Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Pumpenaggregat (1) sowie ein Verfahren und ein Computerprogramm zum Betrieb des Pumpenaggregats (1), das wenigstens eine eine Grundlast bedienende erste Pumpe (2a) und wenigstens eine eine Spitzenlast bedienende zweiten Pumpe (2b) aufweist, die bedarfsweise zugeschaltet und parallel zu der zumindest einen ersten Pumpe (2a) betrieben wird, wobei das Pumpenaggregat (1) derart auf einer vorgegebenen Regelkennlinie (19, 39) geregelt wird, dass die aufgenommene Leistung minimal ist. Das Pumpenaggregat (1) wird in Abhängigkeit eines oberen und eines unteren Grenzwertes (n_o, n_u) einer Betriebsgröße (n_sync) entweder mit mindestens zwei Pumpen (2a, 2b) oder mit wenigstens einer ausgeschalteten Pumpe (2b) betrieben, wobei ausgehend von einem synchronen Betrieb (21) der Pumpen (2a, 2b) in einem Betriebspunkt (11, 13), in dem die Pumpen (2a, 2b) mit derselben Drehzahl (n_sync) und/ oder Leistung betrieben werden, in einem ersten Schritt (24a) der Wert zumindest einer Betriebsgröße (n_sync) des Pumpenaggregats (1) als Referenzwert (n_ref) abgespeichert wird, in einem zweiten Schritt (25) der von der zweiten Pumpe (2b) geförderte Volumenstrom reduziert wird, in einem dritten Schritt (26, 27) in Abhängigkeit der Reaktion der geregelten ersten Pumpe (2a) eine Zuordnung des Betriebspunktes (11, 13) zu einem Lastbereich (15, 16, 17) erfolgt und in einem vierten Schritt (31, 32a) der obere oder untere Grenzwert (n_o, n_u) durch den Referenzwert (n_ref) ersetzt wird.
