Description

Water pump switching control method and device, computer equipment and storage medium
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of heat pump air conditioners, in particular to a water pump switching control method and device, computer equipment and a storage medium.
Background
The heat pump central air conditioning system is generally realized by an air-fluorine-water-air heat exchange mode, wherein a water path is used as an important cold and heat carrying medium. A heat pump centralized control system (hereinafter referred to as centralized control) is used as a control core of a central air conditioning system, and is required to be capable of controlling not only a heat pump air conditioning unit, but also a total water pump of an engineering to drive a water circuit to circulate so as to create conditions for cold and heat transportation. The traditional centralized control is generally in linkage control with a machine, and by acquiring whether the machine has a requirement for starting a water pump or not, when the condition that the water pump needs to be started in any machine is detected, the centralized control starts a main water pump; when all the machines are detected to need to be shut down, the centralized control closes the total water pump. The timeliness of water supply is ensured, the water pump is always used for standby, namely, only one main water pump is started at ordinary times, and if the main water pump fails to start, the auxiliary water pump is reused at the moment.
However, different loads exist in different seasons of the heat pump central air-conditioning system, for example, the refrigeration load of a refrigeration project is large in summer, the refrigeration load is small in spring and autumn, the refrigeration load is not large in winter, particularly in Hunan, Hubei, Sichuan and other places, the refrigeration loads in spring, summer and autumn have huge differences, and a large amount of water circulation is needed in summer to ensure the cold supply capacity at the tail end. For the huge difference in temperature that the four seasons changeed, the power of utilization of water pump can't be changed to traditional centralized control, leads to still using the water pump than first power when refrigeration load is low, causes the electric energy waste. If a frequency converter is used, the high cost is increased.

Also, the first feature being "on," "above" and "over" the second feature includes the first feature being directly on and obliquely above the second feature, or merely indicating that the first feature is at a higher level than the second feature. A first feature being "under," "below," and "beneath" a second feature includes the first feature being directly under and obliquely below the second feature, or simply meaning that the first feature is at a lesser elevation than the second feature.
In order to automatically adapt to the circulating water pump with power required by the heat pump central air-conditioning system in different seasons and different temperature differences, save electric energy, and also reduce high-pressure impact on the pipeline, as shown in fig. 1, the embodiment provides a water pump switching control method, which includes:
s101, starting a water pump unit, wherein the water pump comprises a first power water pump and a second power water pump, and the power of the first power water pump is greater than that of the second power water pump;
s102, acquiring the operation number of heat pumps of the heat pump unit in the current operation;
s103, when the operation number of the heat pumps is larger than or equal to a first preset threshold value, switching to only starting a first power water pump;
and S104, when the operation number of the heat pumps is less than or equal to a second preset threshold value, switching to only starting a second power water pump.
After the water pump unit is started, the heat pump operation number of the heat pump unit in the current operation is obtained, when the heat pump operation number of the heat pump unit is larger than or equal to a first preset threshold value, the heat pump unit in the current operation can be considered to need to use a water pump with higher power to guarantee water supply, and in order to prevent the heat pump unit at the tail end of some pipelines from having no water flow supply, the first power water pump is started and the second power water pump is closed. In addition, when the operation quantity of the heat pumps of the heat pump unit is smaller than or equal to a second preset threshold value, the power of the currently started water pump is considered to be overlarge, the water pump with the second power can be used, at the moment, the first power water pump is closed, the second power water pump is started, the situation that the pipeline is damaged due to overlarge water pressure and water quantity output by the water pump can be avoided, and energy conservation and emission reduction can be achieved.
Therefore, this application does not use the converter, and the electric energy is saved in the water pump of the required power of different seasons, different difference in temperature of the adaptation heat pump set of ability automation, also reduces the high-pressure impact of pipeline.
Preferably, the present embodiment switches to only turning on the first power water pump when the number of heat pump operations is greater than or equal to a first preset threshold, including:
timing and recording a first timing duration after the operation number of the heat pumps is greater than or equal to a first preset threshold;
when the first timing duration reaches a preset duration threshold, switching to only starting the first power water pump;
because the heat pump operation number of the heat pump unit is changed in real time, when the heat pump operation number of the heat pump unit in the current operation is continuously larger than or equal to a first preset threshold value within a certain time, the water supply power required by the heat pump unit within a first timing duration can be considered to be insufficient, the first power water pump is started again and the second power water pump is closed, otherwise, the first power water pump is not started, and the phenomenon that the first power water pump is started by mistake due to the short fluctuation of the operation number of the heat pump unit can be reduced.
Similarly, when the number of heat pump operations is less than or equal to a second preset threshold, switching to only turning on the second power water pump comprises:
timing and recording a second timing duration after the operation number of the heat pumps is less than or equal to a second preset threshold;
and when the second timing duration reaches the preset duration threshold, switching to only starting the second power water pump.
