- Suction molds are used or installed in soil tillage equipment, which in turn may be components of tillage machines. These suction strips can be integrated in a housing of the soil treatment device, or can be installed separately in the tillage machine. Tillage machines are used for example for cleaning a substrate on which, for example, a film of water is applied, which is absorbed by the squeegee.
- Suction bars known from the prior art have a suction chamber, from which a medium located in the suction chamber, such as, for example, an air-water mixture or a mixture of air and dust particles, can be sucked off by means of a suction connection.
- the suction chamber has for this purpose a directed toward the ground suction.
- a leading suction lip and a trailing suction lip are arranged, which usually consist of an elastic material.
- the squeezing lips protrude beyond the suction opening of the squeegee and can be brought into contact with the substrate to be cleaned.
- the leading suction lip is arranged on the longitudinal side of the suction chamber, which is oriented in the direction of travel or displacement direction of the suction strip, and the trailing suction lip is arranged on the opposite longitudinal side of the suction chamber.
- the FR 2 044 749 A2 discloses a moisture suction nozzle for suction cleaning devices.
- the moisture suction nozzle comprises a nozzle body, in which a pinch member formed from an elastomeric material is embedded.
- the squeezing organ has a spatial shape corresponding to the receiving space of the nozzle body with a U-shaped cross section.
- the pinch member comprises in its central web a plurality of slots through which air and liquid flow unhindered can.
- the squeezing member is fixed by means of a holding part and by means of screws to the nozzle body.
- the moisture suction nozzle comprises a filter rail which is fixed in the holding part.
- the WO 2007/092322 A2 discloses a squeegee assembly comprising a wiper blade with mounting holes and locating holes, a mounting bracket with locating pins, and a headband with locating holes.

- the positioning pins of the mounting bracket protrude through the positioning holes of the wiper blade, so that the wiper blade is mounted in the correct orientation between the mounting bracket and the headband.
- Object of the present invention is to provide a more easily manufactured, easy to assemble or disassemble, more stable and cheaper squeegee.
- a suction strip according to the invention for sucking a substrate comprises a blade-shaped squeegee blank having a through opening.
- This squeegee blank is fastened in the suction chamber by means of a hold-down device.
- the squeegee blank adapts to the U-shaped cross-section of the suction chamber in such a way that the leading suction lip and the trailing suction lip are formed by longitudinal side surfaces of the squeegee blank protruding from and protruding out of the suction opening.
- the leading suction lip and the trailing suction lip are thus connected to each other via a central portion or hang together via this central portion.
- the passage opening of the suction lip blank and the suction port of the suction chamber are arranged relative to one another such that they form a common passage through which the medium to be sucked off can be sucked off.
- a suction strip according to the invention has the advantage that the squeegee consists of only a few individual parts. Therefore, the assembly of a suction strip according to the invention is simplified. For assembly, only the sheet-shaped squeegee blank has to be positioned on the suction opening or the suction surface of the suction chamber and pressed into the suction chamber by means of the hold-down device.
- the sheet-shaped suction lip blank formed from an elastic material adapts to the U-shaped contour of the suction chamber so that the longitudinal side surfaces projecting beyond the suction opening form the leading suction lip and the trailing suction lip. In this case, the passage opening and the suction connection must form a common passage through which the medium to be sucked off can be sucked off.
- a suction strip according to the invention has due to the few items, from which it is formed, increased stability and is inexpensive to manufacture.
- the squeegee blank preferably has two predefined predetermined bending lines along which the squeegee blank can be bent. These predetermined bending lines run parallel to the longitudinal sides limiting the longitudinal sides of the squeegee blank. Due to the predetermined bending lines of the squeegee blank is divided into two longitudinal side surfaces and a central middle section. In this case, the shape of the middle section preferably corresponds to the shape of the side of the suction chamber with which the middle section of the suction lip blank is in direct contact. Due to the predetermined bending lines, the longitudinal side surfaces of the suction lip blank can better adapt to the U-shaped contour of the suction chamber, since a smaller bending radius between the longitudinal side surfaces and the central portion is possible due to the predetermined bending lines.
- the suction chamber tapers along its longitudinal extent to the edge regions and has edge openings on the transverse sides.
- the suction lip blank fastened in the suction chamber by means of the hold-down device protrudes from the edge openings.
- the protruding from the suction chamber portions of the Sauglippen blank are bent towards each other by the taper of the suction chamber and are in contact with each other.
- the transverse sides of the suction chamber are closed in a particularly simple manner by the squeegee blank, so that in the suction chamber reliably a negative pressure relative to the environment can be established.
- the squeegee blank preferably has recesses on transverse side surfaces, which are spaced apart from the longitudinal side surfaces. Because of these recesses, it is ensured that the leading and trailing squeezing lips formed by the longitudinal side surfaces of the squeegee blank are in one plane when assembled, although the squeegee blank adapts to the cross-section tapering to the edge regions of the suction chamber. As a result, a level contact of the leading suction lip and the trailing suction lip is ensured on the ground.
