Claims (4)

  1. Verbesserte Düse (7) für Sprühpistolen, wobei eine Harzflüssigkeit und ein Katalysator außerhalb der Düse (7), zeitgleich und während der Verwendung, gemischt werden; wobei die genannte Düse (7) folgendes umfasst:
    a) einen Harzausgang (9) bestehend aus einem Loch im zentralen Bereich der Düse (7);
    b) Luftspitzen (8), welche aus der Ebene der Düse (7) herausragen, zusätzlich umfassend:
    b.1) einen Katalysatorausgang (2);
    b.2) eine Vielzahl von zweiten Ausgängen (3), welche den Katalysatorausgang (2) umgeben;
    b.3) wobei der Katalysator zum Harzfluss hin, welcher durch den Harzausgang (9) austritt, projiziert wird und wobei der Katalysator und das Harz außerhalb der Düse (7) gemischt werden;
    c) einen Eingang für einen Katalysator (1), welcher mit einer Reihe von inneren Kanälen, durch welche der Katalysatorfluss fließt, verbunden ist, wobei die genannten inneren Kanäle mittels des Katalysatorausgangs (2) enden;
    d) Eingangskanäle für Druckluft (4), welche die Luft durch das Innere der Düse fördern, welche in:
    d.1) einer ersten Vielzahl von Ausgängen (5), welche dazu angeordnet sind, die genannte Luft zum Harz hin unter Bildung eines Harzgebläses zu sprühen; und
    d.2) einer zweiten Vielzahl von Ausgängen (3), welche dazu angeordnet sind, die genannte Luft zum Katalysator hin unter Bildung der Katalysatorwolke zu sprühen,
    enden;
    d.3) wobei ein Druckluftfluss durch die Eingangskanäle für Druckluft (4) zur ersten Vielzahl von Ausgängen (5) und zur zweiten Vielzahl von Ausgängen (3) läuft; und
    d.4) wobei das Harz durch den Harzausgang (9) projiziert wird und die Luft zum projizierten Harzstrahl hin durch die erste Vielzahl von Ausgängen (5) gerichtet wird, wobei die Sprühung desselben somit am Außenteil der Düse (7) in Richtung zu der zu behandelnden Oberfläche hin geschafft wird;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie zusätzlich Folgendes umfasst
    e) drucklose Außenlöcher (6), wobei
    e.1) die drucklosen Außenlöcher (6) das Äußere direkt mit den Druckluftzuführungsleitungen der ersten Vielzahl von Ausgängen (3) verbinden, welche dazu angeordnet sind, zusätzliche Luft zum Katalysator mittels eines Venturi-Effekts zuzuführen;
    oder
    e.2) die drucklosen Außenlöcher (6) das Äußere direkt mit den Druckluftzuführungsleitungen der zweiten Vielzahl von Ausgängen (5) verbinden, welche dazu angeordnet sind, zusätzliche Luft zum Harz mittels eines Venturi-Effekts zuzuführen;
    f) und wobei der Katalysator derart projiziert wird, dass dessen Projizierung diejenige des Harzes oder in der Nähe derselben trifft; und wobei zeitgleich die Luft auch von der zweiten Vielzahl von Ausgängen (3) zum gleichen Treffpunkt hin fließt, wodurch das Produkt mit der Luft aus der ersten Vielzahl von Ausgängen (5) und der Katalysator aus der zweiten Vielzahl von Ausgängen (3) gesprüht werden.
  2. Verbesserte Düse für Sprühpistolen nach Anspruch 1, wobei die zweite Vielzahl von Druckluftausgängen (3) und der Katalysatorausgang (2) zum Projizieren des Katalysators (2) an beiden Seiten des Harzausganges (9) in beiden Luftspitzen (8) mit der nötigen Orientierung orientiert sind und sie zum Fluss des Harzes (9) hin gerichtet sind, wobei sie mit dem Letzteren außerhalb gemischt werden.
  3. Verbesserte Düse für Sprühpistolen nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, wobei das Element, welches die Wolke erzeugt, welche den Katalysator sprüht, aus der zweiten Vielzahl von Ausgängen (3) gebildet ist, welche diejenige des Katalysatorausgangs (2) umgibt, wobei der Katalysator gesprüht wird, um eine homogenere und präzisere Mischung zu erreichen.
  4. Verbesserte Düse für Sprühpistolen nach Anspruch 1, wobei die drucklosen Außenlöcher (6) mit den Zuführungsleitungen kommunizieren, um dem Katalysator Luft zuzuführen und um dem Harz Luft zuzuführen.
