Description
Liquid or solid bulk materials are often put in containers. The containers may be containers which are at least partially flexible. Such containers are available, for example, as bags which are mounted in containers. The containers are preferably made of endless tubes and sealed in different ways as tube sections. Such containers are particularly often used for packaging, transporting or storing liquid or solid bulk materials. The term container comprises in this application not only completely closed flexible bags, but also, for example, a flexible and at least two sides open adapter that can be connected to a device or a container.
The emptying, filling or decanting of such containers is often difficult or even risky in practice. In particular, if the bulk goods of the containers are hazardous or sensitive substances, contamination of the bulk material as well as contamination of the environment with bulk material must be avoided. For this, all closures and connections, in particular for docking of such containers, should be made as environmentally sound as possible. Against the background of this problem, special closures have been developed for containers described above, which support it should prevent contamination in each case.

The invention is based on the problem to provide an aid for a closure for the initially mentioned container, which allows an environmentally sealed connecting such containers with each other or with other procedural devices and environmentally sound guiding a flow between interconnected containers or the connected devices.
This problem is inventively solved by a slider for connecting and disconnecting two closures, each with two profile strips with the features of
Advantageous embodiments of the invention are specified in the subclaims.
The invention enables an environmentally sealed connecting a first container with a second container, so that an environmentally-dense Passing a flow in a flow direction through the closure of the first container into the second container in an open docking position is enabled.
The second container, facing the first container, has an identical closure, which can be brought into engagement with the closure of the first container to reach the opened docking position. In this opened docking position, the connected closures of the containers form a flow channel for the flow of the bulk material in the direction of flow.
The closure has two profile strips for closing the respective at least partially flexible container: a wide profile strip and a narrow profile strip. The wide profile strip extends in the direction of flow over the respective container and beyond the narrow profile strip arranged parallel to the first profile strip. Both profile strips have exclusively transversely aligned to the direction of flow closure elements which are intended to interlock in the manner of a Verhakungsverbindung.
All the closure elements of the profile strips are aligned channel-inward or out-of-channel transversely to the flow direction, so that loads in the direction of flow can be compensated with great certainty. In the direction of flow occurs, for example, when transferring a bulk material from the first container in the second container to force bursts on the closures when the bulk material falls to the bottom of the second container. The closure elements arranged transversely to the direction of flow hold such impulses in the direction of flow stood as they effectively prevent a peeling of the moldings.
Advantageously, the containers can be pressed laterally against each other with identically designed closures in order to produce the environmentally sealed connections of the profile strips with one another. The lateral pressing leads both to the closure of a container with the closure to a secure connection as well as the lateral pressing of the identical closure to the closure to produce a flow between two containers. In this case, the docking of two containers is spoken to each other.
The lateral docking has beyond the strength of the connection for the user the practical advantage that a lateral arrangement of the container to each other is much easier to implement. For example, an empty container can be easily moved up to a full container. To dock the containers together, now none of the containers must be moved vertically, since the docking is provided laterally.
For connecting and disconnecting the closures a removable from the closures slider is provided, which can be pushed to connect transversely to the flow direction to the respective sealed closures.
The slider has an insertion side and an output side aligned in the flow direction and opposite to each other. On the insertion side, the closures of two containers in insertion directions can be inserted. The insertion directions are transverse to the direction of flow and intersect at an acute angle. The closures can be inserted into the slider on the insertion side in the angle towards one another.
On the output side, the closures connected to one another there by means of the slider can be brought out of the slider in a common sliding direction, wherein the respective closure, viewed individually, is initially closed.
The acting between the profile strips closure elements solve advantageously controlled by means of an actuator either between the moldings of a closure or between the moldings of two closures, so that uncontrolled opening of the container is avoided. The actuator may for example be operated by hand, in particular as actuators designed as tabs. This is done according to the invention after the slider has joined the closures. The tabs are pulled apart laterally. In this case, desired closure elements dissolve, depending on which tabs at which angle a lateral pull is applied.
An embodiment of the closure elements for the interaction in a hooking connection is advantageous because a corresponding extrusion of the profile strips can be reproduced as plastic strips in particularly favorable shape geometries. The thus formed closure elements also close because of usually low wall thicknesses of the container the same particularly good. Such embodiments of closure elements are particularly robust and resistant to multiple stresses and beyond hooked sure until they are released from the entanglement. For this purpose, they can be angled parallel to the flow direction of the profile strips.
