- the filled vessel is placed on fire and temperature is increased to 100 degree centigrade and keep it for 2-4 hours. Then temperature is increased to 200 degree centigrade and keeps it up to 4-8 hours. Then temperature is increase to 300 degree centigrade and keeps it up to 2-4 houra.
- Cow ghee 1 to 3 kg. was taken in a steel vessel having capacity of 25 to 35 liter. 2 to 5 liter water was added in it. The mixture was stirred for 10 to 20 minute and allowed it to settle. There after water was removed.