In order to avoid the short fluctuation of the heat pump unit heat pump operation number changed in real time, the first power water pump is closed and the second power water pump is opened only when the second timing duration reaches the preset duration threshold value by comparing the second timing duration with the preset duration threshold value, and the phenomenon that the first power water pump is closed by mistake due to the short fluctuation of the heat pump unit operation number can be reduced.
Further, the water pump switching control method of the application further comprises the following steps:
when the operation number of the heat pumps is smaller than a first preset threshold value, clearing a first timing duration;
and when the operation number of the heat pumps is greater than a second preset threshold value, clearing a second timing duration.
If the number of the heat pumps of the currently-operated unit is smaller than the first preset threshold value, the currently-operated unit can be considered to be matched with the power of the currently-started circulating water pump, the circulating water pump does not need to be switched at the moment, the first timing duration is reset, and the phenomenon that the first timing duration continues to increase to trigger the operation of switching the water pump by mistake can be avoided.
Similarly, when the operation quantity of the heat pumps is greater than the second preset threshold value, the required water supply power of the currently operated unit can be considered to be enough to be provided by the currently started circulating water pump, and the circulating water pump does not need to be switched at the moment, so that the second timing duration is cleared, and the water pump is prevented from being switched by mistake when the timing is continued.
Optionally, the water pump switching control method of the present application further includes:
acquiring opening and closing information of a water pressure transmitter before acquiring the operation quantity of heat pumps of a unit in current operation;
and when the opening and closing information of the water pressure transmitter indicates closing, acquiring the operation quantity of the heat pumps of the heat pump units in the current operation.
The water pressure transmitter is a pressure sensor and is arranged in the pipeline to detect the water pressure in the pipeline in real time, and if the water pressure transmitter is not used, the operation quantity of the heat pumps of the heat pump unit is continuously used to compare with a first preset threshold value and a second preset threshold value to judge whether the water pumps need to be switched or not.
When the opening and closing information of the water pressure transmitter indicates opening, acquiring a water supply and return pressure difference value in a pipeline where the water pump is located, wherein the water supply and return pressure difference value is a pressure difference value between a water supply end and a water return end in the pipeline;
when the water supply and return pressure difference value is smaller than or equal to a third preset threshold value, the water pressure in the current pipeline is insufficient, the water in the pipeline is driven to flow by the water pump with higher power, and the water supply requirement is met by switching to the state that only the first power water pump is started.
On the contrary, when the water supply and return pressure difference value is larger than or equal to the fourth preset threshold value, the water pressure in the current pipeline is over large, and in order to prevent the pipeline from being broken due to over large water pressure and save electric energy, the current pipeline is switched to only start the second power water pump.
Further, the water pump switching control method of the present application, when the supply-return water pressure difference value is less than or equal to a third preset threshold, switches to only starting the first power water pump, including:
timing and recording the third timing time after the pressure difference value of the supplied and returned water is less than or equal to the third preset threshold value;
and when the third timing time reaches a preset time threshold, starting the first power water pump and closing the second power water pump.
By counting and judging the third timing duration and the preset duration threshold, when the third timing duration is greater than or equal to the preset duration threshold, it is shown that the supply-return water pressure difference of the pipeline is continuously lower than the third preset threshold within the time range of the third timing duration, the higher-power circulating water pump needs to be started to increase the water pressure in the pipeline, the first power water pump is started again and the second power water pump is closed, otherwise, the switching is not performed, and the first power water pump can be prevented from being started by mistake due to short-term water pressure fluctuation in the pipeline.
Similarly, when the supply and return water differential pressure value is greater than or equal to a fourth preset threshold, switching to the step of turning on only the second power water pump includes:
timing and recording a fourth timing duration after the pressure difference value of the supplied and returned water is greater than or equal to a fourth preset threshold;
and when the fourth timing duration reaches the preset duration threshold, closing the first power water pump and starting the second power water pump.
The duration time that the pressure difference value of the supply and return water is too large is recorded through the fourth timing time, when the fourth timing time reaches the preset time threshold value, the pressure difference value of the supply and return water is too large, the first power water pump needs to be closed in time, the second power water pump needs to be opened, and the pipeline is prevented from being broken due to too large water pressure. On the contrary, if the fourth timing duration does not reach the preset duration threshold, the excessive condition of the water supply and return pressure difference may only fluctuate temporarily, and the water pump does not need to be switched.
Further, the water pump switching control method of the present application further includes:
and clearing the third timing duration when the supply and return water pressure difference value is greater than a third preset threshold value.
Because the supply and return water pressure difference value is greater than the third preset threshold value, the supply and return water pressure difference is considered to be recovered to be normal at the moment, the circulating water pump is not needed, the third time length can be reset, and the water pump is prevented from being switched by mistake when the meter is continuously counted.
