Claims (18)
- Compresseur (1) à pistons multi-étages pour un fluide (M) gazeux ou liquéfié par voie cryogénique, comportant au moins deux étages (A, B, C, D) de compresseur qui coopèrent avec un train d'entraînement commun (4) qui les entraîne conjointement, chaque étage (A, B, C, D) du compresseur présentant un piston (3A, 3B, 3C, 3D) relié mécaniquement au train d'entraînement (4) et disposé à coulissement longitudinal dans un cylindre (2A, 2B, 2C, 2D) de compresseur, caractérisé en ce que le piston (3A; 3B; 3C; 3D) de chaque étage (A; B; C; D) du compresseur communique avec une colonne (9A; 9B; 9C; 9D) d'un fluide incompressible disposée dans le cylindre (2A; 2B; 2C; 2D) du compresseur, qui convertit le déplacement de poussée du piston (3A; 3B; 3C; 3D) en un déplacement d'un piston (10A; 10B; 10C; 10D) de compresseur disposé à coulissement longitudinal dans le cylindre (2A; 2B; 2C; 2D) du compresseur et en ce que la colonne (9A; 9B; 9C; 9D) de liquide peut être amenée à être raccordée à une évacuation (15) en vue de modifier la course (VH) de compression du piston (10A; 10B; 10C; 10D) du compresseur.
- Compresseur à pistons multi-étages selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif (23A; 23B; 23C; 23D) de soupape est prévu pour assurer la liaison de la colonne (9A; 9B; 9C; 9D) de liquide avec l'évacuation (15).
- Compresseur à pistons multi-étages selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les cylindres (2A; 2B; 2C; 2D) du compresseur sont reliés chaque fois au moyen d'un conduit (22A; 22B; 22C; 22D) de dérivation de décharge à un conduit (21) de collecte de décharge, le dispositif (23A; 23B; 23C; 23D) de soupape étant disposé dans le conduit (22A; 22B; 22C; 22D) de dérivation de décharge.
- Compresseur à pistons multi-étages selon les revendications 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif (23A; 23B; 23C; 23D) de soupape est configuré comme soupape asservie et notamment comme soupape asservie ou soupape à bille présentant une position de blocage et une position de passage.
- Compresseur à pistons multi-étages selon les revendications 2 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif (23A; 23B; 23C; 23D) de soupape peut être actionné à l'aide d'un dispositif (41) de commande électronique.
- Compresseur à pistons multi-étages selon les revendications 3 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le conduit (21) de collecte de décharge est raccordé à un récipient (20) et en particulier à un récipient placé sous une pression de précontrainte.
- Compresseur à pistons multi-étages selon les revendications 3 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un dispositif (50A) de soupape supplémentaire est disposé dans le conduit (21) de collecte de décharge ou dans le conduit (22A; 22B; 22C; 22D) de dérivation de décharge.
- Compresseur à pistons multi-étages selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif (50A) de soupape supplémentaire est configuré comme soupape de débordement (51A) et en particulier comme soupape de limitation de pression.
- Compresseur à pistons multi-étages selon les revendications 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif (50A) de soupape supplémentaire est configuré comme soupape de régulation (52A) et en particulier comme soupape de régulation de pression.
- Compresseur à pistons multi-étages selon les revendications 7 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif (50A) de soupape supplémentaire est configuré comme soupape de limitation de débit.
- Compresseur à pistons multi-étages selon les revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que le train d'entraînement (4) comporte un arbre (6) à manivelle ou à excentrique entraîné par un moteur d'entraînement (5), les pistons (3A; 3B; 3C; 3D) étant raccordés à l'arbre (6) à manivelle ou à excentrique par une barre de bielle (7A; 7B; 7C; 7D) respective.
- Compresseur à pistons multi-étages selon les revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que la colonne (9A; 9B; 9C; 9D) de liquide peut être mise en liaison avec une source d'alimentation (25).
- Compresseur à pistons multi-étages selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que la source d'alimentation (25) comporte une pompe d'alimentation (26) raccordée au récipient (20) et qui refoule dans un conduit d'alimentation (27), chacun des cylindres (2A; 2B; 2C; 2D) du compresseur étant raccordé au moyen d'un conduit (28A; 28B; 28C; 28D) de ramification d'alimentation respectif au conduit d'alimentation (27), un dispositif de soupape (29A; 29B; 29C; 29D) respectif étant disposé dans le conduit (28A; 28B; 28C; 28D) de ramification d'alimentation.
- Compresseur à pistons multi-étages selon les revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé en ce que les étages (A; B; C; D) du compresseur sont raccordés en série.
- Compresseur à pistons multi-étages selon les revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé en ce que les étages (A; B; C; D) du compresseur sont raccordés en parallèle.
- Compresseur à pistons multi-étages selon les revendications 1 à 15, caractérisé en ce que le compresseur (1) est configuré comme compresseur ionique, les pistons (10A; 10B; 10C; 10D) des différents étages (A; B; C; D) du compresseur étant en contact avec une colonne de fluide ionique de fonctionnement (30A; 30B; 30C; 30D) disposée dans le cylindre (2A; 2B; 2C; 2D) du compresseur et servant à comprimer le fluide (M).
- Compresseur à pistons multi-étages selon les revendications 1 à 16, caractérisé en ce que le raccordement de la colonne (9A; 9B; 9C; 9D) de liquide avec l'évacuation (15), permet de débrancher complètement ou partiellement un étage (A; B; C; D) du compresseur ou plusieurs étages (A, B, C, D) du compresseur pendant que le train d'entraînement (4) continue à tourner.
- Compresseur à pistons multi-étages selon les revendications 1 à 16, caractérisé en ce que le raccordement des colonnes (9A, 9B, 9C, 9D) de liquide de tous les étages (A,B,C,D) du compresseur avec l'évacuation (15), permet un débranchement d'urgence du compresseur (1) pendant que le train d'entraînement (4) continue de tourner.
