Abstract

La presente invencion se relaciona con una tobera de pulverizacion para un sistema de pulverizacion de baja presion asistido por aire de dos componentes que incluye: a) una mezcladora estatica que tiene un orificio de entrada en su extremo de aguas arriba para recibir un primer componente liquido y un segundo componente liquido que es reactivo con el primer componente liquido, y que tiene en su extremo de aguas abajo una punta de pulverizacion eventualmente extraible para introducir los componentes liquidos mezclados en una zona de atomizacion; un revestimiento para la mezcladora estatica que recubre la mezcladora estatica, que esta dimensionado en su extremo de aguas arriba para conectar el revestimiento con una unidad dispensadora para el primer y el segundo componentes liquidos y que tiene en su extremo de aguas abajo una seccion de pulverizacion eventualmente extraible que tiene orificios de entrada para recibir aire presurizado y orificios de salida para introducir aire en la zona de atomizacion, donde la punta de pulverizacion pasa a traves de un orificio en la seccion de pulverizacion de tal forma que los componentes liquidos mezclados se introducen en la zona de atomizacion. La presente invencion se relaciona tambien con un procedimiento para pulverizar una composicion de dos componentes usando la tobera de pulverizacion.
