Description

The invention relates to a household appliance door, which has a flat front cover, wherein the front cover has on its left side and on the right side each a vertically oriented door profile.

There are previously known oven doors with glued on a windscreen profiles. Due to geometry, these profiles are only expensive to produce and bring high tolerances for a required gluing process. In addition, the temperature of an inner pane is transmitted via this adhesive profile to the adhesive surface to the windscreen and therefore leads to high temperature zones on the windscreen.

It is the object of the present invention to at least partially overcome the disadvantages of the prior art and, in particular, to provide a particularly cost-effective and easily assembled household appliance door.

This object is achieved according to the features of the independent claims. Preferred embodiments are in particular the dependent claims.

The appliance door has a flat front cover, wherein the front cover has on its left side and on the right side each a vertically aligned door profile. At the back of the front cover, in particular a set of an upper fastening element and a lower fastening element is mounted on the left side and on the right side, in each case a door profile being attached to the left-side set and to the right-side set.

The lower fasteners have a U-profile-like basic shape, which are mounted with their flat bases on the front cover. The further door element comprises two door hinges, which are each attached to a lower fastening element.

This modular design allows inexpensive door elements or individual components can be used with a comparatively simple component geometry. Thanks to the simple component geometries, a higher production process accuracy can be achieved without any additional mechanical effort. Also can be achieved by the modular structure a positional variability, eg height variability, the components with at least some identical components. It is also an advantageous embodiment for increasing the modularity that the further door element comprises or is a pivoting handle which is attached to the upper fastening elements. By the pivoting handle, the household appliance door can be inserted in particular in a housing of the household appliance ("slide" arrangement).

It is also an embodiment that the lower fastening elements have a bearing area, on which the intermediate disc and / or the inner pane is placed, and the upper fastening elements have a fastening region for fastening the intermediate disc and / or the inner pane.

It is a development that the upper fastening elements are designed as latching elements for latching fastening of the disc (s). That's a special way achieve easy installation. The upper fastening elements can in particular be designed with or as resilient clamps or tabs, which allows a particularly simple component geometry.

It is an embodiment which is advantageous for a low-cost production that the upper fastening elements and the lower fastening elements are sheet-metal parts. The sheet metal parts can also be at least partially configured simply as a resilient locking receptacles, etc.

It is also an embodiment that the upper fastening elements and the lower fastening elements have a U-profile-like basic shape. This is easy to produce, stable and flexibly ausgestaltbar.

It is still an embodiment that the upper fastening elements and the lower fastening elements are glued to the front cover. This allows a flexibly positionable and cost-effective attachment. In particular, if the fasteners have a U-profile-like basic shape, they can be used as an adhesive angle. The upper fastening elements 4l and 4r are designed as an adhesive angle in the form of sheet metal parts with a U-profile-like basic shape. The lower fasteners 5l and 5r are also sheet metal parts with a Uprofilartigen basic shape, but longer than the upper fasteners 4l, 4r, and also aligned vertically. In the embodiment shown, in each case a door hinge 9 is inserted into the lower fastening elements 5l and 5r, wherein only the left-side door hinge 9 is shown and the right-side door hinge 9 is concealed.

Also, a door profile 10l is attached to the left side set of the fixing members 4l, 5l and a door profile 10r is attached to the right side set of the fixing members 4r, 5r.

Further, the oven door 1, a front intermediate disc 12, a rear intermediate disc 13 and an inner disc 14, which are not shown transparent. The front intermediate disc 12 rests on the door profiles 10, the rear intermediate disc 13 is spaced apart in the rearward direction. Spaced from the rear intermediate disc 13 and further arranged in the rearward direction is the inner pane 14, which limits a cooking chamber of an associated oven when the oven door 1 is closed. In the embodiment shown, the intermediate disks 12, 13 and the inner disk 14 are not held directly by the fastening elements 4l, 4r, 5l, 5r, although this is basically possible, as described in more detail below. At a front side of the front panel, a front door handle (o.Fig.) May be attached, e.g. by means of a screw connection.

Now, a possible assembly process of the oven door 1 with respect to the fastening elements 4l, 4r, 5l, 5r will be described.

First, the fasteners 4l, 4r, 5l, 5r are glued with their bases 7 and 8 to the back 3 of the front page 2.

Subsequently, the door hinges 9 are used as first door elements in the lower fastening elements 5l and 5r. For correct positioning, the door hinges 9 on both sides laterally projecting pins 16 which engage in matching L-shaped recesses 17 in the upstanding lateral edges 18 (the 'legs' of the 'U') of the lower fasteners 5l, 5r. By pushing up the door hinges 9 they are inserted into the 'foot' of the L-shaped recess 17 so that they are secured therein against lifting.

For this purpose, the upper fastening elements 4l, 4r, as in Fig.2 shown enlarged, each having an upstanding side edge 20 (a 'leg' of the 'U'), which has at least one mounting portion or fastening part for fixing the associated door profile 10. The attachment region is here in the form of a tab 21 or strip which has been worked out from the lateral edge 20, the tab 21 having at its front end a horizontally bent or rectangular angled support region 22 for placing the door profile 10. The support area 22 has a through hole or screw hole 25, this is not present in the support area 24. With a support of the door profile 10r, this comes to rest on the support areas 22 and 24 such that a screw hole 26 of the door profile 10r comes into line with the screw hole 25, so that the door profile 10r is screwed to the support area 22 can be. Claims (12)

1. Household appliance door (1) having a plantar front cover (2), wherein the front cover (2) has a door profile (10) aligned perpendicularly to the left and right of its rear (3), wherein

   - a set comprising an upper fastening element and a lower fastening element (4l, 5l; 4r, 5r) is attached to the left and right of the rear (3) of the front cover (2) in each case and

   - a door profile (10) is attached to the left set (4l, 5l) and to the right set (4r, 5r) in each case,

   characterised in that

   - the lower fastening elements (51, 5r) have a U-profile-shaped basic shape,

   - the lower fastening elements (51, 5r) are attached with their planar base sides (8) to the front cover (2) and

   - two door hinges (9) are present as further door elements, which are inserted into a respective lower fastening element (51, 5r).

   - the door profiles (10l, 10r) are plugged onto the fastening elements (51, 5r) and over the door hinges (9) from the outside, and

   - the door profiles (10l, 10r) have recesses (23), through which fastening areas (19) of the door hinges (9) are passed.
4. Household appliance door (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that at least one further door element (9, 101, 10r, 11-14) is attached to at least two identical fastening elements (4r, 41; 5r, 5l).