- FIGS. 1 to 4 a housing 100 of a soil treatment device 100 is shown, in which a suction strip according to the invention is integrated.
- the housing 100 comprises two built-in wells, in which, for example, plate brushes can be installed. These can be driven in opposite directions and thus supply a medium to be sucked, such as a water film or an air-water mixture of the squeegee.
- the suction strip according to the invention is in the FIGS. 1 and 2 shown in a disassembled state.
- the squeegee comprises a suction chamber 10, a blade-shaped squeegee blank 20 and a hold-down device 30.
- Figures 3 and 4 show the integrated in the housing 100 of a tillage device according to the invention the suction strip in an assembled state in which the squeegee blank 20 is secured by means of the hold-down device 30 in the suction chamber 10.
- the suction chamber 10 of the suction strip is bounded by two longitudinal sides 11, 11 'and two transverse sides 12. From the Figures 3 and 4 It can be seen that the end wall forming the base area of the suction chamber has a suction connection 13, which is connected to a suction channel. This suction channel is in turn connected to a blower to generate a negative pressure.
- the longitudinal sides 11, 11 'and the transverse sides 12 bounding surface forms the suction towards the ground 14 or suction surface 14.
- the distance of the longitudinal sides 11, 11 'from each other decreases, so that the suction chamber 10 tapers along its longitudinal extent to the edge regions.
- the suction chamber 10 at the two transverse sides 12 each have an edge opening 15.
- the suction chamber 10 has a transverse to the longitudinal sides 11, 11 'extending U-shaped cross-section.
- the in FIG. 1 Leaf-shaped suction lip blank 20 shown above the suction chamber is in FIG. 5 shown separately in a plan view.
- the squeegee blank preferably consists of an elastic material and comprises two longitudinal side surfaces 22, 22 ', two transverse side surfaces 26 and a middle section 23.
- the predetermined bending lines 24 are arranged between the central section 23 and the two longitudinal side surfaces 22, 22'.
- the surface of the squeegee blank 20 may be smooth and planar. However, the surface of the squeegee blank may also have a wave structure with crests and troughs extending from one longitudinal side 22 to the other longitudinal side 22 '.
- the predetermined bending lines 24 can be generated, for example, by a pre-bending of the squeegee blank 20. Furthermore, the predetermined bending lines 24 can also be realized by a tapering of the material thickness of the suction-lip blank 20. Another possibility for generating the predetermined bending lines 24 is a cutting or cutting of the squeegee blank 20, wherein care must be taken that the longitudinal side surfaces 22, 22 'remain connected by the central portion 23. In one embodiment of the squeegee blank 20 made of a wave structure having sheet material with wave crests and troughs, the predetermined bending lines 24 may be realized by cutting or cutting the wave crests.
- a through hole 21 is arranged in the central region of the central portion 23.
- two holding devices 28 in the form of holding openings 28 are provided toward the transverse sides of the suction lip blank 20.
- the Sauglippenzu motherboard 20 has on the transverse side surfaces 26 recesses 27, which are spaced from the longitudinal side surfaces 22, 22 'out.
- the leading suction lip 16 and the trailing suction lip 16 'of the squeegee are formed by the squeegee blank 20 by means of the in the FIGS. 1 and 2 integrally formed holding-down device is mounted in the suction chamber 10.
- the hold-down device 30 has an opening 31 and two fastening devices 32 in the form of retaining pins 32. In the assembled state, the opening 31 is positioned above the passage opening 21 of the SaugplippenZu4.000s 20 so that a functional suction channel is created.
- the hold-down device 30 does not necessarily have to be formed in one piece, but may also be formed in several pieces.
- the squeegee blank 20 is pressed into the suction chamber 10 by means of the hold-down device 30, so that the squeegee blank 20 adapts to the U-shaped cross-section of the suction chamber 10.
- the central portion 23 of the squeegee blank 20 then abuts against the wall of the suction chamber 10, in which the suction port 13 is formed.
- the passage opening 21 of the Suction lip blank 20 and the suction port 13 a common passage, since the passage opening 21 is disposed above the suction port 13.
- the longitudinal side surfaces 22, 22 ' are bent around the predetermined bending lines 24 and nestle against the longitudinal sides 11, 11' of the suction chamber 10.
- the transverse extent of the longitudinal side surfaces 22, 22 ' is greater than the corresponding transverse extent of the longitudinal sides 11, 11' of the suction chamber 10 , so that the longitudinal side surfaces 22, 22 'protrude out of the suction opening 14 of the suction chamber 10.
- the longitudinal side surface 22 forms the leading suction lip 16, and the longitudinal side surface 22 'forms the trailing suction lip 16'.
- the longitudinal side surfaces 22, 22 ' are connected to each other via the central portion 23.
- the retaining pins 32 of the hold-down device 30 protrude in the assembled state through the holding openings 28 of the Sauglippen blank 20 and also project through the wall of the suction chamber 10, in which the suction port 13 is provided.