Similarly, when the supply and return water differential pressure value is smaller than a fourth preset threshold value, the fourth timing duration is cleared.
Because the pressure difference value of the supply water and the return water is smaller than the fourth preset threshold value, the pressure difference value of the supply water and the return water is recovered to be normal, the water pump does not need to be switched, the fourth time length can be reset, and the water pump is prevented from being switched by mistake when the time is continuously counted.
In another embodiment, in the water pump switching control method of the present application, the step of obtaining a supply and return water pressure difference value in a pipeline where the water pump is located includes:
and presetting water pressure transmitters at the water supply end and the water return end, respectively acquiring the pressure of the water supply end and the pressure of the water return end through the water pressure transmitters, and further calculating the pressure difference value of the water supply and the water return in the pipeline where the water pump is located.
Furthermore, when any one of the water pressure transmitters at the water supply end or the water return end breaks down, the opening and closing information of the water pressure transmitter is changed into indication and closing, and the scheme of comparing and judging the running quantity of the heat pumps of the heat pump unit with the first preset threshold value or the second preset threshold value is used, so that the broken water pressure transmitter is avoided.
Preferably, the water pump switching control method of the present application further includes:
before starting the water pump unit, acquiring the on-off demand information of the water pump;
when the water pump starting and stopping demand information indicates starting, starting the water pump unit, acquiring starting and stopping information of the water pressure transmitter, and performing subsequent water pump switching schemes;
when the water pump opening and closing demand information indicates closing, the water pump unit is closed in time, namely all the first power water pumps and all the second power water pumps are closed.
In this embodiment, the information about the water pump start/stop requirement may be from a heat pump unit in operation, or may be from an external remote control instruction, and this embodiment is not particularly limited.
More preferably, after the water pump unit is turned off, the first timing duration, the second timing duration, the third timing duration and the fourth timing duration are reset, and when the water pump on-off demand information indicates to be turned on next time, the first timing duration, the second timing duration, the third timing duration and the fourth timing duration can be started again to avoid switching the water pump by mistake.
In addition, the water pump switching control method of the application further comprises the following steps:
before starting the water pump unit, acquiring a starting sequence of a water pump of the water pump unit;
and starting the water pump according to the starting sequence recorded by the starting sequence.
More preferably, the start-up sequence records the priority of the first power water pump and the second power water pump;
starting the water pump with the highest priority according to the sequence of the starting sequence;
after switching to only starting the first power water pump, recording that the priority of the first power water pump is higher than that of the second power water pump;
and after switching to the state that only the second power water pump is started, recording that the priority of the second power water pump is higher than that of the first power water pump.
Through obtaining the start sequence, can come automatic opening water pump according to the order of start sequence, the highest priority water pump of preferential start-up can reduce the maintenance personal and switch the manual operation who starts the water pump to improve the switching efficiency of water pump, also guaranteed the promptness of water supply, also reduced central air conditioning system's shutdown operation simultaneously, and then improved heat pump central air conditioning system's stability. After the water pumps are switched, the priority order of the water pumps in the starting sequence is replaced, when the water pumps need to be started next time, the last started water pump can still be started, and system faults caused by starting another water pump with another power by mistake are avoided.
Preferably, after all the water pumps are turned off each time, the priority of the second power water pump is recorded to be higher than that of the first power water pump, so that the second power water pump with lower power is turned on preferentially every time the water pumps are turned on again, and high-pressure oscillation on the pipeline is reduced.
Optionally, the water pump switching control method of the present application further includes:
when the first power water pump or the second power water pump is closed, acquiring a water temperature value of water in the water pump and an environment temperature value of an environment where the water pump is located;
when the temperature value of the water is smaller than or equal to the first preset temperature threshold value and the environmental temperature value is smaller than or equal to the second preset temperature threshold value, the water in the pipeline is at risk of icing, at the moment, the first power water pump and the second power water pump are started simultaneously, the water in the pipeline is pushed to move, and icing can be delayed.
Further, the water pump switching control method of the application further comprises
When the water temperature value is greater than or equal to the third preset temperature threshold value and the environmental temperature value is greater than the fourth temperature threshold value, the water in the pipeline is not frozen, and the first power water pump and the second power water pump can be turned off simultaneously.
In addition, referring to fig. 2, an embodiment of the present application further provides another water pump switching control method, including:
s201, acquiring water pump starting and stopping demand information;
s202, when the water pump starting and stopping requirement information indicates stopping, the water pump unit is stopped, and the first timing duration, the second timing duration, the third timing duration and the fourth timing duration are cleared;

s204, presetting water pressure transmitters at a water supply end and a water return end, and acquiring opening and closing information of the water pressure transmitters;
s205, when the start-stop information of the water pressure transmitter indicates to close or when the water pressure transmitter fails, the start-stop information of the water pressure transmitter is changed into indication to close;
