- These outer holes (6) lie in that they enable the entrance of air from the outside, as an extra supply when the spray gun and the elements of the second phase (3) or first phase (5) are active by the Venturi effect, by pulling the outside air caused by the exit through the element (3) or (5). dans laquelle un fluide résine et un catalyseur sont mélangés à l'extérieur de la buse (7), au même moment et à l'instant même de l'utilisation ; ladite buse (7) comprenant :a) une sortie de résine (9) comprenant un trou dans la zone centrale de la buse (7) ;b) des crêtes d'air (8) dépassant du plan de la buse (7) comprenant égalementb.1) une sortie de catalyseur (2) ;b.2) une pluralité de deuxièmes sorties (3) entourant la sortie de catalyseur (2) ;b.3) lorsque le catalyseur est projeté vers l'écoulement de résine sortant à travers la sortie de résine (9) et dans laquelle le catalyseur et la résine sont mélangés à l'extérieur de la buse (7) ;c) une entrée pour un catalyseur (1) connectée à une série de canaux internes à travers lesquels l'écoulement de catalyseur circule dans laquelle lesdits canaux internes terminent par le biais de la sortie de catalyseur (2) ;d) des canaux d'entrée d'air pressurisé (4) transportant l'air à travers l'intérieur de la buse (7) qui termine en :d.1) une première pluralité de sorties (5) aménagées pour pulvériser ledit air vers la résine créant un ventilateur de résine ; etd.2) une deuxième pluralité de sorties (3) aménagées pour pulvériser ledit air vers le catalyseur créant le nuage du catalyseur ;d.3) dans laquelle un fluide d'air pressurisé avance à travers les canaux d'entrée d'ais pressurisé (4) jusqu'à la première pluralité de sorties (5) et la deuxième pluralité de sorties (3).d.4) dans laquelle la résine est projetée à travers la sortie de résine (9) et l'air orienté vers le jet de résine projetée à travers la première pluralité de sorties (5), sa pulvérisation étant ainsi créée sur la partie extérieure de la buse (7) dans la direction vers la surface à traiter ;caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend en outree) des trous externes non pressurisés (6) dans laquellee.1) les trous externes non pressurisé (6) connectent directement l'extérieur avec les lignes d'alimentation en air pressurisé de la première pluralité de sorties (3) aménagées pour alimenter de l'air supplémentaire au catalyseur par un effet venturi ;
oue.2) les trous externes non pressurisé (6) connectent directement l'extérieur avec les lignes d'alimentation en air pressurisé de la deuxième pluralité de sorties (5) aménagées pour alimenter de l'air supplémentaire à la résine par un effet venturi ;f) et dans laquelle le catalyseur est projeté de telle manière que sa projection rencontre celle de la résine ou passe très près de celle-ci ; et dans laquelle en même temps l'air s'écoule également de la deuxième pluralité de sorties (3) vers le même point de rencontre selon lequel le produit est pulvérisé avec l'air provenant de la première pluralité de sorties (5) et le catalyseur de la deuxième pluralité de sorties (3). - Buse améliorée pour pistolets de pulvérisation selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle la deuxième pluralité de sorties d'air pressurisé (3) et la sortie de catalyseur (2) pour projeter le catalyseur sont orientées sur les deux côtés de la sortie de résine (9) dans les deux crêtes d'air (8) avec l'orientation nécessaire et elles sont dirigées vers l'écoulement de la résine (9) étant mélangée avec celle-ci à l'extérieur.
- Buse améliorée pour pistolets de pulvérisation selon les revendications 1 et 2, dans laquelle l'élément générant le nuage qui pulvérise le catalyseur est formé de la deuxième pluralité de sorties (3) entourant celle de la sortie de catalyseur (2) pulvérisant le catalyseur pour obtenir un mélange plus homogène et plus précis.
- Buse améliorée pour pistolets de pulvérisation selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle les trous externes non pressurisés (6) communiquent avec les lignes d'alimentation pour alimenter en air le catalyseur et pour alimenter en air la résine.
