设有窗户。楼顶门主要由门框13,门扇18,门轴(或活页)15,门内外把手19和21,密封条20等部件组成;为更好的起到防漏雨水,在门框和门扇的上端分别设计成短直钩16和17,叠加在门顶梁4上,门轴(或活页)15安装门框13和门扇18的上端之间;支撑杆14安装在门扇18和门框13或门边梁7上,用于助力轻便平稳开关门扇;门扇周边下翻成下勾檐22,关闭时正好扣在门框防水凹槽24内,凹槽24的内侧凸起成挡水围边23,挡水围边23高于凹槽外侧的凸起,以防雨水渗漏;门扇设计为旋启式启闭动作,上旋为开,下旋为关,门扇尽开时遮挡在门洞上方。楼顶门宜选用的材质较坚固且具有防雨、防晒、隔热等功能的材料制作,以防风吹雨打、日晒雨淋和防盗。
Claims (9)
1.一种楼顶楼梯间的设计结构,主要由墙体、楼梯、顶盖板及门洞组成,其特征是:组成楼梯间的顶盖板至少有一个斜盖面构成,斜盖面的下端连接顶层楼板或楼板上的矮墙,其它周边与墙体连接,门洞位于斜盖面的顶盖板内。
2.根据权利要求1所述楼顶楼梯间的设计结构,其特征是:组成楼梯间的顶盖板,对设有转台的楼梯可由一个斜面与一个平面构成顶盖板,斜面板主要设在楼梯踏步的上方,平面板主要设在楼梯转台的上方,也可直接由至少一个斜面顶盖板构成;对没设有转台的楼梯可由一个斜面与一个平面构成顶盖板,也可直接由至少一个斜面顶盖板构成。
3.根据权利要求1所述楼顶楼梯间的设计结构,其特征是:内设有门洞的顶盖板斜面与顶层楼板面组成的夹角α为:90°<α<180°,门洞口与该顶盖板斜面大致平行。
4.根据权利要求1所述楼顶楼梯间的设计结构,其特征是:位于顶盖板斜面内的门洞,上方设有门顶梁,两边设有门边梁,下边设有门坎,并共同向门洞外侧凸起构成具有挡水和加固门洞周边作用的门圈梁。
5.一种楼顶门,主要由门框、门扇、门轴、支撑杆、密封条、门锁、把手等部件组成,其特征是:门框装在门洞外侧周边,门轴(或活页)安装在门框与门扇的顶部之间,支撑杆一端连接门扇,另一端连接门框或门圈梁。
6.根据权利要求5所述的楼顶门,其特征是:门框顶部设成短直钩以套挂在凸起的门梁上,门框內缘周边向外凸起构成挡水围边。
7.根据权利要求5所述的楼顶门,其特征是:门框和门扇的上端分别设计成相应的短直钩状,以叠挂在门顶梁上,门扇周边下翻成下勾檐,关闭时正好扣在门框防水凹槽,凹槽内侧凸起成挡水围边并高于凹槽外侧的凸起,以防雨水渗漏。
8.根据权利要求5所述的楼顶门,其特征是:用支撑杆助力门扇开关,安装在门扇与门框或墙体之间的支撑杆为具有近乎线性弹性曲线的弹性元件。
9.根据权利要求5所述的楼顶门,其特征是:门扇为旋启式启闭动作,上旋为开,下旋为关,门扇尽开时遮挡在门洞上方。