- the retaining pin can be secured on the outside of the squeegee. As a result, a displacement of the squeegee blank 20 with respect to the suction chamber 10 is not possible.
- the squeegee blank 20 protrudes out of the edge openings 15 in the mounted state.
- the protruding from the suction chamber 10 portions 25 of the Sauglippen blank 20 are bent by the taper of the suction chamber 10 to each other and are in contact. Due to the negative pressure generated in the suction chamber 10, the longitudinal side surfaces 22 and 22 'are pressed towards one another in the partial regions 25.
- FIG. 3 it can be seen that the leading suction lip 16, 22 protrudes a little further from the suction chamber 10 as the trailing suction lip 16 ', 22'. Furthermore, it is also possible that the leading suction lip 16, 22 and the trailing suction lip 16 ', 22' lie in a plane. But at least the leading suction lip 16, 22 extends over the entire longitudinal side 11 equidistant from the suction chamber 10. The same applies to the trailing suction lip 16 ', 22' with respect to the longitudinal side 11 'of the suction chamber 10.

Description
The present invention relates to a squeegee for sucking a substrate according to the preamble of claim 1. Furthermore, the present invention relates to a squeegee assembly for a squeegee.
Suction molds are used or installed in soil tillage equipment, which in turn may be components of tillage machines. These suction strips can be integrated in a housing of the soil treatment device, or can be installed separately in the tillage machine. Tillage machines are used for example for cleaning a substrate on which, for example, a film of water is applied, which is absorbed by the squeegee.
Suction bars known from the prior art have a suction chamber, from which a medium located in the suction chamber, such as, for example, an air-water mixture or a mixture of air and dust particles, can be sucked off by means of a suction connection. The suction chamber has for this purpose a directed toward the ground suction. On two longitudinal sides of the suction chamber, a leading suction lip and a trailing suction lip are arranged, which usually consist of an elastic material. The squeezing lips protrude beyond the suction opening of the squeegee and can be brought into contact with the substrate to be cleaned. In this case, the leading suction lip is arranged on the longitudinal side of the suction chamber, which is oriented in the direction of travel or displacement direction of the suction strip, and the trailing suction lip is arranged on the opposite longitudinal side of the suction chamber.
In the case of the suction strips known from the prior art, the separate leading and trailing squeezing lips are fastened separately from one another in the suction chamber. The installation of a corresponding squeegee is expensive, since the squeegee be attached separately in several steps to the suction chamber. In addition, the squeegee must be plugged for mounting on a clamping ring. Consequently, there is a known from the prior art squeegee of many items that need to be connected together.

Object of the present invention is to provide a more easily manufactured, easy to assemble or disassemble, more stable and cheaper squeegee.
The object is achieved according to the characterizing features specified in claim 1. Advantageous embodiments of the invention are specified in the subclaims.
A suction strip according to the invention for sucking a substrate comprises a blade-shaped squeegee blank having a through opening. This squeegee blank is fastened in the suction chamber by means of a hold-down device. In this case, the squeegee blank adapts to the U-shaped cross-section of the suction chamber in such a way that the leading suction lip and the trailing suction lip are formed by longitudinal side surfaces of the squeegee blank protruding from and protruding out of the suction opening. The leading suction lip and the trailing suction lip are thus connected to each other via a central portion or hang together via this central portion. In this case, the passage opening of the suction lip blank and the suction port of the suction chamber are arranged relative to one another such that they form a common passage through which the medium to be sucked off can be sucked off.
A suction strip according to the invention has the advantage that the squeegee consists of only a few individual parts. Therefore, the assembly of a suction strip according to the invention is simplified. For assembly, only the sheet-shaped squeegee blank has to be positioned on the suction opening or the suction surface of the suction chamber and pressed into the suction chamber by means of the hold-down device. The sheet-shaped suction lip blank formed from an elastic material adapts to the U-shaped contour of the suction chamber so that the longitudinal side surfaces projecting beyond the suction opening form the leading suction lip and the trailing suction lip. In this case, the passage opening and the suction connection must form a common passage through which the medium to be sucked off can be sucked off. A suction strip according to the invention has due to the few items, from which it is formed, increased stability and is inexpensive to manufacture.
In this case, the squeegee blank preferably has two predefined predetermined bending lines along which the squeegee blank can be bent.
Preferably, the suction chamber tapers along its longitudinal extent to the edge regions and has edge openings on the transverse sides. The suction lip blank fastened in the suction chamber by means of the hold-down device protrudes from the edge openings. The protruding from the suction chamber portions of the Sauglippen blank are bent towards each other by the taper of the suction chamber and are in contact with each other. In a corresponding embodiment of the squeegee, the transverse sides of the suction chamber are closed in a particularly simple manner by the squeegee blank, so that in the suction chamber reliably a negative pressure relative to the environment can be established.
In this case, the squeegee blank preferably has recesses on transverse side surfaces, which are spaced apart from the longitudinal side surfaces.

The squeegee blank 20 is pressed into the suction chamber 10 by means of the hold-down
The retaining pins 32 of the hold-down
